They sent me a website to go to so that I can fix the issueHowever, the computer just doesn't work and I cannot even get online to fix the issue using the site they gave meLETS JUST FACE IT----Blair Technologies is a company that does not stand behind its merchandise nor do they care that I am a year old women, who saved money from her Social Security for months to get a computer that would work What a lousy, dishonest, disreputable company they are!! I was able to supplement my meager income by using my computer to do different groups and work onlineI cannot do that any longer!! Now, instead of being able to eat all month, I can only eat for weeks out of the month They deserve the Meritorious Service Award for their care and concern for seniors----NOT!!! I will never have another computer as long as I live because I cannot no longer afford to save up more money to purchase another computer!!Rev*** *** ***

We sincerely apologize for the late shipping. We had a busy holiday season. I have attached the UPS Tracking log that shows package was shipped as 12/19/16. It arrived in Fresno, CA on 12/24/at 5:AM, but since she had earlier requested a delivery change on the 10th for the
package to be held at UPS, it was not delivered but held at UPS. It was not picked up on the 24th at UPS, then the log shows a receiver's request on 12/26/for another delivery changeUPS then delivered the package on 12/27/at 2:PM to customer's home per her request. UPS had given us a delivery date before Christmas and it did arrive for "pick up" on 12/24/16. We have seen issues with UPS handling delivery change requests in the past, which usually resulted in packages being delayed. That said, since she is a Sears customer, we will issue a courtesy partial refund through Sears for the late shipping

Why would I get first priority on the same day I made the order, unless they already knew they could not fulfil the contract they made when they accepted my payment? They also said that they had a slight problem with the HP laptops. But, they continued to advertise the HP laptops on eBay saying they had at least or in stock ready to ship within business days. Their response does not seem to address these issues. I don't know what they mean when they say they will address the other issues offline. That tells me nothing. We have checked your order and see that you received the computer on 11/21/16, then on 11/22/we sent you a wireless adapter. The Return Policy listed on your order states: "14-day return policyAdditionally, for days from original date of purchase, BlairTG will provide Technical Support
at no additional charge to you." Even though you are past the 14-day refund period, we will accept the return if you start the "Return" through Ebay's Return Center. Once your Return is opened, we will respond through Ebay, accept your return, issue a label, and process a refund as soon as we receive the computer and wifi adapter

We are more than happy to help Ms ***, however she is requesting that we violate our warranty along with our fraud policy and allow her to send her computer to a third party for repair and wants us to pay for it We have attempted to help her over the phone to re-install Window but she

We have spoken with Ms*** and have apologized for the shipping delay. We have shipped the item and it is due for delivery today 12/12/

In our defense, we only have the UPS Tracking Detail for #*** to back us up which. We had orders that had the delivery date of the 27th, but UPS was assuring us they would arrive on 12/24/- which they did except for one. Twenty-nine of these orders arrived before Christmas, and the only anomaly on her tracking was the request for change which delayed it until the 27th. We have already apologized and have issued her a courtesy refund for the issue. As a business, we must rely on the information provided by our shipping company. It is not always perfect, but they do their best to accommodate us

I did not initiate an additional address change. This was UPS's response to me about regarding the first change of address. Which again was to not deliver my package but to keep there at the UPS hub for me to pick up. I personally went to ups on the 23rd as well as on Christmas eve to pick up package. I was told both times because the package was shipped ground and not priority, which I was told it was sent out priority,  my package was not accessible for pick up and that I would have to wait until the 27th. It had nothing to do with the change of address I did on the 10th. Again. At the time of the address change. My product had not even been shipped out. I do appreciate the fact that the company is willing to give me a partial refund. I still feel like they are pointing the responsibility for the late deliver on to me or UPS and not taking any responsibility for there actions and for the multiple guarantees and promises that were made to me and not carried through. Below you see the thread of emails that took place between my self and a customer service agent and the multiple guarantees regarding my package. Not once during her investigation of why my package was showing up as a delivery date of the 27th, did my address change come up.

You filed the PP Chargeback late on Monday, August 15, 2016 at 11:14:18 PM and .  We issued the refund about 8 hours later the next morning on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at 7:53:12 AM.  When being refunded through the PayPal Chargeback Center, they say "Being reviewed by Paypal" before they actually send the refund which could be a few days.  I checked to see if the refund has been issued and it was via PayPal Transaction ID #[redacted].

[redacted] has been threatening us and harassing us for more money for several weeks now.  We have tried to be patient with her, but she persists with her harassment.  We provided PROOF over and over again that we fully refunded [redacted], but she still is trying to extort MORE money from...

A [redacted] representative sent her a message confirming our refund, and EBAY confirmed our refund. If she ever finds her gift card, she will find that the refund amount is on that card! As far as we are concerned, she has been fully refunded and we owe Ms. [redacted] nothing!  Lesson learned - hang on to your gift cards even after you spend them!
