Review: I placed an order with them on March 30 for over $200 worth of hinges for my kitchen. Around April 20, I was on their site trying to figure out what was going on and a chat popped up like "can I help?" and I wasn't really annoyed yet so I was nice and just asked why my order hadn't shipped yet, hoping it was just not updated on their site or something. The guy said he could have it shipped tomorrow and I said "thanks" and assumed he wasn't lying. But then I didn't hear anything about it, so I submitted a contact form on their site on April 25 and got a response the next day saying they "could not source" my order and that I'd receive a refund. It's May 7 and I still haven't received my refund and I'm starting to worry that I've just lost $233Desired Settlement: I've already purchased replacement hinges, so I need a refund for this order as promised.

I have contacted my bank and will file a complaint with Revdex.com, which I have just checked and so it happens they have a long list of complaints registered.Desired Settlement: Cancel my order.

Per an email dated 4/18 you were informed that the RY2250-36 was on back order until 5/12- as such a complaint to the Revdex.com is hardly appropriate. I have cancelled the order and a refund is in process.

Review: On 4/02/2014 I ordered drawer slides from this companys website totalling $208.59. They charged my credit card that day but at this time I am yet to see any order from them. They don't answer any of their phone numbers and their live chat online is a joke when its up. today is 4/17/2014 and stiil no order or refund. I think that I will get in touch with the IRS and give them their Tax ID# also. If they've ripped off this many people, they must be ripping off Uncle Sam, too. Lesson learned!!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to have the CORRECT ORDER I originally placed and if this isn't possible, I would like a total refund of my money.

Review: I have called numerous times and have e-mailed the company I have been put on hold several times for more that 15 minutes with no one ever answering the phone after they tell me some one will be right with me. I placed my order on January 7th,2014 and they have charge my bank acct but I still have not received any product or any communication when I might get it. I have gotten the order confirmation number and the shipping address is correct.Desired Settlement: I would like them to contact me and I would like the product since my project has now been on hold for almost 1 month. Review: I placed an order on Feb. waited a month and didn't received the order, got in contact and was told I'll receive it in a few days. waited one more week and tried to get in contact and they didn't answer the phone or my e-mails. sent an e-mail asking for reimburse my money and they never did. I paid $ 273.26 for these items. I have the order # and e-mails they sent telling me I will get these items but never did.Desired Settlement: I'm not interested to do any business with this company, I just want them to reimburse my money. $273.26Thank you.

Review: Over charged for order and no appropriate actions to resolve the issue after several attempts to get them to refund the over charge.

After waiting 2 weeks for our original order from drawerslides.com I called to check the status. I spoke with [redacted] who apologized for it not being sent. I asked him that since it had not been shipped if we could make a few changes to the order. He said that would be no problem and would either refund the difference or cancel/refund the original charge and charge us the new order amount. The new order did finally get here, however the old charge of $277.49 (11/4/13) was not refunded and we have a new charge for $246.15(11/18/13). I have made several attempts to get this taken care of and have spoken to [redacted] 3 times concerning the issue. He has assured me each time that he will take care of it and email or call me. This has gone on for far too long now. He has failed to apologize for the inconvenience and has failed to rectify the situation. I have left messages with their accounting department 2 times and have not received any email or phone calls in response. We have incurred overdraft fees due to our account being overdrawn and have spent a ridiculous amount of time and energy trying to get them to do their jobs.Desired Settlement: We are expecting them to refund us the overcharge for the original order at the very least. Also, today when I went to instal them realized that some of them are the wrong drawer slides from what I had ordered, nothing like a little salt in the wound! I am also expecting them to cover shipping costs to return the slides and I will take my business elsewhere to purchase the correct drawer slides. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced and will never use them again.

Review: I ordered and paid for a product, after not receiving it in two weeks, I tried calling the company. The phone was disconnected, they said it was going to be working in two days. Now the phone still doesn't work, and the web site is no longer available. My order number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like to either get the product I ordered, or be reimbursed.

Have not received any communication from company since order conformation email on 4/23! In fact when I tried to call company on 5/12 to enquire about the order I got recording telling me that the phone line was disconnected! Three days before only usual wait for next service rep recording, then hung up on. I was charged for items. On March 31 I cancelled the order because they had not been shipped as I was told they would be. It has now been 30 days and I have not received a refund. Review: My order was placed on 3/3/14 and my credit card was charged. As of 3/26, the order has not been received. I contacted the company to determine when the order would be shipped and received an email from one of their representatives on 3/13 stating that the order was in-route and would arrive on 3/18. When the order was not received as stated, I attempted to contact the company again by email and got no response. I have since tried to call, but their voicemail service is not active. Review: I ordered drawer knobs and pulls from this company back in November 2013. First, I paid for RUSH shipping, an $35.69 charge, but they did not arrive on the date guaranteed. Secondly, I only recieved 42 out of the 43 pulls I ordered. I called the company and left serveral messages, Finally getting ahold of a [redacted], [redacted], he told me he would take care of this matter and get my account credited and also send me my missing drawer pull. Then when nothing happened I tried getting in touch with him or someone else with the company. For months never heard back from anyone. Finally, a [redacted], [redacted]@drawerslides.com, responded via email assueing me someone would be intouch with me in a day or two to take care of everything. I could call [redacted] to get futher help or call her directly. I have tried both of them and have left serveral messages for them with no response. I have emailed her back asking for help and letting her know this is starting to get very frustratind and still no response. This issues is a simple one to fix. Refund the shipping charge and deliever my missing drawer pull. But, somehow after 7 months they still have not fixed the issue and are not responding to me. When I was able to chat online at their site drawer slides.com they forwarded me an email that my order was canceled but failed to refund my credit card. Review: I ordered 4 hinges from this company on 4/13/2014. The hinges were $23.17 and never sent to me.I tried to contact the company but no one answered the phones. I emailed them, a [redacted] returned one email telling me the hinges would be delivered on Thursday or Friday 5/1,2/2014. No hinges to date and no further contact by Ms.[redacted] or the company.Desired Settlement: I need the hinges to put the door back on my cabinet that has been off the cupboard since april. or give me my money back.

Review: On January 29 I placed an order for 4 drawer slides on this website, and was told they would ship within two days. After a week with no tracking number, I called to inquire about the status. I was told that they had shipped my order and I would be called back shortly with the tracking number. After not hearing back for two more days, I called again and was told that the order would ship the next day and I would receive the tracking number within 24 hours. After three more days I had heard nothing and called once again, only to be told that the order would be shipped on that Wednesday (in two days). I called on Thursday to get a tracking number and was told that the order did not ship as I was told it would, but they would ship it the next day (Friday) and I would receive it the following Monday(17FEB), and that they would call back within the hour with the tracking number. Once again, I received no call at all, which is sadly expected from them at this point. On Monday (17FEB) the order never came. Thinking that presidents day had something to do with it, I waited through Tuesday evening for it to arrive. Today, Wednesday (19FEB) I called several times and waited on hold literally for two hours before "[redacted]" answered. I gave him my order number and he told me that it supposedly shipped yesterday, which is completely different from what I was told the last time I called. I asked him for a tracking number and he said he didn't have one. I then asked to speak to a manager and he "transferred" me to a line that said "no one was at that extension," and hung up on me. I called back, and after waiting for another hour, I spoke to "[redacted]" again. I told him what had happened and asked if he could just put the manager on since I didn't want to get hung up on. He said he couldn't do that and transferred me to "[redacted]'s" voicemail, whoever that is. I left a message explaining my situation and asked kindly for a call back asap. I still have no tracking number, order, or a response. Please help. This is insanity.Desired Settlement: I simply want a response that I was promised several times. I am now two weeks behind on this job and cant even give the customer a tracking number to show them when their project can be finished. This company was very quick to charge me for the order, but everything else has been a nightmare. I have never received such horrible service for such a simple thing in my life. Most of all, I want the product that I ordered and paid for over three weeks ago. Please at least respond.
