They did a great job of moving a 1 bedroom worth of stuff to my current home. Easy to schedule and confirm online. Great communication via text and email before and on the day of the move. I used Boston Best Rate to move a sofa from my friend’s place in Boston to my home in Waltham. This was a great experience end to end. They were able to accommodate me last minute and even with specific time of day constraints. They were prompt and quickly delivered the sofa upstairs. They were flexible with their 3-hour minimum requirement given I was only asking for 1 piece of furniture. Great service from the office team and the movers themselves.

I was very impressed! The movers were incredibly speedy. They also were incredibly flexible, as the entrance to my new apartment was blocked when we first arrived and they were able to adjust quickly and not lose any time! I would definitely use them again. Plus, very affordable!

Professional and courteous. Marvel and his team moved us from a 4th floor apartment with no elevator to single family home across town in Boston. They were on time, wrapped our belongings well. We started at 8am and were moved in and in our new home with furnishings re-assembled by 1:45pm.

Great movers who worked efficiently and delivered my items safely to me. My only complaint is that they included extra time in the move so where I thought I would only be paying for the time they arrived and packed up/unpacked, I also had to pay extra for all the travel time between their headquarters and storage facility. All in all, they made moving easy and stress free, so I would definitely consider using them in the future if I was moving in the Boston area.

This was a last minute move request. I called at 4:00 pm and the 2 gentleman were at my door at 6:35 pm. Our move was from the basement apartment to the first floor. They were prompt, careful with my belongings, and were done within 1.5 hrs. I highly recommend this company for your next move.
