Bobby is a great guy, returns calls (Although not my last call, but in his defense the person that answered the phone had to put me on hold to ask a co-worker things a few times so I won't hold that against him) he doesn't just show up on time he shows up early, goes over everything and takes questions before starting, he is extremely throughout in his inspections and calls you over the second he see's something and explains it to youI had an issue on the evening viewing my report he handled the matter and took my call in the eveningVery trustworthy honest inspector and I would recommend them to my friends should they be in the market for a new homeOnly draw back is payment website does not like Microsoft Edge Internet Browsers and will deny payment if you use it which can cause some frustration so a few Technical things to fix up but from his company's stand point and the jobs they do they're solid!

Inspection was pretty good; just wish the inspector would have found the issue that the bank appraisal found a week or two laterthat is, the basement wall was bowingThe bank would not lend the money without getting this issue fixedHad to hire a structural engineer to come out and do secondary inspection
