Borror Properties Reviews (65)

Borror is a professional management company staffed with educated Property Managers with over 20+ years combined experience. In association management the management company does work at the direction of the Board. There have been repairs made to the streets, as well as additional
maintenance items to the community. We are happy to address any landscape concerns and will follow up to ensure there are bags at the pet stations.Signs for parking on one side only are to alleviate parking issues within the community. There have been multiple conversations that we would also be happy to provide documentation on.Respectfully,Stephanie M***

Dear *** ***,

Revdex.com:
I accept the response under the terms of the lighting being replaced as statedSad to say it took filing a complaint with the Revdex.com to finally be heard and taken seriously by Borror PropertiesThey should honestly take service issues, ones of which the community helps support, with a higher priority and personal follow up if the matter can't be resolved in a timely mannerLike I previously stated, numerous requests to fix the lights have been made with no more than an email thanking me for the info Hopefully customer service will become more of a priority going forward as it is severely lacking by Borror Properties.
Regards,

Ms***,
We have provide access to the clubhouse resolving the concernUnfortunately, the dues cover much more than the clubhouse, including property taxes, insurance, utilities, etc., therefore a refund would not be feasible

they continue to harass me with more violations and didn't repair all the siding damagedPlus, you have to know that when replaceing some of the siding the contractor you hired pulled a truck into my yard where the damage was to do the work damageing the grassStrange I never had a violation in years and now I have If that is not harassment or retaliation I don't know what is Revdex.com is that not a crime or at least an ethical violation? Should I get a lawyer for a law suit at this point? Would the Revdex.com help me with this? This is not right?

Due to construction within the association, there are still dandy bags in various locations and as previously stated, asphalt repairs are in process, in addition catch basin repairs, crack filling and sealing which should eliminate most, if not all of the concerns
We do continue to address trash removal at the clubhouse and have services in place for proper disposal. Unfortunately, the budget does not allow for hour service. We appreciate the feedback and will continue to explore ways to improve the process.
Thank you,

I feel as if this response is very vague and untrueWe as the tenants talk and we all have the same concernsWe have noticed a great shift in regard to demographics here and you can also tell when you have individuals that work in the office who actually care and those who are just there to collect a checkAs I explained previously, we had a property manager that lived here and it was completely differentThose in the office do not live here and that level of care and concern is not thereAlso, in regards to the drug activity, I HAVE called the police! I was told by the previous manager that she did put a notice on the door because she herself noticed the activitySo your response tells me that your staff will tell us anything to dismiss us so that we walk away thinking that something is being done and it really is notAlso, I have several pictures of the grounds that I will forward if needed of the trash and debris and this is during office hours! I am very upset and as I stated this complaint is coming from an individual that is well informed of the tenant laws and our rights! This response is unacceptable!

Revdex.com:
I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

Good evening,
We have looked into the complaint and have received the following information from the vendor:
"Mr*** reported damage to his siding/trim on 11/28/We went down to look at his home that same day and confirmed our machinery caused the damageI emailed Mr*** on 11/28/at 4:43pm to apologize for the damage and to confirm that repairs with a siding contractor were arrangedI confirmed with the siding contractor on 12/5/that the repairs were completed and done on 12/4/On 12/5/we received an email from the Solutions email at Borror Property Management with a message and images from the homeowner that someone had damaged his lawnWe confirmed with the siding contractor that no vehicle or equipment were put on the lawnMy Director of Operations manager, Doug W***, went to the home on 12/6/and reviewed the track in the lawn and verified that the track was not wide enough to have been either our aeration machinery nor our Z-spray (fertilizer applicator) or a truck tire."
To address any compliance or violations concerns, we, as the property management company complete routine monthly inspections of the community to ensure each home is in compliance with the deed restrictions. If there is an item out of compliance, or in violation, there is a Friendly Reminder sent, a Second notice and a Third notice before a fine is assessed. Homeowners also have the right to appeal the violation
Respectfully,
Stephanie M***Vice President Borror

borror Property Management has had more than adequate time to resolve this issueI originally contacted for property management on June 13th regarding a refund that was due to meBorror is now stating that they have been paying *** since February If that is the case, Borror would still owe me for the months that I paid my homeowner's association fees and *** was not paidThis would be November through January totaling $

Worthington Meadows provides quarterly preventative pest maintenance to every unit on the property through our vendor, Environmental Pest Control. During EPM's quarterly inspection, bed bugs were found at this address and no other address in the building. This was per standard procedure,
and confirmed during a follow up visit. As per our lease terms, residents are responsible for the cost of treatment as they were the only unit in the building that was found to be infestedAll standard procedures were followed during this instanceWe continue to attempt to treat the bed bugs before they spread to other residents or properties

The roads are a concern at Albany Crossing and due to the scope of the repairs, had an extensive bid process.  The contract was awarded last year and pot holes were temporarily patched last fall to get through the winter.  Early 2015, repairs began in a four phase process; starting...

with catch basin repairs, the second phase is asphalt repairs, the third phase is to crack fill, with the fourth and final phase being the seal coat, which will likely be completed in the fall.
There have also been landscape concerns due to the harsh and long winters.  These concerns have been addressed with the landscape company and are currently in process as well.
I hope the information is helpful in resolved this concern.  Please let me know if there are any questions.
Respectfully,
[redacted]Borror Properties Management

We are saddened to hear your complaint as we have been getting abounding positive feedback from other tenants at College Park regarding the upkeep of the grounds and policies with the recent Management change.  Please understand that your issues are being heard and we are working toward...

solutions.  Regarding the tenant parking policy: College Park has ended our contract with our past towing company in September and have since set up a new towing contract with a more reliable company to help enforce the tenant parking permit issues, especially after office hours.  During office hours, we are doing random weekly checks at different times of day to tag and notice vehicles and their owners of any immobile vehicles or illegally parked vehicles. Aside from these measures, we hope that tenants continue to bring any additional parking issues to the office staff's attention so that we can address each matter quickly and effectively.  Regarding the possible drug activity: The past manager got approval to have a police cruiser come at random times during the week to assess and monitor the street where the suspected activity was taking place.  The current manager and office staff have no record of a specific vehicle description, license plate number, personal description or address to keep an eye out for with the recent complaints, which makes it an extremely difficult issue to address without sending a vague letter to all tenants and potentially inducing panic. In the event of witnessing such activity, it is recommended that whoever is witnessing take down as much information to record (or snap photos if possible) in order to be able to send as much information to the police as possible to remedy the issue. College Park is taking this matter seriously but we are limited to what we can do without the appropriate documentation and information to pass along to the authorities. We thank you for your concern, appreciate you as a tenant who has such a good sense of community, and hope that your opinion and experience of College Park can change and become more positive.

We would be happy to reach out to Mr. [redacted] again this afternoon via email, as noted in the complaint, to address any concerns.
Respectfully,
Stephanie M[redacted]Vice President
