Good day, Thank you for your message and feedback One of our Customer Care Representative has reviewed your booking and complaintAs mentioned, when re booking your new flights with your credit there are fees that do applyThe fees that do apply are the fare difference of the new and old ticket along with the airline penalty This would be applied per passenger There are restrictions that do come along with using your credit and this is indicated by the airlineThe restrictions are that it must be applied only with Delta Airlines and it cannot be transferred to another personThe travel credit must be re booked an used before February 27th, We have offered a refund of our modification fees for this one time good will gestureThis refund was processed and should show up on your card within a week There is no further action we can provide unless you would like assistance on the rebooking of your tickets We consider the file closed Best regards, Customer Care team

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I feel that they did nothing to help me and were rude to me. I had to call the airline directly and was able to resolve my issue with Aeromexico in less than 5 minutes but was on the phone with JustFly for over an hour and they would not help me rebook on the correct flight. I would like to be refunded the difference between the purchase price per ticket and the amount that was offered online as a compensation for all the time I wasted trying to rebook on the correct flight. JustFly was trying to book me on a flight in the middle of the night and was misinforming me on what other flights were available. When I went online and told them there was an 8 AM flight they told me there wasn't (see attachment). I paid $575.13 per ticket for 5 tickets. If they canceled the flight and I had to be rebooked on another flight (which I took care of myself), then I should have been rebooked at the cheaper fare for $459.15 per ticket. I want to be refunded a total of $579.90 (difference of $115.98 per ticket).Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Date Sent: 3/9/8:44:AM Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: this is not a duplicate complaint- the first complaint was that our issue was not resolved at all after hours upon hours of waiting on hold for Jetfly agents to answer their customer service/support phone line The second complaint was that Jetfly did not respond in a timely manner to an urgent request for assistance to correct an involuntary change made by the airline to our return tickets which would have left us stranded in a foreign countryJetfly did not resolve our return ticket issue until the day before our departure so we literally had to wait until the last minute without knowing if we would have return flights from the correct country or notAlso, Jetfly agents refused to use alternate methods like calling the airline directly, even though the airline instructed us that JustFly should call the airline, to resolve the issue despite the urgency and time sensitive nature of our situationRather, Jetfly agents mandated their process and policy of using only electronic communications that took a week to complete and increased our anxiety as we got closer and closer to our departure dateWe spent over hours calling Jetfly to beg for help on numerous occasions over the course of a week because they did not contact us back despite telling us they wouldWe sat on hold for to hours at a time, only to be told the same thing over and over by different agents none of which could fix the issueWe had to explain the details of the issue to different agents over and over again because they were not able to transfer us to the same agents we had spoken to about our issue Overall, it was an infuriating experience just trying to get Justfly agents on the phone and we experienced horrible customer service in the way we were spoken to and the fact that our urgent issue was not resolved in a timely manner Sincerely,Vanessa [redacted] Sincerely,Vanessa ***

You were not amendable for the fees that would have incurred and requested the booking to remain untouched. The travel... dates have now passed and we show the tickets have been used/flown.
