We are in
receipt of clients complaint with Revdex.com.   We have already been in
touch with them and they have been advised to send back the back their package
of 30 vacations which they had accepted and signed for (see attached) and we
would reinstate their cruise...

voucher.  We received an incomplete package back however they have been advised we would accept as
is.   Their cruise has been reinstated and they provided dates and based on availability and first come, first served will
be confirmed for their cruise.  If I can answer any further questions,

We have been in contact with Mr. [redacted]  re: his complaint with the Revdex.com.  Although his 1st set of dates were n/a and being promotional travel and availability is based on first come-first served we have explained this to Mr. [redacted] and he agreed to take his tickets only.  His refund is was...
