We are sorry that you feel the response is vague, however we directly addressed each of your concerns and feel that we are working hard to keep College Park a great community for our residents for all items within our control.  We have taken great strides to crack down on illegal activity and crime outbreaks in the neighborhood- this year alone, we installed brand new wifi enabled security alarms in every home, we have reinforced every door lock in every home, we have hired Columbus Police officers in marked cruisers to patrol the neighborhood for days at a time, and we have a Courtesy Police office who does random inspections. As mentioned before, without specific information to pass along to authorities we have very limited options on how to address individual situations. We do our best to stay on top of any littering the community and keep it clean and tidy.  Please always communicate to the office if you notice situations that need addressed, so we can take care of them as quickly as possible. Beyond these issues, we are always open to further suggestions and know that there are always ways for all of us to improve.  We welcome any and all feedback and are working hard towards finding and enacting solutions.    Please know that we are constantly striving to provide the best community for our residents at College Park and appreciate your care and concern for your home.  If you would like to continue the conversation, please call our Corporate office and we are happy to discuss matters directly with you further.

I never called and can provide phone records showing I never called to process a stop payment. I consider this Identity Theft and a person pretending to be me as me to destroy my reputation and my credit. This is a very serious complaint. I will file an official complaint against Huntington and the FBI will be alerted as well to stop this identity theft. I never did one stop payment. Please attach proof or I will consider you lying to protect your business. I legitimately believe somebody is trying to run me out of my condo because I went after [redacted] for his knee caress. It has been a constant fight for destroying him for his inappropriate sensual touch when I was his patient at [redacted] [redacted]. This is a lawsuit and criminal matter if 1 person called to put out a stop payment. Please note: this will be viewed as criminal. I have zero tolerance for this harassment and bullying of me.I have completely closed out my Huntington account as they are clearly unable to take care of customers and keep their credit information safe.

We as a community are upset that it took almost a month to get the door fixed!!!  They put a new code lock on the front door and tell us to email them for the code.  50% do not get emails back for the code.    We have complained about the landscapers doing a bad job too ( it is raining this am and they are mowing causing more issues to our lawns!!!)
