Getting a call back
I have been trying to get a call back for a claim number and an adjuster. we are from out of town and our Jeep has no back window. we are going back to a cold Minnesota shortly and need this expedited. it has been 48 hours and no response. I called the supervisor who did help but told me to not call him back that I should call the general number and they will call me back. hasn't happened

Hello, We are in receipt of clients complaint and have addressed it with her. Although she states she sent in her deposit we did not receive it and on July 21st we advised her to send in proof of stop payment and she advised us she would check with her bank. She did not contact us again
until 10/28/and said she does not want to pay her bank fees. At this point she was four months past her deadline and was advised it was void.
The terms and conditions state deposit must be received within days or the offer will be void. In good faith, we have reinstated her voucher and she has sent in her deposit. We are waiting for her to provide dates. If I can answer any further questions, please feel free to contact me
