Review: I ordered a drawer slide from www.drawerslides.com after a few weeks I attempted to contact them to see what was going on with my order, because I had not seen it in the mail. I was told on several occasions (via web-chat) After several attempts that my order would ship out. I waited a week or so and did not see any confirmation or my part in the mail, so I got back on the web-chat and was told that my part was not in stock and they issued a refund at that time. That was on April 14th 2014. Today is April 28th and I have have not seen a refund as of yet. I have send several emails, tried phoning, and attempted to chat with the web-chat (which got me no-where). I originally ordered this part on March 4rd 2014Desired Settlement: I'm requesting $51.73 to be refunded to my account.

Review: I ordered drawer slides on January 16th 2014 (order number [redacted]), payment ($317.93) was made same day through my credit card. They never sent me the items and I e-mailed them and asked what is going on on January 27th. They e-mailed me back next day and it said the items are back ordered and they will be shipped on Monday (what they mean February 3rd). I e-mailed them back I can't wait that long and want to cancel my order, since that, I never heard from them nor received refund. I called them and e-mailed them several times but never able to talk them nor heard from them. I did live chat with their sales person who said her name is [redacted] (Same name who e-mailed me and told the items are back ordered)through their website once, but she said she is not able to answer question or complaint about account thing and she forwarded my message to their account department. Today is February 27th and I still haven't heard from them nor got refund yet.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $317.93 immediately.

Review: On Nov. 18 of 2013 I placed an order for drawer slides, fixing clips & drawer pulls. I received the pulls 10 days later but was informed that the slides would be a few days late. I was informed a week later that they would be a few more days late. I had the order cancelled because I could wait no longer to get hardware to finish this job. I asked for a credit or refund and was told it was in the works. On feb 4th I was assured I was getting a credit to my card that day. It is now Feb 24thand I still have not received a credit. I fell I have not only been getting the run-around but that I have also been lied to on more than 1 occasion. Can you help me get this resolved?Desired Settlement: put the $61.93 + shipping & handling back on my credit card.

Review: After several weeks we have contacted them by e-mail & by chat and they were telling us the order would ship but we still haven't received our order. We have been in touch by chat with a person called [redacted] and another one called[redacted]. Each time they have told us the order would ship but we never got any tracking. On March 28th we have sent them this e-mail and still no news.I have placed an order (No[redacted]) by internet with your company on February 7th 2014.After 3 weeks and having not heard from you concerning my order, I have contacted you via the chat to find out where my order stood.I was relief when I was told that the goods would ship soon. After 2 more weeks and still having heard anything from you, I recontacted your company by e-mail. You have responded to my e-mail telling me that the order would ship the next day, March 12th, 2014. I have again waited several days and there again still no news from you by e-mail or by phone.I decided to contact once again a person from your company via your website by chat. The person who replied called [redacted] has again giving me hopes that the goods would be shipped the next day and that I would be getting a tracking no. Two days later, nothing, still no news from you. I have recontacted by chat [redacted] two more times and you last week and three times you assured me that the order would ship and that I would finally get my tracking number. I have never received my products, get any follow ups or any other news.My project cannot wait any longer so I am in the obligation to ask you to cancel my order and to get full reimbursement on my credit card. Your website is very well done, is easy to navigate and your company seemed to be serious but unfortunately this is not the case and this is very disappointing.I hope that I will get reimbursed quickly and that you will solve this very quickly. This kind of service is not giving your company good credit.Please let me know via email that you will proceed well refund.Yours truly[redacted]Desired Settlement: Cancel the order and get our money back

Review: I placed a order online at www.drawerslides.com on Feb24,2014 for 5ea 28" drawer slide, for the sum of $87.95 plus $20.11 S/H..When they did not arrive in Mar, I sent an Email to them on the 10th (you cannot get anyone to answer customer support#) I got an email back from [redacted] stating they would be dilivered Wed Mar12, again I waited until Fri Mar16, no package. Again I emailed her back saying the package did not arrive, she emailed me back and said they would be reshipped and my S/H would be refunded. On Mar20 I emailed her back and said no package, she sent back another message saying she was turning this matter over to a supervisor.Then on Mar21 I get another email from her saying again, this package will arrive on Wed? I sent a message back asking for a tracking number.....haven't got another response...Desired Settlement: $108.06

Review: On Jan 14 2014 I orderd some drawer parts through their online business: Drawerslides.com.The order # was [redacted] delivery was quoted as ups 3day. My credit card was charged on the same day.I have been contacting them at least weekly through email and Quote: "This ships directly from Hettich. I have a call in to them to check on it and will know something soon"I have also made phone calls only to be left on hold with no answer.can you light a fire under these guys please Thank [redacted]Desired Settlement: Please send parts asap

Review: We placed an order with Drawer Slides on January 30,2014, at which time, they charged our credit card for $177.90. We were suppose to have received the items on Wednesday, February 5,2014 via UPS ground. We have called the company many times and left messages. They never sent the order to the manufacturer and did not return any of our phone calls. They finally left us a message on Wednesday, February 19th saying that they would credit our credit card for the order that they never placed and that we would see the credit within 24 - 48 hours. We have yet to receive a credit, they have now taken down their website. I will never do business with them again.Desired Settlement: I will try and get this resolved through my credit card company first. I just want other people to know that they are impossible to work with and they don't deliver. I think they just try and take your money.
