I have had the same proclems with this company. This company should be charged for fraud. It has been 2 weeks since I have placed an order for some drawer slides.I have been able to reach anyone via phone. I did get an e-mail only to be lied to. I was told that my drawer slides will ship directly from the manufacturer, so I contacted the manufaturer myself and they confirmed that they had the item in stock but found no order under my name nor under drawerslides.com. The person mentioned that it had been quite a long time since they have gotten an order from this company. Do not order from this company ever. I will be filing a dispute with my CC comapny.

Review: Ordered [redacted] hardware on April 29, 2014 from the Bold Hardware Company paying with a credit card. The company processed the order, giving a confirmation #, I have not received the merchandise. I sent an email to the contact information with no response from the company. I used the phone # listed and heard a recording saying the # was disconnected. Since I have paid for the product and not received the product I am asking for your help in resolving this complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like the hardware ordered, if not possible I would like a refund.

Review: I placed an order for drawer slides on March 3rd. After contacting the business via email several times they had informed me that they could not fulfill the order (six weeks passing). After receiving a response back stating that the order could not be fulfilled I was informed that I would receive a credit to my credit card for $377.72: after trying to contact the company through email given by a recipient of the company on earlier emails, I have yet to recover the money that I placed on my credit card. I was informed on April 22nd 2014 that I would receive a credit to my CITIbank card. To date has not been processed.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund to my Citibank card for the amount of $377.72.

Review: Hinges ordered from website on 3/3/2014. Purchase amount of $198.97 immediately taken from my credit card. Order number [redacted]. After two weeks, parts not delivered. Call to check. Online status check not functional. Called and emailed. Told someone was looking into it. One week later, no delivery. Same comment after requesting status update by email. One week later, called, instant messaged, emailed. Same response - looking into it, but parts had not shipped. Cancelled order and requested immediate refund. I cancelled order 3/31/2014. Two weeks later, emailed to ask for status on refund. Deferred to accounting, who do not reply to my email. Called. No answer. Three weeks later, 4/21/2014, still no refund issued. Emailed again. No response.Very frustrated with lack of good communication, status updates, products never delivered, and no refund processed.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $198.97 purchase price.

Review: I ordered hinges for my kitchen thru www.Drawerslides.com on January 8th, 2014 and it's February 12th, 2014, and I've yet to receive the product. I reached out to the company 15-20 times, and only 3 of those times did I actually get a person to speak with. They all gave me the same answer. "That the particular hinges I ordered were on back order, but they will get them in this week, and I'll get the product by weeks end." The week would pass, and still no product. I asked them to reach out to me when the order was fulfilled & shipped so I could follow the progress, and I've never gotten any communication from them. Now when you call there is a busy signal, or you get just voicemail. I've left messages on voicemail & sent emails requesting a refund to no avail. This company either has the worst customer service, or they are non-existent all together.. The public needs to be informed that this company is either fraudulent, or not competant. In looking at the companies Facebook page it looks like I'm not the only one that is encountering this issue. Thanks for your time!Desired Settlement: I'd like to get my money back. I've currently filed a dispute with my bank to see if I can get my money back based on the fact I never received benefit from the check card purchase, so I'm waiting to see how that goes, but if they're unable to get my money back I'd like to see a refund somehow??

Review: Placed my order online on 1/27. No receipt or confirmation was emailed but I did print the order confirmation online. The company charged my credit card on 1/29. Nearly a month later and I still have not received my order. I have tried calling multiple times to check my order and I've never gotten through to someone to check my order. I have tried to check my order online but it says "invalid order number".I strongly suspect this is a fake company! Several people have complained about the exact same problem from this company. They are ripping people off.Desired Settlement: Obviously I expect either either a full refund or the product I ordered shipped to my house expedited with a shipment tracking number.

After filing the compliant with the Revdex.com and informing Bold Hardware of the complaint the company subsequently expedited the delivery of the product I ordered. The product arrived this morning to my doorstep. While I'm disappointed that a complaint to the Revdex.com was required to motivate the business to take action, I am satisfied with the outcome.

Review: On November 21st, I placed an order for 135.25 : for this order I never received any confirmation nor the shipment but I was charged the amount, as it shows on my account statement.I also place a seperate order of $195.64, on the same day and for this one I received a confirmation invoice via email: WS218396.After 4 monts I received only a portion of the items on that second order.They answered one of my emails saying that refund takes a couple days to get issued, it's been again weeks and I have seen no refund on my bank account.Regards[redacted].Desired Settlement: They owe me $135.25 ( a full order that they claim was cancelled but I have no records of any refund) and $89.95, on the second order, that remains uncomplete.Thank you for any help.Regards[redacted].

Review: I ordered $122.92 worth of drawer slides from this co. Waited over 3 weeks and still didn't come. The first person I talked to said they were going out that day. Waited another week and nothing. The second person I talked to said they would ship the next day. Waited another week and nothing. The 3rd time I talked to them I told them to cancel the order and issue a refund to my credit card. The order was cancelled but they will not refund my money. Have contacted them twice by e-mail because they don't answer the phone, just a recorder. I have waited almost 3 weeks to get a refund and they won't answer my e-mails or calls.Desired Settlement: Just refund my credit card.

Review: This company took my order via their website, and charged my debit card immediately for $356.63. After a week of no communication whatsoever, and multiple attempts to contact them, all they have done is cancel my order, and refuse to provide a refund. Their telephone numbers do nothing but go to voicemail, which is often full. They will not return any email, and the chat function on their website is nothing more than a guy who tells you he can't do anything. They have STOLEN my money, as well as others (I looked up their ratings online, and they have done this multiple times over the last few months).Desired Settlement: The only settlement I will accept is the return of my money immediately. They are lucky I haven't called the police yet.

Review: I ([redacted] - [redacted].)purchased from them (Bold Hardware Co.) cabinet hardware in the amount of $6,864.12 thru a credit card transaction in February of 2014, which they have not delivered on and have not responded on numerous occasions to my attempts to contact them.Desired Settlement: I would like either my money refunded or the product that I ordered and paid for, delivered.

Review: I ordered from the company on April 13, 2014 for 5 Blum Clip Top 107 degree Straignt-arm Screw on , Self-close hinges. The order was debited from my checking account as of today date May 4, 2014 I have not received the order. I have tried to call the company by telephone, sent emails with no success. I received a email back from one of their customer service representative that the order would be sent out on the next day, on April 20, 2014 she says that the warehouse had overlooked the order. I asked in my email if they are unable to fill the order please refund my payment. I will never order anything from this company again.Desired Settlement: I would like to either to receive the order or get a refund

Review: I've placed 2 orders with this company and have received nothing in return. We cancelled part of the first order #WS224692 and were to be reimbursed for the parts cancelled but never received the reimbursement. On the 2nd order [redacted] we have not received the drawer slides and they have our money. We've tried calling all numbers associated with the company but can't get through. We've emailed the company and can't get a response. I would like to cancel all orders and be reimbursed the total amount of both orders $339.04.Desired Settlement: I want a total reimbursement of $339.04 and all orders cancelled.

Review: On February 19th, 2014 I placed an order on drawerslides.com, I paid extra for the 3 day shipping. When the 3 days came and went I began calling customer service, each time I got a recorded message. I was able to leave a voice message once but every time after it said the voicemail box was full. I spoke with some one once and was told they would get my order out asap. I asked to speak with someone about getting money back for the price difference in shipping costs I was transferred to [redacted]. I never got in touch with her and was disconnected after it rang many times and a recorded message said the extension was unavailable. Thursday February 27th, 2014 I spoke with someone via their online Chat who told me the warehouse had missed my order and it would be shipped that day; shipping difference would be returned to me. She also said I should expect to receive my order the following day (February 28th, 2014). Today (March 3rd, 2014) I still have not received my order, when I tried to contact them via online Chat again I contacted someone named [redacted], gave him my order number and asked what was going on. He replied, "One moment please". [redacted] never returned with an answer and I was disconnected due to inactivity. When I attempted to contact them again directly after via online Chat, both telephone numbers, and email I was unable to reach anyone. My account has already been charged for the order and the expedited shipping costs.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the product I ordered and the shipping costs returned in full.

Review: Ordered a set of Drawer slides, order confirmed on the 9th March, 2014 with delivery date in 1 to 6 days thereafter. This was to be shipped to [redacted] Order number [redacted] Paid UPS Ground shipping $ 19.79.To date, we have received no goods although I have emailed three times and been promised in return emails from Marriaha McDonald @ drawerslides.com that they would be shipped, first time on the 30th March and then again on the 7th April, stating that they would be delivered by the following Friday of each email, and that there was a supply delay.They have charged my credit card for some 116.00 and I have not, at this time, requested a refund as I have just found out there are a number of issues with this company.It has been 30 days now with no satisfaction with this order.I have received three different addresses for these two Companies and now, their 800 number has be taken out of service and they will not answer the ###-###-#### number no matter what time of day you call.[redacted]Desired Settlement: Total amount to credited back to my credit card ( $ 116.29 )and we will find another supplier.

I have left telephone messages and an email with no response at all from the company. Did the place go out of business? Is the web site a scam? At this point I don't know who else to contact. Review: THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES NOR THEIR EMAILS. THEIR ONLINE CHAT IS DISABLED. Bold Hardware accepted our online order number ws221539 on January 22, 2014. They charged our credit card. They never shipped our items. Now, they do not respond. WE WANT OUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED IMMEDIATELY OR WE WANT A REFUND TO OUR CREDIT CARD.Desired Settlement: We want either our product shipped immediately, with a tracking number emailed to us, OR we want a refund to our credit card.

Review: I purchased hardware online on 4/21/14, a total of $114.38. The money was taken from my account on 4/24/14. Today is 5/10/14, and have yet to received the order. on the dates of 5/2, 5/5/, 5/8, emails and calls were made in hoping to get a response, no response was ever made. I tried the online chat/help on 5/4, no one was available on chat feature. I called multiple times on the stated dates and nobody answered the phone., Apparently all associates are busy,, no response just an automated answering service. Then on 5/6, I reached a "joe" on the online help chat, and he said my orders has not shipped, I can ship Thursday... As of today 5/10/14 I have not gotten any form of response or a fulfilled order. I have dealt with this company before about 4 years ago and they were really great to deal with. But now NEVER again.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded to my account. I do not want their product even if it was offered to me for free. Nor do I want any type of store credit.

Review: I placed an order for some drawer slides on 11/4/13. Received confirmation email and copy of a sales order #[redacted]. Then, nothing. I finally called and was told (by [redacted], customer service rep)that they would ship out. They didn't. Made numerous subsequent calls and was variously told they were back ordered and/or would ship soon. They were never shipped. I was promised emails with tracking numbers which never came. Finally, I asked for a refund. Joe said he would take care of it. A pending refund for the items briefly showed up on my credit card but it never cleared - that amount, $64.59, did not include the shipping of $19.40 that I was originally also charged (total charge $83.99). At any rate, even the partial refund never cleared. I phoned back and was transferred by [redacted] to his Accounting department, where the voicemail of [redacted] answers. However, [redacted] never seems to answer his phone. I've phoned many times and left many messages but I cannot get anyone to address my issue or even to call me back. I want a refund of the $83.99 that was charged to my Amex. [redacted] was pleasant but never seemed to remember me even though we spoke a dozen times. He acted helpful but never actually helped. I can't seem to get anyone else on the phone. Please help! I've been patient- too patient. Since more than 60 days have passed, I cannot get Amex to nullify the charge.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the $83.99 that was charged to my Amex for items that I never received.

I also had problems with this company... failure to deliver, lack of communication, CC charged immediately. I never before dealt with a company that won't answer it's phone. Fortunately, I only waited a week before I took the action of contacting my CC company and filing a credit claim. I was also paranoid enough that I canceled my CC.
