I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience with Bloodhound Home Inspection Services(I noticed the name says investigations, but my review is for the Home Inspection company called Bloodhound.) Scheduling the appt was very easy She took the home's address and looked up the details on the house and gave me a quote right away For the inspection itself: Bloodhound was on time (actually, they were there before me, so they were early) There were two inspectors who greeted me and gave me a well-organized binder where I could take notes and also refer to their materials later He informed me of all the services Bloodhound includes as part of the inspection (like recording all the serial #s for the appliances and emailing me down the road should anything have a recall, etc.) He asked if there was anything that concerned me so he made sure to address it He also patiently addressed any questions or concerns I had When they were finished, he went over the entire report for me to see if I had any questions He also let me know the timing for when to expect the report Communication with this company is top-notch! Pricing was also very reasonable (under what I thought it would be) I'd hire them again and recommend to anyone I know Great job, Bloodhound!

Based on the recommendation, I selected to use the service Bloodhound ProvidesIt was my first experience and will be the last with the companyI found the service they provide unprofessional for the following reasons:
When you hire someone to carry out a task, you normally rely on them and their professionalismI realized that it was a mistakeDuring the inspection they did not enforce the policy of evacuating the items from the environment so that a through inspection can be completedI had to force them to come back and inspect the attic, since it was not inspected during the first visitThis lead to the undetected problem laterWhen a meeting was requested with the owner, he simply indicated that the object blocked the inspector inspecting the areaWhen asked why they did not have the area cleared if it was very important, simple response was that " we inform the agent but they did not clear the area"They are paid to have a through work on the propertyIf there is an object they have to have it removed but they did notI requested the e-mail with the time stamp they claimed they sent to see the requestI received something that looked like an e-mail but cannot be readAlso it did not have the time stampLet's assume one problem was blocked, although they could have asked the owner to have it removed, what about the garage door, which has stopped working one moth later or the cracked bedroom door (the picture was shared with the owner of the company) in the second floor or the deteriorated condition of hot water tank pipes or the leak in the roof?
The insurance coverage they provide does not workWE encountered a number of problems after closing and wanted report themSeveral e-mails send but no response received for a whileEventually they wrote back saying that some one in the office will guide you if you called the number providedI called the number provided to report the issues but any warranty issue goes to a third partyAfter being transferred, I was told that I should have reported these issues within days, although I have a warranty activation certificate that is good until Dec2, To make the long story short, in my opinion they are far from professionalismIf you are looking for a feedback, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE
I hope that this feedback can be used as a complaintIf not, I will also file a complaint to Revdex.com

On time and friendlyVery thorough and detailed in his inspectionAs a first time home buyer, he was happy to answer questions that I had before, during and after the inspectionWill use again as the inspection proved it was the wrong house for me to buy

There was a mix up on the date that they were to come, but when we got that straightened out, everything was fine Bobby was the inspector He was thorough mannerly.....changed shoes from outdoor to indoor shoes Would definitely recommend them Bobby went over the report with me and e-mailed it to me However, I could not get the report to print I called them and they are sending me a copy
