Mr*** states that Trans Union has deleted the WebBank Fingerhut trade line from the credit report, but the trade lines are still reporting on both Equifax and ExperianMr***' desired resolution is for Fingerhut to delete the trade lines from Equifax and Experian
According to our records, an application for credit with Fingerhut was processed with Mr***' personally identifiable information on February 5, Mr*** was approved for a Fingerhut FreshStart account with a credit limit of $
The only order placed was on November 9, for a Skechers Women's Centennial Shoe Wide-Size 10, a Dirty Laundry Women's Pitch Suede Bootie-size 10, and a Lea Apparel Women's Marled Knit Sweater Coat - size 3xl
We referred Mr***' concern to our Credit Risk Department for further review and they determined that the account should be deleted from Mr***' credit bureau report for reason of fraud
On August 10, 2015, a request was sent to the credit bureaus to delete the remaining trade lines(Ref: ***) Please allow up to thirty days for the bureaus to update this information
A phone conversation with Trans Union confirmed that the Fingerhut trade line was deleted on December 24,
During our research, we were also able to locate an additional inquiry for credit in Mr***' name
On August 10, a letter was sent to Mr***' address of *** *** ***, Houston, TX notifying him that the inquiry on his credit report was referred to Equifax Credit Services, TransUnion L.L.C., and Experian Information Solutions, Incfor removal; please allow 60-days for the information to be removedAdditionally, Mr***' information has been marked for our system to instantly recognize, flag, and block similar attempts in the future, should they occur

On April 9, he was sent a letter providing all necessary and pertinent information about the three gift cards, including each gift card number, the available balance on each, and the address to which the cards had been mailedThe letter also explained that new cards could not be issued, but to retain the letter to use the gift card information it contained and they could still be utilized
On May 19, Mr*** spoke with a supervisor who correctly explained that the gift cards may be used on new purchases onlyOur policy prohibits using them as payment on a credit account or crediting them back to the accountAs a reminder to Mr***, our records show he has since used two of the three gift cards on his recent orders dated June 20, and June 26,
If he has not yet used the last remaining gift card, he may again apply it to a future order or give it as a gift to a third party who may likewise have it applied towards a new purchase

According to our records there were no payments received from April 25, through July 7, This resulted in a thirty day late being reported to the credit bureausA payment of $made on July 8, brought the account to a current statusAs a courtesy, we have credited a late fee of $that was applied to Mr***’s balance on July 13, which will be reflected on his next monthly statement
Based on our research, Fingerhut sent notifications to Mr*** regarding the past due status of the account on April 8, 13, 18, 2016, June 8, 13, 18, and June 29,
As of July 13, 2016, Mr***’s account is current with a remaining balance of $Mr***’s next statement, which will be generated on July 28, will reflect his updated balance and minimum payment due
An account review on July 8, confirms Equifax and Experian, are accurately reporting the account as not more than two payments past due with a day past due for June TransUnion is reporting “Current” for the month of May and has not updated reporting for June which may take up to days.
We cannot revise the information we are reporting to the credit bureaus as we are required by law to furnish accurate reportingPlease reference the Reporting and Monitoring section of our terms and conditions that was included in Mr***‘s Welcome PacketIt states:

I have listened to a taped acceptance for Holsted House JewelryMr*** phoned Holsted House Jewelry with a gift code to receive two free ringsThe Holsted House representative explained to him that the Fingerhut Credit Account issued by WebBank would be billed $each for shipping and handling for the free rings
Upon acceptance of the offer, Mr*** would receive jewelry items to match each ring from that collectionThe representative also explained that if he did not wish to receive additional jewelry, to return the Customer Service Card within days that accompanies each orderIf he wished to examine jewelry pieces from the collection(s), to do nothing and he would receive jewelry items every - weeks to examine
Mr***'s account reflects six charges from Holsted HouseShipping and handling on the two free rings he accepted when he spoke to Holsted House and four charges of $for merchandise Holsted House mailed to himHolsted House did receive four of the items as a return and his account was credited for two shipping charges of $and for $for four returnsThe original shipping and handling charges were not credited at this time
We contacted Holsted House on Mr***'s behalf and asked for the additional credits of $for the shipping charges
As a goodwill gesture we have issued a credit for the late fee and finance charges Mr*** account has accruedMr*** will see these credits on a future billing statement
Mr***'s account now has a zero balance on his account

Mr*** states that he incurred a thirty day delinquency on his credit report because Fingerhut did not apply the automatic payments to his account as agreedMr*** is requesting that Fingerhut remove the late payment reporting from all three credit bureaus
Based on our research, the WebBank/Fingerhut credit account ending in *** was opened online September 14, with Mr***‘s personal identifiable informationAn order was placed over the phone on December 18, for a Marcy 100-lbECO Weight Set and a Marcy Flat/Decline Bench with Dumbell SetThe merchandise was delivered via UPS to the address provided on the credit application
Our records indicate that the electronic payments of $made on December 25, and January 25, were received after the due date of the 24th and caused two $late fees to be assessed on Mr***’ balance for the December and January billing cycles
Please note that when a payment is not received by the due date, the minimum monthly payment amount due the next month will be higher and will continue to be higher until the correct minimum amount due is received. Additionally, we may charge a late fee and interest charges will accrue on the balance owed. Our Payment Department may phone our customers with payment reminders when a payment is not received by the due date
On January 25, 2016, Mr*** paid the minimum payment of $with a Fingerhut representative and set up automatic payments for $per month beginning February 24, to April 24, 2017. When Mr***’ account cycled on January 28, 2016, the balance increased the minimum payment to $

"The second replacement was sent to the customer on January 22, with U.P.Stracking number ***...This customer called in to obtain the status of the second replacement on January 23, and was given the U.P.Stracking number."
The tracking number reflects that the vendor met their delivery obligations when the second replacement was successfully delivered on January 28, to Mr***'s address of ***, Chula Vista, CA It further reflects the delivery driver's notes of "Met Customer, Man" indicating Mr*** or someone at his residence accepted delivery in person
As promised, the phone agent followed up by telephoning Mr*** on February 17, with this outcomeThe call rang to Mr***'s self-identified voicemail, and the agent left a message containing the detailed delivery information, including the tracking number
