My name is Patricia Restrepo Restrepo complaint *** I would like to appreciate your attention with my filing complaint again justfly , as per your advice I continued calling to justfly to get a fair solution to my case unfortunately they
did not help me but I decided to called directly to LAN airline customer service for second time due initially before I file the complaint with Revdex.com neither justfly and LAN airline wanted to get responsibility with the changes done to my initial reservation without my authorization .Then, after several calls and texting to LAN airline customer services plus filing a complaint with the airline customer services , as soon I mentioned that Revdex.com was in charge of a complaint to justfly, LAN airline customer serviced decided to help me and finally gave a fair fly that satisfied my claimReally I recognized that the reputation of Revdex.com is so high that LAN airline helped me after I mention to your company I felt so grateful for getting my claim solved finally
I would like to close my complain *** again justly due to I solved already my complaint directly with LAN airline in a satisfactory way , and I hope not have any more problem or change without my authorization by justfly, I got already from LAN airline my eticket and a confirmation yesterday 11/25/hoping justfly agent not touch my fly anymore neither changed the prices I already paid to then for my fly

I got a hold of Customer Service (for the fourth time in total) via Twitter Direct MessageI exchanged emails with their customer service supervisor and they have since admitted error and suggested that they are willing to execute a full refundHowever, since that original admission they have once again gone radio silent despite additional followup and are refusing to take the next stepGiven the already poor behavior in the past, failure to promptly follow up only makes me that much more suspicious about true intent and motivationsI am attaching a screenshot of the email from JustFly Customer Care admitting error on the company's part for your reference. Yes, we do sympathize for the situation and frustration on now being able to cancel with no fees as you are requestingUnfortunately, we have partnerships in place with airlines and insurance companies that have their own policies in place
We as an agency, provide the information given to usThis information is indicated at the time of booking in our terms and fare rules.
We do apologize but the only option for you to try and and regain the refund you are requesting would be to contact the airline and see if they would be willing to waive the fees

I received direct corresponding from Justfly Customer Service, advising to use their online reservation tool or to call the 1-number to use the travel credit(see below copy)
I explained again that their website does not allow using the travel credit for online reservations as it continuously indicates there are no flights available, which is not the case
Their only further response was that I would have to call with an apology for the long wait time
It appears my only option is to wait at least an hour to talk with someone to make a reservation with the travel credit since the website they state is available does not work

I am contacting you in regards of your reservation you made through Just Fly with reference number ***We have received your complaint you filed through the Revdex.com with a travel credit in the amount of 951.20$
The travel credit is valid from one year from the issuance date, March 18, The airlines policy is you would need to book and complete travel before this date or the validity of the credit is expired
When making any changes with the airline there will be change fees associated including any difference in fare The credit would need to be applied to all the passengers associated to the original booking, meaning we cannot transfer the credit to another name
If you would like to use your credit before the expiration date you can call our center at***, or there is also a self serve option online that can also assist you

This is my second compliant against this online websiteI got a respond back from them with more liesFirst they said that my friend who book the flight called at a specific date after the alloted that was allowed to change a flight wrong wrongWe called and spent hours and hours waiting for customer service to pick upI have my cell phone bill to prove how long we were on hold tooShe always said she was quoted a price to changeThe price to change our flight by a couple of days wasn't the price that is memtion onlineThey are trying to put the blame all on us like we did something wrongAt this point they should waive the fee to change our flight since we did nothing wrongAll we wanted was a few extra days in Thailand that's all and we were willing to buy to change our flightBut at this point I am fed up
