On December 30, 2017 we moved from a small apartment into a condo. Boston Best Rate Movers provided the best quote for moving services. Not only was the price reasonable but the movers, Miguel and Julio were very professional, experienced, and fast. It was an extremely cold day but that did not slow down or stop Miguel and Julio. I would definitely recommend Boston Best Rate Movers and Miguel and Julio to anyone looking for a moving company. Thanks for making the move that much less stressful.

These guys are great! I was able to request a quote online and use their online form to tell them exactly what type of items I was moving. The quote was pretty much spot on. The move was very fast and efficient and they did a great job wrapping all my delicate items. Would definitely recommend!

Boston Best Rate Movers are awesome! I gave them a call to get a quote and within minutes of hanging up I received an email with all the info I needed. A couple of days before the move they sent me an email with a time frame of when they would be arriving and a link to see their progress. Marvel was super professional! Called when he arrived at the pickup,called me again at the drop off and when the job was completed. I would definitively use Boston Best Rate movers again. Thanks guys!!

Had a really great experience with this company. Miguel and his team were very kind and polite, and extremely efficient. Made the whole process of moving as stress-free as possible. The only bummer is that they charged me for a minimum of three hours, even though the job only took about two. Otherwise, no complaints! Would definitely use them again.

My name is *** and I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. I called for an emergency same day move and had everything moved within 4hrs. The movers were super nice but professional. I gave the movers a small tip wishing I had more to give. I would highly recommend Boston Best Rate Movers to anyone looking to move.

Satisfied for the most part with the move and commend the guys on moving a two-bedroom up a 3rd floor walk up. The pace was a little slower than I would have liked due to some unrecorded breaks of 15+ minutes that I was charged for, so I had to help out moving some of the items to reduce the overall time. They also took an hour and a half lunch break in the middle of the move and only recorded 30 minutes of time off. Customer service agreed to refund the hour, so no harm done, but I didn't appreciate having to go through the hassle of contacting customer service in the first place. I should have reviewed the bill in more detail at the end of the move, so make sure to go through each line item before signing and paying. Would recommend to those who have moved before and know the ropes.

I just want to say thank you to Boston Best Rate Movers. They took my request the night before my move, gave me a quote which I accepted and were at my home the next morning. They sent three guys who were very professional and courteous that they really made my day because I was so stressed. Would use this company again. Thank you.

Excellent customer service, very fast move out/move in and everything was handled with care.

Made my move very easy! I was relocating from outside Boston into the North End and my movers were fast, efficient and the rates were very reasonable compared to other companies I explored.
They showed up on time and hustled to get me situated ASAP. They handled the tight stairways in my older building beautifully and all of my belongings arrived safe and sound, including wrapping my wood furniture in plastic to protect it. Would definitely recommend and use again.
My only critique is that the website where I booked the move had some conflicting information. When I initially set up the move it requested details of my items but that section was always blocked out and when I asked about it they said they actually didn't need it. Also they said my contact would email/call me to discuss my move but no one ever contacted me until I contacted them first about a week and a half before my move.
Overall though great experience!

Fantastic service, the three men were very friendly and caring with our furniture. They wrapped them so perfectly! They also noticed my roommate and I were trying to take the plastic of our bureaus off post move and helped us remove it-- they were very caring. They were happy and eager to help us move our stuff, down three flights and up three to our new place, which we were so grateful for! 10/10 would recommend.

I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. We moved from Allston to Cambridge and stored our stuff for 3 nights in between. They were incredibly efficient, friendly, and fast movers. They handled all of our stuff with care and were very thorough in making sure everything was exactly where we wanted. Overall, they made the whole process of moving unbelievably easy!

They were incredibly fast and finished way ahead schedule. The price was also the best I've seen, being hundreds of dollars cheaper than other movers I contacted.
