The roads are a concern at Albany Crossing and due to the scope of the repairs, had an extensive bid process.  The contract was awarded last year and pot holes were temporarily patched last fall to get through the winter.  Early 2015, repairs began in a four phase process; starting...

with catch basin repairs, the second phase is asphalt repairs, the third phase is to crack fill, with the fourth and final phase being the seal coat, which will likely be completed in the fall.
There have also been landscape concerns due to the harsh and long winters.  These concerns have been addressed with the landscape company and are currently in process as well.
I hope the information is helpful in resolved this concern.  Please let me know if there are any questions.

This matter has been going on since I first complained June 13th.  I keep getting the same answer from them every time I call, it shouldn't take over 2 months for a resolution on this.

I don't understand. The Vice President never got back to me. What did youwant me to do?I was waiting on her. Did you not read it?Thank you,

Mr. [redacted],
We would be happy to audit the account and follow up with any appropriate refunds.  Thank you for your patience while we look into the matter.
We look forward to speaking with you soon.

I am rejecting this response because:No you have not reached to me. Please contact me at###-###-#### or email [redacted]. I will be more than happy to provide phone records showing no calls to me. Absurd. Please contact me
Regards,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  This is not letting me send a response. Forth try now!  Maybe it is because of my picture attachments. I have not heard from either the landscaper or management company. This incident happened at the beginning of May and I still have not had a return call or message from either despite repeated phone calls and emails. The management company is responsible for hiring the vendor/contractor and manages the vendor contract. Take payment from the vendor to pay for the damages to my property from the landscaper, problem solved.
Regards,

Ms. [redacted],
We have been on site with several vendors numerous times to resolve the issue regarding the access system at the Albany clubhouse/pool facility. Due to coordinating multiple vendors schedules, we have temporarily installed a secondary keypad for access at this time.
The pool furniture was replaced this summer and we are also happy to address any landscape issues.
We do apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the patience as we continue to work to resolve the access concern.
Respectfully,
Stephanie M[redacted]Vice President

Now they started to harass me with fines when I was never ever fined before as long as I lived there. Plus, they tore up my yard by apparently driving a vehicle into my yard to look at the damage they caused. Only some of my siding was repaired. I have sent pictures to them and they said they are investigating. Never answered about charges of harassment. I thought the HOA was supposed to help support a good neighborhood not terrorize it. It makes me want to sell my home of 9 years. I can't even keep a a car parked in my own driveway, really????

They are not taking our concerns or complaints seriously.   they just keep giving excuses.  They had a company come out and fill some potholes.  It made it worse.  They did a few on my street with loose asphalt.  Also we have asked numerous times to put up signs on the street about not parking on both sides.  The streets are not big enough to have that option!!!   So we are trying to drive around the potholes and cars on both sides.

Good afternoon,
We have three homeowners to date that have reported that they have been paying for trash independently to [redacted]. Our records indicate as of the February 2015 invoice #[redacted], the association has paid for more than the 52 homes in the community. It would appear...

[redacted] has double billed these homes and would owe the homeowners a refund.  We have made the request to [redacted] and they are researching their records.

Mr. [redacted],
We would be happy to audit the account and refund any fees that may have been incorrectly assessed.

I never received the "Official Architectural Review" form approving or denying my request. It says right on the architectural review form to allow 30 days for the approval process. After over 75 days of waiting, I got approval through the village. Plain and simple, Borror Property Management did not process my request. When I received a violation for building a fence on my property, Borror again, didn't do their job. They gave me no information how to remedy the violation. Borror hired an attorney at my expense. The phony May 12 letter was included with  demands about the fence from the attorney. I still have been trying to contact either Lori S[redacted] or Doug Borror to resolve the issue. If you can get Borror to produce any documentation, it will show they didn't do their job. Borror claims to have sent the May 12 letter by ordinary mail. The people I have spoke with , all got their answers by email. The phony May 12 letter does not address my request to build my fence which was to come up the sides of my back yard. The phony May 12 letter was not mentioned when I spoke to the property manager about my violation in July. I am having to pay $875 for the legal fees or face the possibility of them putting a lien on my home. This is a severe lack of integrity by Borror Property Management.

Good afternoon,
Our company policy is to return all communications within 24 business hours. When submitting an email, all recipients will receive notification of confirmation (confirmation email); describing our response time. When submitting an architectural application, the submitter is made...

aware that the review time can take up to 30 business day or longer depending on the scale of the application. The application fee payment (cash/money order) is cashed upon receipt; which is standard protocol (regardless of the review outcome). The majority of the application reviewers are resident volunteers and do their best to return their reviews in a timely fashion. With respect to written notification, if a resident is in violation of the community deed restrictions, we are required to send a friendly reminder to assist with future compliance. The notification system is an "app" which is GPS transmitted and will automatically generates a templated notice illustrating time, address, date and picture of the violation.
We hope this information will assist in your investigation. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Thank you,
Stephanie M[redacted]Vice President

Good afternoon,
I would respectfully disagree with the rejection as each of the items for resolution were addressed in our response.  If there is something specific that was inadvertently missed, we are happy to address it.
Thank you,
Stephanie M[redacted]

Ms. [redacted],
The fence application was submitted in April, denied in May and was then constructed without approval resulting in a non-compliance or violation notice, as required under the deed restrictions. The documents provided by Mr. [redacted] would indicate that there was dialogue between BORROR and the [redacted]s. As we are not attorney’s, and do not provide legal counsel, once legal counsel is engaged, we refer the Board to seek independent legal counsel. As of September 20th, when our office received a legal notice regarding the concerns at 153 [redacted] Drive, and at the Board’s direction, all correspondence would have been addressed by the respective legal parties. At this time, it is our understanding that there had been a compromise reached through negotiations on both sides.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.  Thank you.

Thank you for the feedback.  We have experienced issues with our server and do apologize for any inconvenience this may have created for our clients.  We are working to ensure we have addressed each of our clients concerns and will certainly follow up with Ms....

We are sorry that you feel the response is vague, however we directly addressed each of your concerns and feel that we are working hard to keep College Park a great community for our residents for all items within our control.  We have taken great strides to crack down on illegal activity and crime outbreaks in the neighborhood- this year alone, we installed brand new wifi enabled security alarms in every home, we have reinforced every door lock in every home, we have hired Columbus Police officers in marked cruisers to patrol the neighborhood for days at a time, and we have a Courtesy Police office who does random inspections. As mentioned before, without specific information to pass along to authorities we have very limited options on how to address individual situations. We do our best to stay on top of any littering the community and keep it clean and tidy.  Please always communicate to the office if you notice situations that need addressed, so we can take care of them as quickly as possible. Beyond these issues, we are always open to further suggestions and know that there are always ways for all of us to improve.  We welcome any and all feedback and are working hard towards finding and enacting solutions.    Please know that we are constantly striving to provide the best community for our residents at College Park and appreciate your care and concern for your home.  If you would like to continue the conversation, please call our Corporate office and we are happy to discuss matters directly with you further.

We did have the vendor go out to assess the damage report. It was about 8ft high, and right next to another unit (based on the photographs, maybe on a corner lot). While a mower or a trimmer can definitely send a projectile high speeds and with elevation into an object, it couldn’t reach...

that height given the tight quarters between their home and the one next door. It did not appear to them to be physically feasible therefore they could not accept responsibility for this damage.

Stephanie M[redacted]Vice President of Association Management
