I HAVE SENT YOU ALL THE DOCUMENTATION THAT I HADIF YOU ARE SO UNORGANIZED THAT YOU CANNOT DEAL WITH A COMPLAINT FROM A SENIOR CITIZEN OF 70, THEN I GUESS YOU CANNOT HELP ME EITHERMY COMPLAINT WAS AGAINST BLAIR TECHNOLOGIES, THROUGH AMAZON.COM AND THEY SENT ME A NON-FUNCTIONING COMPUTERI PAID $FOR IT AND IT HAS NEVER WORKEDI SAVED FROM MY MEAGER SOCIAL SECURITY INCOME FOR MONTHS TO BUY THIS COMPUTER TOWERTHEY GUARANTEED THAT IT WORKED AND IT DID NOT WORK APPARENTLY, YOUR SIDE OF THE COUNTRY ALSO DISCRIMINATES AGAINST THE POOR, THE OLD AND THE INFIRMGREAT TO KNOW!! GOD BLESS YOU AS YOU ALLOW YOUR BUSINESSES TO CHEAT SENIORS AND OLD LADIESTHE NEXT TIME YOU SIT DOWN TO A HOT AND FULL MEAL, THINK OF ME AS I LOST THE ONLY WAY TO SUPPLEMENT MY INCOME SO THAT I COULD EAT AT LEAST ONCE PER DAY!! We have read through the many emails exchanged between you and our Customer Service staff It appears they responded quickly to all of your emails We already issued you a $partial refund on 5/13/responding to your complaint for late shipping (via [redacted] Trans ID # [redacted] ) - see attached.We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused As soon as we receive the computer, monitor, wifi, keyboard, mouse, and speakers, and they are inspected and processed through our Receiving Department, we will be happy to issue you a full refund, instead of the $partial refund you requested To quote a line in your emails to our Customer Service Department:"2) Are you willing to compensate me with the $credit towards my order? ......with the answer from Customer Service being: "I will see what can be done in regards to a partial refund for your troubles with our billing department."We can only refund amounts that were paid to usWe have provided free shipping labels for return of our equipmentHopefully, this refund will be issued soon and this matter will be closed

In order to help resolve this matter, we forwarded you a 750GB hard drive on 4/20/ You called us again on this, and we forwarded a second 759GB hard drive to you along with a disk with easy installation instructions Since you have not called us back since you received the second 750GB hard drive, we assumed that we solved your issue However, if you are still unhappy with your purchase, please call us for a postage-free return label to return the computer with the original 160GB hard drive, and the extra 750GB hard drives with disk Once we receive all of these items, we will be glad to issue your full refund We apologize for the problems you experienced

[redacted] has been threatening us and harassing us for more money for several weeks now We have tried to be patient with her, but she persists with her harassment We provided PROOF over and over again that we fully refunded [redacted] ***, but she still is trying to extort MORE money from us [redacted] is our payment transaction provider, and we processed a full refund of $through [redacted] that went directly to her gift credit card ( [redacted] xxxx-***) on 2/3/(Refund Transaction ID [redacted] She admits that she paid with a gift card, but she neglected to mention she threw the gift card away once she spent itOur refund was legitimate and verified through [redacted] and ***A [redacted] representative sent her a message confirming our refund, and EBAY confirmed our refundIf she ever finds her gift card, she will find that the refund amount is on that card! As far as we are concerned, she has been fully refunded and we owe Ms [redacted] nothing! Lesson learned - hang on to your gift cards even after you spend them!

In checking our records and logs, Ms [redacted] ordered from [redacted] on 5/23/Blair Technology Group (BTG) created a [redacted] label and put the package in transit on 6/1/(business days later - [redacted] # [redacted] She received it in her home in [redacted] on 6/7/ She called us on on 6/15/and reported wifi and battery problems We shipped her a wifi adapter, and even though we do not warranty batteries, we also sent her a laptop battery (both with no charge to her), and shipped these out via [redacted] # [redacted] on the same day, 6/15/ The only address we had for her was the one provided by [redacted] , to her home in [redacted] ** This package was delivered to her [redacted] home on 6/18/(only days later), but according to the [redacted] tracking number, it shows that the package was forwarded on 6/21/ [redacted] usually takes a few days to get their items turned around, but it was delivered to her in [redacted] on 7/5/(this delay was not our fault since we delivered to her listed address in days) She should change her address in [redacted] in order to avoid future problems like this We do apologize for missing a call or two from herShe called us again on 7/8/16, at which time we provided her a free label to return the items ( [redacted] # [redacted] ) That must not have been enough for her since she opened this Revdex.com case the very next day AFTER we agreed to help her!

We have tried several times to resolve this issue with you We asked to have the computer and both hard drives returned to us by providing a free shipping label for the return You have refused to return for a refund or allow us to do any repairs/updates The attachment you provided does not show any problems with the hard drives, only that you have an internet connection, and an "unknown device" such as a printerWe are more than happy to help, but you are requesting that we violate our warranty policy and fraud policy by having a third party check out your computer and expecting us to pay for it If you want this issue resolved, just return the computer to us (using the free label) and we will refund your money immediately

We were experiencing a slight delay with the computer model you ordered from Sears I have checked UPS Tracking # [redacted] and it shows as shipped on 8/25/16, in transit and scheduled for delivery on Monday, 8/29/by end of day

I have attempted on several occasions to address this issue amicablySince the first telephone conversation and the emails that took several days to answer, your customer service has been unprofessionalAs a matter of fact, you were out right rude in our telephone correspondence.Regarding the screen shot, it is quite obvious, even in the eyes of a lay person, that my network drivers are not workingAfter doing the updates you recommended, the only way to get internet connection is to use a LAN cable or to use a third party wireless USB connectorThere is nothing attached to this laptop as you wrongly allege. This is a situation that could have been easily resolved if you sent me the correct hard drive, software and drivers necessary for correcting the issue which you said was so "easy."Regarding your claims that it is against your policy to have another party fix the computer, your argument is mootThere is no difference between you requesting me (a layperson) to install the missing components and me requesting that it be done by an expert in the field.Lastly, your slanted accusation that I am being fraudulent in my actions is without baseless and without meritYour delivery of a product inconsistent with the advertised description is the only fraud in this caseAs a matter of fact, you and your colleague both admitted to the fact in writing.
