We are in  receipt of clients email with the Revdex.com.  After we spoke with client last week, they understand that we never received a "Disney" voucher from them and therefore have not denied any dates for this voucher.   They did have another voucher in house which they never...

provided their deposit or dates for and has been void since July.  We spoke with the timeshare company that had given them the voucher and they advised they will be sending them another Disney voucher and client understands they must meet all deadlines in order to travel.  If I can answer any questions, please feel free to contact me.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], although I now agree with the resolution, I want it on the record that this company made no effort to work with me, in fact went out of their way several times to ensure we could NOT redeem this vacation UNTIL I filed a formal complaint with Revdex.com.
Now, all of a sudden we have our package available for use next month (after trying to redeem and having company change or cancel our dates many times over almost one year) and despite being told many times by staff at this company that to get a get a set date is impossible and they can cancel and change as much as they want, after my formal complaint, they have now redeemed what they are legally obligate to redeem and have done what they kept previously saying was impossible.
It is clearly not impossible to give me set dates for my free vacation that they are obligate to redeem, but they clearly make it overly complicating to near impossible for customers redeem (thereby not only keeping the $50 deposits) but also keeping the money that they vacation vouchers are sold for to timeshare companies. It is clear this company is a scam and only complies when the customer escalates to formal complaints to get their legally obligated items.
It is in writing by the company to Revdex.com that I have been guaranteed the May 17, 2016 package. If this company does anything to change these dates or vacation in anyway, I will file escalated action as I think it is sad I've had to go this route to gain what should have been given to me from the start.

We are in receipt of clients complaint with the Revdex.com. 
Although [redacted] had provided dates that were not available he was booked and
confirmed for 6-12-2015.  He emailed us to change his confirmed
reservation on 5-19-2015 and wanted to change it to 7/19/2015 which was...

available and was advised he can provide a later date or keep the
reservation as is.  He chose tickets only with a refund of his tax deposit
(which was mailed to him on 5-20-2015.   We also mailed him a
Discount Dining card ($100.00) on 5/20/2015.   He was advised by the
General Manager  on 5-19-2015 that his tickets will be emailed to him

We are in receipt of clients complaint with the Revdex.com.   The client did not complete the validation of the offer by mailing in their dates/deposit within the deadline and contacted us 2 months after it was due.   They were advised it was void. 
They then contacted us 4...

months later with a threat that if we don't reinstate it, they will go to the Revdex.com.   We contacted the distributor they received the voucher from and they advised us they will mail them a new voucher.

We are in receipt of client’s complaint.  HTOA does not conduct timeshare presentations and in no way promised a resort.  Our terms are on our vouchers that the hotel is for standard accommodations not for a resort. Their first set of dates of 6/24 and 8/5 were not available due...

to peak season travel and they provided 2 new request dates of 8/25 and 9/30 which are processing.  We will advise if available no less than 21 days prior per the terms and conditions of the offer.  We  If they did not receive their $20.00 back from the timeshare resort they attended the presentation, I recommend they contact them to receive it back providing it was refundable.
