Notes from our Store Operations Manager in Dublin:I spoke with Mr.? ***The part is supposed to be in on the 15th and he said he was aware that.? I also asked him about the delivery of the dining room set he purchased with the credit for the sofa that took place on the 3rd and he said everything was good with that delivery also

Paying for BRAND NEW furniture, watching delivery men damage furniture in process of delivery because it was almost 9pm and they were in a hurry, arranging life MULTIPLE times for service technician to come MULTIPLE times over the course of MONTHS, finally receiving ANOTHER BRAND NEW sectional to replace the damaged one that service FAILED TO FIX MULTIPLE TIMES OVER THE COURSE OF SAID months, and new sectional came DAMAGED FROM FACTORYHelp me to see what part of any of that is in any way, shape or form, REASONABLE!?! I paid for BRAND NEW FURNITURE- what I want is UNDAMAGED furniture, which is absolutely NOT an unreasonable expectationI do not think it is reasonable to have to arrange my life AGAIN for service to come FOR A BRAND NEW sectionalI think it is reasonable to ask that a new UNDAMAGED sectional be delivered to my homeOr a full refund of said furniture and warranty and I'll keep the damaged furniture

Big Sandy was suppose to be here today to fix our loveseat they called and cancelled yet again to tell us that they can fix the loveseat on a weekend has to be during the week and would we be available during the weekMy husband told them we would be home on the 28th but that is itThey are suppose to come back on 3/I dont want case closed until we see if they come out on 3/28.? ***

My second sectional brought on June 9th came damaged from the warehouseI refuse to alter our lives any further- missing days of work, etc- so Big Sandy can jerk us around furtherWho needs service technicians to FIX BRAND NEW FURNITURE? So again, I'd like a full refund of the purchase price of my sectional and my warranty I purchased (and I'll keep the damaged sectional) or I want a brand new, UNDAMAGED sectional in my homeIf this cannot be resolved to my satisfaction, I will be filing in small claims against Big Sandy for the total amount spent at their store.?

Our team is going to schedule a courtesy inspection the next time they are scheduled in that areaThe customer mentions that a gasket was replaced, but our records show that the previous service was on an icemakerThe inspection will be of no cost to the customer and we will work with them to
resolve the issue, as it the warranty has just expiredWe do not sell seconds and represent them as new products

The part for the dryer was finally put in on January 19th however this did not correct the problemThe serviceman serviced it then and couldn't find anything wrong so he leftThe next *** the first load of laundry I put in it did not dryI called the service center, the repairman came out said it is the control panel ordered yet another part, he stated in the meantime to dry my clothes on timed dry since the control panel was bad, the clothes would dryThey did not in fact that was even worse! Finally on February 2, yet another part arrivedHe installed the part and said that will fix the problemIt has notThe dryer is still intermittently drying my clothesI am having to dry my clothes twiceI have yet again called the service center to have them come out again and figure out why it is not drying my clothes! This is the 5th time the dryer has been serviced for this issue.?

Mr. [redacted] was sold new product, not refurbished.We will continue to service the products, according to the manufacturer's warranty guidelines.

I will require more specific information, as I do not find a sofa purchased under this name, etc. The only orders I see are several free items that the customer has come in and received, via coupon. Please provide the sales information, from the purchase of the sofa...name, address, phone, etc.

I am trying to figure out where we are with our service team. We were having a terrible time getting the parts from the manufacturer. A decision was made to get the parts needed from stocking product, but I am unclear what we have and have not done for Mr. [redacted] and have asked for clarification...
