This is been resolved,  the customer is shipping back the computer at our cost,  we will repair and ship back.

We sincerely apologize for the problem.  This was a busy holiday season.  Order placed 12/15/16, shipped 12/21/16, delivered 12/23/16 as we guaranteed your delivery before Christmas (we usually have 3 business days to prepare order and 5 days to ship).  We sent a Compaq desktop...

computer, monitor, keyboard and mouse.  We are very sorry that we neglected to put a power cord in the order.  These are easily purchased from Amazon for about $6.  Therefore, we are issuing you a $15 partial refund for our mistake.  Thanks and have a great holiday!

We sincerely apologize for the delay.  The issue with the replacement has been resolved.  We shipped this back on 7/22/16, via UPS #[redacted]  It is scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, 07/26/2016, by end of day.  Thank you.

In checking our records and logs, Ms. [redacted] ordered from [redacted] on 5/23/16. Blair Technology Group (BTG) created a [redacted] label and put the package in transit on 6/1/16 (6 business days later - [redacted] #[redacted].  She received it in her home in [redacted] on 6/7/16.  She...

called us on on 6/15/16 and reported wifi and battery problems.  We shipped her a wifi adapter, and even though we do not warranty batteries, we also sent her a laptop battery (both with no charge to her), and shipped these out via [redacted] #[redacted] on the same day, 6/15/16.  The only address we had for her was the one provided by [redacted], to her home in [redacted].  This package was delivered to her [redacted] home on 6/18/16 (only 3 days later), but according to the [redacted] tracking number, it shows that the package was forwarded on 6/21/16.  [redacted] usually takes a few days to get their items turned around, but it was delivered to her in [redacted] on 7/5/16 (this delay was not our fault since we delivered to her listed address in 3 days).  She should change her address in [redacted] in order to avoid future problems like this.  We do apologize for missing a call or two from her. She called us again on 7/8/16, at which time we provided her a free label to return the items ([redacted] #[redacted]).  That must not have been enough for her since she opened this Revdex.com case the very next day AFTER we agreed to help her!

We have read through the many emails exchanged between you and our Customer Service staff.  It appears they responded quickly to all of your emails.  We already issued you a $10.00 partial refund on 5/13/16 responding to your complaint for late shipping (via [redacted] Trans ID #[redacted])...

- see attached.We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.  As soon as we receive the computer, monitor, wifi, keyboard, mouse, and speakers, and they are inspected and processed through our Receiving Department, we will be happy to issue you a full refund, instead of the $50 partial refund you requested.  To quote a line in your emails to our Customer Service Department:"2) Are you willing to compensate me with the $50 credit towards my order? ......with the answer from Customer Service being: "I will see what can be done in regards to a partial refund for your troubles with our billing department."We can only refund amounts that were paid to us. our policy, we do not escalate calls to the Owner as he requested.  Our Customer Service Team is highly trained to handle customer calls, but on rare occasions, a Manager might not be readily available to respond to a request. Again, we apologize for the issues.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].   I did receive a $12.00 refund on Paypal.  I was not given a chance to accept or decline this amount.  It was just done by the company.  I have already requested a return RMA on the companies eBay site.  This was done because a non-working computer was shipped.  The WiFi does not work.  This return must be at the companies expense.  After that I will be happy to have no further contact with this seller.

750GB hard drive, we assumed that we solved your issue.  However, if you are still unhappy with your purchase, please call us for a postage-free return label to return the computer with the original 160GB hard drive, and the 2 extra 750GB hard drives with disk.  Once we receive all of these items, we will be glad to issue your full refund.  We apologize for the problems you experienced.

We have tried several times to resolve this issue with you, by sending replacement parts and easy to follow installation disks, but the issue still remains unresolved.  We asked to have the computer be returned to us for the installation, and we would have performed the updates.   Please, just call us to receive a free shipping label to return the computer,
and both 750gb hard drives.  Once we receive them,  we will be happy to refund you in
full.

THEY GUARANTEED THAT IT WORKED AND IT DID NOT WORK.  APPARENTLY, YOUR SIDE OF THE COUNTRY ALSO DISCRIMINATES AGAINST THE POOR, THE OLD AND THE INFIRM.
