Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this...

does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Please provide a 1 to 2 year warranty for my inconvenience.

We have tried several times to resolve this issue with
you.  We asked to have the computer and both hard drives returned to us by
providing a free shipping label for the return.  You have refused to
return for a refund or allow us to do any repairs/updates.  The attachment you provided does not show any problems with the
hard drives, only that you have an internet connection, and an "unknown
device" such as a printer. We are more than happy to help, but you are requesting that we violate our warranty policy and fraud policy by having a third party check out your computer and expecting us to pay for it.  If you want this issue resolved, just return the computer to us (using the free label) and we will refund your money immediately.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Vendor admittedly sent the wrong replacement drive. In addition, vendor failed to include installation software. Ryan Stewart refused to remedy problem stating, “the buck stops here” when I attempted to escalate matters to a superior. As is documented in emails, only AFTER my telephone conversation did the vendor retract his stance and agreed to send the correct part and the installation software.Upon receiving the replacement part several weeks, and after several emails, after initial order was placed, vendor failed to include driver installation software rendering the computer unable to connect to the internet. Digital images, screen shots can be provided as evidence of this.Vendor attempted to get consumer to install software and hardware, when this is a task that should be performed by a trained professional. After retaining said professional, literally downloading and installing hundreds of updates, spending literally hundreds of minutes, computer still cannot connect to internet without said missing drivers. The hundreds of updates and hundreds of minutes spent can be proven by the version of Windows I was provided with.As a professional who is relying on this computer for my livelihood, this has not only delayed several projects costing me money, but it has also caused me, the consumer, priceless time away from my two toddlers.Due to the vendor’s false advertising, and attempts at having me perform technological work which they were initially supposed to perform as per purchase contract and email correspondence,  it is clear that the vendor misrepresented the product they sold me. I, the consumer was obviously misled and it was finally admitted by the vendor. Also, as is evidenced by the multiple Revdex.com complaints about this particular vendor, this is not the first time the vendor has wronged his customers. I hope that by making public complaints such as this to the Revdex.com, the vendor will one day operate ethically.I have confidence in the Revdex.com’s process and that it can convince the guilty party to produce a fair settlement of refunding me $150 for retaining a computer technician and sending me the missing hardware drivers via next day air.

We sincerely apologize for the shipping delay.  We try hard to meet shipping time, but sometimes problems arise that slightly holds up shipping.  We see that she has been fully refunded through Groupon's portal, so it is up to Groupon to return her money on their timing.

We apologize for the late shipping.  We had a slight problem with the product and worked hard to get it handled and ready for shipment.  Sometimes we prepare a label in advance for customers just to make sure these customers get top priority when the problem is solved.  We see that...

your product is scheduled to be delivered to you by 2/26/16 by end of day.

We were experiencing a slight delay with the computer model you ordered from Sears.  I have checked UPS Tracking #[redacted] and it shows as shipped on 8/25/16, in transit and scheduled for delivery on Monday, 8/29/16 by end of day.
