I had a horrible outcome from this companies inspection servicesI used them in summer and have been in my house years nowThey down played that our basement had a water issue and told us to throw some waterproof paint on walls, and we found out it desperately needs waterproofed- $15,to doWe have a leaking roof that they missed that has caused our walk in a bedroom to need completely replacedWe were told by a contractor that our gutters aren’t correct and we will experience leaks (we have already had one in our family room) because the gutters are not even up to today’s building codesWe had to upgrade our electric for the entire house because we were experiencing issues and that was never suggested from inspectionThere are numerous other additional issues that have occurred but are more minorThey really should be honest and really ensure that the buyer knows what there’re getting intoWe are beyond disappointed and financially burdened
