We are reaching out to Dr*** (I've spoken to him directly, via email also) to get his situation resolvedWe are going to replace his mattress, as this matter was not handled well by our service departmentWe appreciate his patience and the feedback...it will make us bigger and better!

In reviewing the service history, it appears that this chair may be too difficult for Mr***'s mother to operate (getting it closed, etc.)That is not a manufacturer's defectHowever, we have discussed it internally and we are willing to let Mr*** exchange the chair, for anotherBut we are
HIGHLY recommending that he choose a lift recliner, that will assist his mother in reclining, closing and getting out of the chairThe store will be in touch, to make arrangements

Ms*** would not allow us to attempt to deliver an acceptable sofaShe did accept the gift card offered

Our team made repairs on January 29th, for the parts we had receivedThere is one part that has not yet arrivedWe have asked the manufacturer to expedite this and will contact the customer to schedule, as soon as we can confirm its arrival

Big Sandy is making remarks ? the ladies at the front desk told me to bring it back and I would get a full refund stopped and talked to of the ladies on 8/11/and she said to bring it back took it back on 8/12/i talked to a different lady and she said to unload it in the dock and come back to customer service and she would give me credit back where I financed and ? refund me a check in to business ? 8/25/i recieve a call from big sandy *** *** *** at 5:talked to *** he was very rude and said no one said for me to bring them back and I wouldn't know the woman I ? had talked to at ? big sandy I told him I could meet him there tomorrow and point them out to him he said only ? he said only way he would give me a refund is if I took 10% off of he said tough luck eithier pay that or you will have to continue paying for it even though big sandy has the furniture at there storei told him I didn't feel I should pay 10% when they have the furniture that I would be contacting the attoney generals office and filling a complaint Brain told me Revdex.com nor the Attorney ? generals office could not do anything and if I changed my mind and wanted to pay 10% call back at *** *** ***

YesThe Big Sandy employee did deliver the remote and install same to the TVThe remote and TV are both working wellThanks to everyone who helped facilitate this resolution

After months Big Sandy has finally replaced the chair with a new one.?

We have contacted the service department and instructed them to take the part required from s stocking piece, in order to get Ms*** taken care of asapThe part will be shipped tot he Lancaster, Ohio Superstore and service will contact her to make arrangements to complete the delivery

Mr*** was sold new product, not refurbished.We will continue to service the products, according to the manufacturer's warranty guidelines

The Refrigerator? had been picked up by Big Sandy on 9/24/16.? ? I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com because every time I called Big Sandy asking about my refund they would tell me that they did not have my visa number and therefore could not issue a credit to my account ? I called them on Mon9/26/and no Credit had been issued.? ? I gave them my card number times ( on Mon9/and again on Wed9/) and they still had not issued a credit and that is when I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com.? Later that day, on September 30th I went back to the store and that's when they printed out a form showing that my account had been? credited.? ? ? It is not true about the date they are saying that they notified me about the credit being issued.? Please post my complaint about BIG SANDY on line so others can see the issues I had with them

We still have outstanding issue with thelove seatSame problem reported the same dayWe were told they finally had the part on 1/6/they would be out to replace that part and they called the morning of 1/said they did not have the part and would be in touch to figure out another solutionStill we have not heard what they are doing for that piece of furnitureMy guess they dont make this either so they are stalling because there are no replacement partsThey keep telling us they will be out then the call the day of and say they cant find itWhen my husband spoke to the store manager about the couch he asked him what he planned on doing about the other piece that was also damagedHe said he would call him back and he never didThis was $1,also plus the *** *** Warranty for years guarantee we paid $on this furnitureNone of this has been addressed.? ? Just because they might have made right the couch still leaves problem with the love seat which was looked at in along with the couchSame issue color is coming off the leather

According to *** *** director of stores, he was not rude to Mr***He was very matter of fact, as he was explaining ? our policy regarding the situationPerhaps that was perceived as rude by Mr***Mr*** also says he did not make any statement about the Revdex.com or Attorney General not being "able to do anything about" the situationMr*** brought up contacting and attorney and Mr*** mentioned that he should be sure to share his copy of his invoice with his attorney, so they could see our policy concerning a restocking fee on any return past days from receipt of the productMr*** is welcome to pick up the product that he returned, or pay a 10% restocking fee, as is our policy, in order to receive the balance of his refund

I certainly understand Ms***'s frustration with not being called back in a timely mannerFor that, there is no excuse, and I do apologize for any apparent lack of concern on our part.In regards to the dryer, this is a purchase from 2011, and while it is still covered under the extended warranty,
we must rely on the manufacturer for the necessary partsBeing an older unit, the part was not "in stock" at the manufacturerThat, coupled with this occurring over the holi***s, has required some additional time to acquire the partWe have rushed this and the manufacturer is expeditingAs soon as the part is received, we will make the needed repair, as covered by the extended warranty

We are making arrangements to refund Mr***'s purchase

Ms*** has agreed to allow one of our Supervisory Technicians, Bill B***, come to her home to make the necessary repairsThat appointment is scheduled for February
