Review: I ordered some cabinet hardware totaling $791.17. After a month and multiple attempts to locate my product I was told that my order could not be fulfilled. I was told we would receive a refund. I was told it would take 3-5 days. That time has come and gone with no refund. I was trying to resolve it during a chat session, but when I brought up the fact that I was looking for my refund the chat window mysteriousley disappeared. This company as I have come to find out, is a total sham. They actually lost their better business accreditation the day after placing my order.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and compensation for my time as I am dealing with this issue as a small business owner. I charge $60/hr and have spend about 2 hours trying to track down a resolution so I would like $791.17 for the refund and $120 for my time. That total is $911.17.

Review: Ordered product. Purchase was noted on my credit card. Have not received the product or any answers to my emails or phone calls for one month.

On October 6 I placed an order with my American Express card which was confirmed that day and almost immediately debited on my credit card ($91.72). The product ordered is:

I followed up with two emails on Oct 18 and Oct 24 and did not receive a response back. I followed up with several phone calls, initially leaving messages and received no phone call back. More recently, I called and received a message stating the voicemail is unavailable.

I had made the same purchase in Feb 2011 and received the product within a week, with no difficulty in contacting the company for assistance prior to the order.Desired Settlement: I would like the product delivered ASAP. If it is no longer available, I would like a refund credited to my credit card. If it is on back order or there is simply a delay in shipping the product, the courtesy of a phone call or email would be greatly appreciated.

Received product in late December. There was no refund on my credit card as stated above by the company. No phone calls or emails were ever answered for this order although my credit card was debited very promptly when I placed the order several months ago. Quite disappointing after having had extremely good customer service when I ordered the product back in 2011.

Review: We placed a $540 order from drawerslides.com on January 10. I have contacted them by phone, email, and through their website. I received an email reply from [redacted], a customer service representative, stating that the item I ordered was out of stock, and they were going to send me a different item the next day. We never received a shipment. Again, I called & emailed with no success of a live person, and as of March 12, 2014 still have not received a reply of any kind. I do not know if this business is legit anymore. My credit card has been charged, and I do not have a product or refund to show for it. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded the $540 charged. I will purchase my product elsewhere.

Review: Customer service department will not respond to calls or emails. The contact telephone numbers have the same message that all reps are busy yet voice mailboxes are full. Any telephone option a caller chooses gets the same response: all are busy assisting others. I placed an order on 2/22/14 for $183.84 plus $27.94 S/H for $211.28 total. Item immediately claimed to be ready to ship but has not arrived. Cannot get any response from anyone with the company. Additionally, the accounting department initially charged my bank account twice for the one item. Luckily for all concerned, after waiting a week, the amount appears to have been rectified. Still waiting on bank verification.Desired Settlement: In case I still am being charged for two items, refund $423.56. If I'm being charged for one item, as ordered, refund $211.28 so I may purchase the item from a reputable company. I only want refunded what I have actually been charged. This company has my credit card information....I want all that information deleted.

Review: On March 27, 2014, I ordered 12 drawer slides from this company for a total of $173. My credit card was charged March 28, 2014, for $173. When the slides had not arrived in almost a month, I contacted them. I received a response by email from [redacted] informing me that they could not source the order and a refund was in process. It has now been almost 4 months, and I have not yet received a refund. I just checked all the statements for my credit card, and no refund was credited to the card.Desired Settlement: As stated in Ms. [redacted]'s email message, I would like to have my credit card credited for the $173 or a check sent to me for that amount.

Review: On 2/15/14, I ordered an inexpensive plastic drawer liner (~$19.00~), and my card was charged for the purchase 3 days later. I have not received it, or any communication from the company to date. Calling, local and 888 numbers, and trying all "departments," all I get is either "leave your message, or, go online and enter "live chat." Trying that, all I get is send us an email... Seems like Nobody's home!Desired Settlement: Contact from the company and delivery of the product, or, refund.

Just a follow up, I did receive a message sent by the Company stating the two units were shipped on Friday Feb 7th but had no tracking number to give at that time. the two units arrived today Thursday Feb 13th in Great condition. I can understand if Weather and Heavy volumes of orders can delay these things, but just an email or phone call to advise ,would have never started this complaint. Thank you and Bold Hardware for your time.

Review: Purchased multiple items (drawer slides and brackets)that were noted as being in stock. Bold Hdw. shipped items weeks late. There return policy said I needed an RMA and I obtained one after multiple calls (15-20) to there service dept. I shipped the items back (3/3/2014) that I didn't need via UPS (with tracking) and have confirmation items were received at Bold Hdw. on 3/10/2014 at 0814 hrs.After numerous phone calls messages and E-Mails, I still haven't received my refund.This company is the WORST on-line retailer I have ever dealt with and operates on the fringes of a fraudulent organization if there ever was one.Can you help me?????Desired Settlement: They owe me approx. $144.45 for the items I returned. Can you write/call/E-Mail them to get them to respond?This company is "impossible" to communicate with!

Review: [redacted] of Bold hardware assured me on 2 occasions that my order of 1/8/14 had been shipped, when in fact it had not been shipped. I spoke with their supplier [redacted], Inc ([redacted]) [redacted] told me that the product I ordered from Bold/Drawerslides.com could not be shipped to Bold (for subsequent shipment to me) because they had not paid their bill with [redacted]. I believe drawerslides.com (which is the online website for Bold) is taking orders without the financial wherewithal to fulfill them thus creating a sort of Ponzi Scheme - hoping to use money from future orders to by the product to fulfill old ordersDesired Settlement: Prevent them from taking new orders until they can assure customers of reasonably fast delivery.

I placed an order Jan 5, 2014, and have not received shipment. I have received no status updates. I called the first week of Feb and was promised that the order would ship within 5 days and 2.5 weeks later nothing. The order stats shows that it has not shipped. They do not answer their phone. I have emailed them - no response. I tried sending a fax, the fax number does not answer. This is unacceptable service. I am cancelling my order via US mail and will file a dispute with Visa if my card is not immediately credited. I have found some online forums where others have had a similar experience - so mine is not an isolated case.

Review: Ordered from this company on Jan.5th 2014. Order # [redacted] for 2 wire pull-out hampers, at 79.28 each. My order total is 181.02. I have called several times, using several different numbers, no one calls back! I have e-mailed them, and no one returns an e-mail ! I called again today,and I got the same message for them being sick over valentines day! I want to know if this business is still open ! Review: I ordered slides from drawerslides.com for a kitchen that my company is producing on February 13 2014. I called on March 17 to see why I had not received them and they had not shipped yet. At that time I was told that they would ship that day. I told the customer service chat (because that is the only way that I can get ahold of anyone) that I needed an e-mail with tracking information sent that day to the e-mail my confirmation was sent to and it was never sent. I then chatted on the 18th and was told that they would ship that day, I requested overnight on them and they countered with 3 day. The next day still no tracking information. I chatted again on 3/25/14 and they still had not shipped, and they were supposed to be shipped that day. At this point I had demanded an extension that I could reach a live body at and they provided me with a number which I called and left 2 messages and never received a call back. when I chatted the following day on the 26th they still had not shipped. I stated many times that if they did not ship than I wanted a full refund. I was assured that they would ship. I checked again on the 27th to make sure that they shipped, and they still had not shipped. I now have demanded overnight shipping and they are not able to ship them overnight, they told me 3 day again. When I have demanded to SPEAK with someone they can not produce any one for me to speak with. At this point I am wondering if this company even exists. They have been full of lies! I will not order from them again.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology letter and for them to have to have a number that someone can be reached at!

Review: An order was cancelled in January 2014, after multiple attempts to contact this company via phone and e mail, I have been unable to receive a refund for items that I never recieved because I cancelled the order before it was shipped. I was told in mid February by [redacted] that this case would be forwarded to the accounting dept and could take 3-4 weeks for them to process my refund, I haven't heard anything or been able to contact these people again since.Desired Settlement: This company owes me $122. 17.

Review: I ordered a spice rack in November from this online company. The transaction went through on November 30, 2013. The product never arrived. By the end of January 2014 I had made at least 3 calls to the company letting them know this holiday gift never arrived. I was guaranteed its arrival on all three occasions. Needless to day, By February I just wanted by money refunded as the "gift" never arrived. After numerous voice mails during the first week of February, I finally made a call that was answered by a human. This man made a few clicks on his computer and stated that my money would be refunded. The money has still not posted to my checking account. I have sent several emails to the company since January, with no follow-up email from the company.I am appalled by the lack of customer service and the fact that a holiday gift was never sent over the course of at least 8 weeks. I am angry that I was told my money would be refunded three weeks ago and has still not posted to my account. Review: Order placed February 1, 2014 on drawerslides.com. A few days later, the charges were on credit card. A week later, no confirmation/delivery tracking info. I reached out to customer service. phone lines were busy and never got through. emailed customer service about order. I got a response from [redacted] saying part number was discontinued, but could replace it with something comparable, and if I approved she would have it shipped out asap. I responded via our conversation and said fine. No response/confirmation from [redacted]. A couple weeks later and still no parts. tried calling multiple times and never got through to anyone. tried to leave voicemails but it was full. My wife took the info/records and began to call. She got messages saying voicemail is full. She pushed a series of random buttons and got [redacted]'s and John [redacted]'s voicemail. She left 4 messages, two for each. She wrote 2 emails to each, and one to customer service. My wife tried multiple times to contact them via "chat" feature, however no one responded to her request regarding a purchase. Finally, instead of saying she was inquiring about a certain order number, she said she wanted to place an order, someone responded immediately. His name was "[redacted]". wife said she wanted to inquire about parts we were charged for but never received. She said she wanted to talk to an actual person and asked for j**s extension, j** gave her extension 115 - this actually john mcdonalds extension and wife had already left 2 vms. She asked [redacted] what his real extension and he said 116, this was actually marraiha's ext. and the wife let j** know she knew that's not his. He said sorry but he was in India. J** told my wife he would let [redacted] know, it would be taken care of. My wife did not leave chat until receiving an email from [redacted] confirming shipping. Two hours later [redacted] emailed wife and said it would shipped and delivered Friday February 28. It's the 28th and no product. Email sent to [redacted], no response. frustrating!!!Desired Settlement: Would like our items that we've paid for shipped, or our order to be refunded.

Review: I placed order [redacted] on 15 Dec 2013 for two items on their website. After a few weeks I checked to see what the status of my order was after I saw they had charged my credit card for the order already and their online customer support told me it was shipped and I would receive the tracking number shortly. After a few days passed without any tracking number I contacted them again online and was told again that my order was shipping that day and I would receive a tracking number later. I did not. I contacted them one more time and was told again that it was shipping and I would receive a tracking number later that day. I did not again. I cancelled my order online and asked for a refund. I have not received my refund yet and after leaving 5 phone messages with them have yet to hear anything back.Desired Settlement: I want the amount they charged my credit card, $142.68, refunded. While the online order grand total was listed at $127.10, the actual amount they charged my credit card was $142.68.

Review: I placed an order with drawerslides.com which I cancelled and placed a new order. I was billed for both and can't get a refund for original order.

I placed an order with drawerslides.com on October 29th 2013(order # [redacted]). I soon realized the product description on drawerslides.com of the items I had ordered was incorrect. I ordered Accuride Eclipse drawer slides. There are two versions of this slide. The description of the slides on drawerslides.com are the same for both versions. The Eclipse SC is a self closing slide with out a dampening mechanism. The Eclipse EC is the Easy Close version with a dampening mechanism. I am not as familiar with this brand as I usually use others. I called drawerslides.com the next morning to change my order as it had not shipped yet. The sales representative I spoke with said this wouldn't be a problem and corrected my order. Several days later I realized my bank account had been charged $337.42 on 10/31/13 and an additional $431.94 on 11/05/13 for the new order. I called immediately when I noticed this and spoke with a representative. I told him the problem and he said he would tell the accounting dept. and correct the problem. I waited several days and heard nothing. I also had not received my corrected order or any tracking information regarding a delivery date. I called back and talked to a different representative, [redacted]. She told me she would figure out what was going on. I soon received tracking info on my corrected order, but nothing regarding my refund. I called [redacted] again, and she told me she didn't handle refunds herself and would send my information to the accounting department. I waited several days and heard nothing. I have since called drawerslides.com at least 6 more times and talked to an actual representative three of those times. I was told on one occasion if they couldn't credit my card back they would put a check in the mail. Nothing. My most recent attempt was made Jan. 2nd and was sent to the voice mailbox of John McDonald, apparent owner of this company. I left my contact information in a voicemail with my order number and my complaint and again have heard nothing. I have spent at least three hours dealing with this issue. I can't believe getting a refund for an order that was cancelled is this hard. Drawerslides.com has stolen $337.42 from me and I can't seem to get it back.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund in the amount of 337.42 for my original order that was cancelled I will accept this either with a credit to the card with which the order was place or a check sent to my billing address for the same card.

Review: I made an online purchase [redacted]) on September 2, 2013. It was the wrong size. I called customer service on Sept 16,2013. Was told I had to purchase the new size [redacted]) and when they receive the original item, I will be credited. I made that purchase with the customer sales rep on the phone. I sent the original items via USPS on Sept. 17th (label [redacted]). It was received by Bold Hardware on September 21, 2013, at 2:22 pm. I had not received any credit on my credit card or a check in the mail. I called on January 28, 2014 (4 months later). After being on hold for 15 minutes, I finally spoke with [redacted] at 8:40 am (pacific time). She looked up the purchase and return. Said something to the effect that there was a glitch and it seems to have been overlooked. She said a check for $58.76 will be sent since 4 months has past. She would email me to confirm within 2 days. It will take 1-2 weeks to receive the check. I had not received the email or check. I called back on February 19, 2014 10:00am (pacific time) I was on hold for 30 minutes after pressing option 3. I tried all 3 options When I tried option 1, it gave me a busy signal. I left a detailed message after pressing option 3 again. February 24, 2014, I called 11:30 am (pacific time) and was placed on hold again or asked to leave a message. I sent an email to Mr.[redacted], the suposed president of the company on February 24. I never received an email or a refund. I called again April 30, 2014. I tried all the options to no avail. One of the remarks on the voicemail message is to go on the website and click on live chat. I cannot locate the 'live chat' button, unless I click on the UPS tracking number and it connects me with the UPS chat site.Desired Settlement: The minimum I would at least expect is the refund of my order. Let alone the original shipping charges since I had to not only pay to send the original order back and pay shipping to them, then pay shipping on my second order and interest on the money they have been holding hostage. It has been 8 months since I sent the original order back.

Review: I ordered product on Feb. 4, 2014. After not receiving the product for a month, I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone to determine why I have not received the product. I have tried repeatedely via phone and internet but have not gotten any response at all. At one point in time I did receive an email that stated that her supervisor would respond to me the next day, which didn't happen. I believe that the are out of business and would like to determine that for sure. THe other thing I am wondering if this company did ever exist, but they certainly have a nice web site at www.drawerslides.com?Desired Settlement: I really would like to receive my product that I have ordered. If not I would like my purchase refunded if that is possible.
