I would recommend Bloodhound if you need a home inspection. B[redacted] takes his time and looks at everything so professional. I have used him twice.

Bloodhound and [redacted] came highly suggested by my realtor and other clients of theirs'. [redacted] was very prompt, even 15 minutes early. He explained the process, guarantees and services up front. He was very thorough and explained everything as we walked through my new condo. My appointment was scheduled quickly and I had the inspection report within 3 hours. I called about 5 other places before scheduling with Bloodhound and I'm glad I did. As I said, very thorough and beat all the other places I called in price. I'd definitely use their services again.

Bloodhound performed my home inspection in August. I was very impressed with bloodhounds thoroughness with the inspection and the detail report I received the same day that here in October 28 2015 I was informed by the bank that an infestation inspection was needed. With out hesitation I called bloodhound and of course bloodhound responded in a timely manner which was most important to me because I was running out of time on my extension to close with the bank. Not only was bloodhound prompt but just as thorough with the infestation inspection as they were with the home inspection. I strongly recommend bloodhound for your home inspection.

The inspector was professional, thorough, and honest. Everything you would hope for. The inspection he preformed made us feel 100% comfortable with our decision on the house. We will definitely use them again and we would recommend them to anyone.

I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience with Bloodhound Home Inspection Services. (I noticed the name says investigations, but my review is for the Home Inspection company called Bloodhound.) Scheduling the appt was very easy. She took the home's address and looked up the details on the house and gave me a quote right away.
For the inspection itself: Bloodhound was on time (actually, they were there before me, so they were early). There were two inspectors who greeted me and gave me a well-organized binder where I could take notes and also refer to their materials later. He informed me of all the services Bloodhound includes as part of the inspection (like recording all the serial #s for the appliances and emailing me down the road should anything have a recall, etc.) He asked if there was anything that concerned me so he made sure to address it. He also patiently addressed any questions or concerns I had. When they were finished, he went over the entire report for me to see if I had any questions. He also let me know the timing for when to expect the report. Communication with this company is top-notch! Pricing was also very reasonable (under what I thought it would be). I'd hire them again and recommend to anyone I know. Great job, Bloodhound!
