In addition, our employees told this to Mr. [redacted] on numerous occasions and even asked him to get in contact with his developer to resolve. We have all of the emails and correspondence should you want a copy.2. Drywall repairs. Schumacher Homes sent a crew out to the home to make drywall repairs and paint touch up at the end of our warranty period. Again copies of service work orders and paid purchase orders are available upon request.3. Floor squeaks are common in homes. We sent our warranty representative out to the home to resolve.4. Cracks in basement walls. The cracks that our employees witnessed were typical shrinkage cracks and well within industry standards. Schumacher Homes completed the final grading around the perimeter of the home per contract. It is the homeowner's responsibility to maintain the grade and to perform additional grading as described above. Provided the grade is maintained, Schumacher Homes provided a 2-10 Structural Warranty with this home. Per documentation, the homeowner was advised of this warranty and told to provide a copy to his realtor. 5. Schumacher Homes relocated the gas line.Schumacher Homes responded timely to all requests made by the homeowner. The home was inspected by the building department and passed prior to the homeowner moving into the home. Schumacher Homes then completed all service repair requests during the warranty period. The warranty has now expired since the home was built in 2011. All properties do require ongoing maintenance. If the homeowner has any structural concerns of the home, the ten year warranty is still in place.Please review this information and let me know if you have any questions.

been delayed over two months. I do not intend for this to be an excuse, rather part of the reason for the delay. It was our job to deliver the home according to the contract.
