My complaint about the description of the items that are kind of misleadingI ordered the Small Kitchen Appliances lot for $2,plus $shipping, with a "sample picture" of items that I'm supposed to receiveMajority of the items received were Continental brands, and smallThere is no way that they would sell for at least $in Flea Markets, as advertisedI received a total of units which turned out to be $per unit for the whole palletThere is no way that you can sell a Citrus Juicer for at least $when you can find one at [redacted] for $maybe $Majority of the items can be found at [redacted] for a lot cheaperNo wonder people were walking by my space at [redacted] when they see my pricesThe second time I rented a space at [redacted] ***, I ended having to mark down all of my Small Kitchen Appliances when I realized [redacted] sells them cheaper! Now, I am just trying to get some of my money backAnother trap that this business use is the phrase "EASILY DOUBLE YOUR MONEY!"There is just no way to double your money when again, [redacted] sells similar items for a lot cheaperUnfortunately, a lot of these businesses are actively operating in the U.SI just think that these type of businesses do not reflect the American way of life and these should stop!

We recently received an order from a [redacted] of Little Rock, AR [redacted] received the merchandise and suddenly decided he would like to return the merchandiseWe had a clear contract with him, which I would be happy to share with you, clearly stating this load cannot be returned We clearly explained this to the customer In an attempt to extort us, he is now claiming that he received only of pallets This is a blatant lie and only an outstretch by [redacted] ***, to simply twist our arm, break our protocol and issue a refund Had [redacted] informed us of his business issues prior to delivery of his truckload we would have gladly issued him a full refund and sell the load to another customer To accept the load, request a refund against our agreement is simply unethical and unacceptableWe look forward to your guidance

I have since offered the customer $refund to settle the matter so we both can move forward Just so you can see first hand, I have attached the signed documents from the customer acknowledging the risks involved And I do feel at the fault of the Revdex.com, I am forced to give in, even though my policies should be honored

This place is a scam. They owe me 6400. They sent me empty pallets. This place needs to be shut down. Was suppose to have got 24 pallets, we got 22. Ankle high. The others we knee length. They would not talk to us, or help us in anyway.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Brand Name Bargains is unethical at all by using advertisement and shipping its customer a $truck load but charging him $11,instead.
Let's look what kinds of BLATANT LIES you are tellingYou said we received merchandise and SUDDENLY decided to return themQuestion: will any customer return merchandise worth less or about $when he or she pay $11,for them? You can say it is a lie that the merchandise received worth $Please remember, we have pictures of every single pallet, and of every box in a pallet, what items were in it-- yes, simply some empty plastic bags, or some sponges, or a spray bottle, or an ink pen in a whole box! To make this statement authoritative, we had the driver of the truckload witness and a police officer called to the unloading site write a report for us regarding what we had received from Brand Name Bargains The load we order through the web was described as name brand hardware and tools, values $50, but sell it for $10,David C., who is the sales person, has the plenty pictures of the truckload after we emailed them to him Please, ask MrCto lay all the pictures out, do a simple analysis with your professional evaluation, and ask yourself a question: do all the merchandise shipped to MrYuan together worth more than $100?
It was hilarious when you respond, "*** *** *** *** ** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ***"
What business issues do you mean? Did we know you would ship us empty pallets then cancel the order before the truckload arrived? As a matter of fact, as a small business owner, it was not easy to save up $11,to place an orderwe decided to order this most expensive truckload ever because we expected to make a profit from it and make a change for the businessCan anyone imagine how disappointed we were when we opened bunches of boxes and saw nothing in them? Is Brand Name Bargains fooling us or fooling itself?! Moreover, do you think any customer would pay $11,for a truckload like this if you tried to sell it again? Alternatively, how much are you going to ask for a truckload with four pallets of nothing but junk and pallets of nothing in them?! Finally, how many more victims are enough to be suppressed under a dishonest business like Brand Name Bargain?
No more response in between is necessaryFor justice has been ruined like this, a fair judge is on its way.

This company totally lied and scammed my elderly fatherNever buy from these people!
They tell you the products are nice and overstock or open box with maybe percent being salvage
Turns out to be more like percent broken, unsellable, damaged, or just trash in a box, the crazy dollar amount they whisper in your ear is so inflated you will be lucky to make your money back!
So if you buy from this trash company Brand name bargains llc you are basically getting ***

We appreciate your mediating the issue at hand, as we would hate for a customer to walk away disappointed with their business transaction
With that being said on 7/**/2014, *** *** called us to order our Target Clothing. Our website is quite clear that the merchandise is not
first quality but rather shelf pulls and overstock. We also indicate that this is merchandise suitable for sale at a flea market and similar venues. As an added measure and to ensure the customers' expectations are on par with our merchandise, we email the customer "Conditions of Merchandise", a packet of information regarding the customer's specific order. We encourage the customer to thoroughly review this and sign prior to shipment. At this point the customer has the option to accept these terms or opt out of this transaction and request a full refund. In these terms, which were signed by *** *** and attached for your review it clearly states, "All merchandise is sold in AS IS condition, with no refunds, returns credits or exchanges offered or given" " Brand Name Bargains will will not be held liable for any dissatisfaction in regards to the sale or quality of merchandise." I believe we have put forth our due diligence to educate our customer to the best of our ability
With that being said we are in the business of producing satisfied customers. We would like to add *** *** to that group of customers we have amassed over the years. As a measure of good faith we are willing to issue to *** *** a $credit towards any merchandise of her choosing
I believe this gesture will recapture her faith in our company
We appreciate your role in assisting our customer in having this matter resolved. We look forward to working hand in hand with your organization

Dear Revdex.com,Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Dear Revdex.com,The contract named NEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS was emailed by Vendor after he collected the fundsAs you can see in the attached email, it was sent by Vendor at PM on 9/**/2017, and have attached pages, including the NEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Now in the documents Vendor sent to Revdex.com, there is one with a Discover Credit Card Receipt, that receipt has an authorization code produced at 10:33:AM of 9/**/17, it proves that Vendor received Credit Card information and payment before sending his email with the NEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS.My claim, however, is because FALSE, MISLEAD, AND DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING utilize by Vendor and sanctioned as illegal by the Federal Trade Commission ActVendor's advertisement, as you can see in the second attached documents-screen shots from Vendor website-" mislead consumer, and affect consumers' behavior or decisions about the product" as described by the ActVendor advertises his merchandise as NEW, NEVER OPENED, and with a resale value of OVER $8,000, which is not true, and the Revdex.com could prove my point by asking Vendor to provide a detail list of the items he sold to me and then compare with the price of the same product on the web or any brick and mortar store. My dispute with *** Credit Card is still pending, Discover based his decision on the NEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS contract, but there are not defending complying with his of Card Member Agreement and my Billing Rights when a Customer is Dissatisfied With Credit Card Purchases. And finally, yes, Vendor broke his own contract and shipped the goods a day after of the initial agreement and after I told him to cancel the order many times and not to ship because of my suspicion about his business behaviorI was not wrong about it. I just want to return the items because I am dissatisfied with them, they are not what Vendor promise. Regards, ***

[Your Answer Here]Received poor quality clothing, the website states and shows high end quality clothing. I called Brand Name Bargains before purchasing and I spoke with *** telling him how I was going to sell them on ***. So he suggested that I buy Closeouts Special #ALL BRAND NEW!! CURRENT STYLES!! S*RS WOMENS'S CLOTHING. I paid for this lot on 7/**/@ 14:27:08 then *** called me stating he was sending me papers to sign after receiving the papers I called *** back because of the one that states as is, he told me that it was just a formality in order to get the closes shipped and I again I voiced my concerns about the clothing and he reassured me that I would double and maybe even triple my money buy selling these clothes on ***. The clothing that I received if I would put them on *** I would be losing money because of listing fees because the quality clothes will not sell on *** and I will be out more money. With the quality of clothing that I received by the time I list and pay for the listing and IF any would sell I would be losing more money that what I put into this lot of clothing. I have an experts opinion on the quality of the clothing that I received. The clothing I received *** told me and it even states on the website clothing value is $to $30.00, the majority of clothing that I received are clearance items and have a price of $1.99. I been selling clothing items on *** close to years, with the clothes that I received there I can't even get out what I paid for each item, if the store can't sell them on clearance for $how can *** tell me that I can sell them for double or even triple what I paid for each item? I paid $an item. And also in the conditions it states that if I refuse this load I will pay for the return shipping and I am willing to pay for the return shipping but want a full refund on the clothing which is $3500.00. And the conditions of merchandise/warranties should be posted on the website along with the advertisement of the clothing.

[Your Answer Here]No I will not accept that offer of a $credit toward next purchase, I am OUT $because of the quality of clothing that was sent, your ad is VERY misleading and *** even told me that the clothes were high quality clothing and I would double if not triple my investment and again I cannot with the clothes that were shipped to me. And again I paid on July *** and then sent me the papers to sign on July *** and I ask *** about the paper and he said it was just a formality in order to get them shipped and I again told *** my concerns about the money I was spending and again he reassured me that I would get HIGH quality clothing and I didn't, so I want a refund of $and I will take my loss on the $for the shipping fee and I will pay to have the clothes shipped back or replace the clothes that I received with HIGH quality clothing that I was suppose to receive in the first place and again I will pay for the shipping for the new clothing and when new clothing arrives I will ship the first lot of clothing back. Today I *** reviews about Brand Name Bargains and found some unsettling reviews I have attached them because when I spoke with *** before contacting Revdex.com he said that this has never happened with anyone else.

I am specialized in selling tools, toys, shoes, clothing and bicycles on *** and *** marketsI always buy my tools pallets or truckloads from brand name bargains and I make huge profits by selling in retailI never left a review for this business and feel like i'm not doing them justiceThey always gave me a very good descriptions and details about all the products i'm buyingThey always delivered on time and in the right spotI am saddened to see some of these negatives reviews but i'm buying from this business more than years ago now and never been disappointed and always satisfiedI think now that it is time for me to leave the review they deserveI continue to do business with themThank you Brand name bargains

My final offer is a $Credit towards her next purchases of a truckload equal or more in priceSo that is a total of $to be used over orders equal in value to this order

The customer purchased this truckload and signed the attached documentation knowing the risksWe are a liquidation company of store returns and salvage merchandiseOur merchandise ships directly from the distributors and we have no control for what they include in the truckloadsWe have many
happy and successful customers who purchase these types of loads often. If the customer was uncomfortable signing these documents he could have easilly opted out and we would have not gone forward with the transactionEven the Credit Card company sides with us in this matter and it is clear based on the documentation that there is no recourse if it does not work outWe are in business for very long and have had a good rating and low amount of complaints for the amount of business that we doWe did offer to help the customer sell the merchandise as an act of good faith, but some folks were reluctant to purchase delivered and picked thru merchandise that is sitting in a customers warehouse for over monthsWe did not give up and are still tryingA refund or return is not possible, not because we dont want to, but the supplier in which it shipped from will not accept it backWe can not accomodate a truckload returned to our offices, so that option is not possibleWe as the seller have rights too and if a customer signs off on the risks (see attachments) they can not make demands and try to blackmail us in conjunction with the Revdex.com to demand a refundwhen the terms of the sale clearly state that returns and refunds are not a possibilityWe did offer the customer to exchange the broken TV that he did receive but he was not interestedplease close this case before it escalates to a legal matter. Thank You

I have since offered the customer $1000 refund to settle the matter so we both can...

move forward.   Just so you can see first hand, I have attached the signed documents from the customer acknowledging the risks involved.   And I do feel at the fault of the Revdex.com, I am forced to give in, even though my policies should be honored.

Department store liquidation aka Brand names called me because I was on their website. They told me that they have a deal for new small toys with brand name for $2650. These would be overstock toys around 400-500 items. These items were from overstock store from department stores. I purchased them and paid with my credit card. The first issue was that I had to sign a as is and no refunds. I did sign the paper after they took and ran my credit card. I received 20 cases of product. Two cases was name brand items such as fisher price but they were discontinued items from the past. Low value to sell. All the rest of the cases was from China. All dollar store junk. This is a switch and bate company and not once did they mention (David and Issac) that I would be getting junk from [redacted] company in Hong Kong. This is a loss of money and hope nobody else does business with this company. P.S if you want that dollar store stuff its cheaper and easier to buy this junk from China.

The remaining merchandise was shipped as promised via [redacted], [redacted]. Delivery is scheduled for today.  I believe we now have the satisfaction of [redacted].  Please proceed in marking this complaint resolved. Thank you.     David C. [redacted] Department Store Liquidations [redacted]
