I ordered a truck load from this company. The customer service was excellent. David the salesman I dealt with put all my fears aside, his followups through the entire process was great. I received my order on time and the trucking company [redacted] shipped my load with a security seal and handled it with care. Excellent followups and a great trucking company. I started to open the pallets up and the quality of the merchandise was great overall, yes a few damaged, some pieces missing but that is common in this sort of stuff. The overall load was excellent with a good profit margin. I plan on doing a lot of business with Brand Name Bargains a very good company and excellent customer service. I'm not someone they paid to write this, i'm [redacted], owner of [redacted] in San Antonio, Texas.

Dear Revdex.com,First, I noticed the Merchant BN Bargains,LLC through his legal representative is sharing private and personal information to a third party. They share with Revdex.com copies of my driver license and credit card, I did not authorize that. The right to privacy is a constitutional right. BN Bargains, LLC must destroy my records immediately.Second, according to  BN Bargains, LLC own statement to Discover Credit Card dated 10/**/2017 : "...[redacted] has the right to decide he can not conform to this agreement, and requested a cancellation of his order, for a full refund." I did cancel before shipping, for a FULL REFUND, but BN Bargains, LLC shipped anyway and abandoned the merchandise on my porch. I am going to charge storage and handling. I injured my lower back moving the boxes.Third; I am requesting an itemized list of the merchandise BN Bargains, LLC illegally and without my authorization abandoned on my porch. The list must describe every item with a serial number, quantity, and name of the provider. Fourth; BN Bargains, LLC must delete the False, Misleading and Deceive advertisement from his website immediately.Regards,*

Thank you in assisting us in assuring all of our customers walk away satisfied with their business dealings. We have reviewed and discussed the complaint by [redacted]. The merchandise purchased by [redacted], is sold through our website.  To ensure there is no confusion, what is included has...

been printed it on our website for every customer and potential customer to review.  In describing the load purchased by [redacted], the website explains the load will include “Over 200 items.”  I have contacted the shipping department and they have assured to me [redacted] has received over 220 items.  To further ensure this exact situation is avoided, a disclaimer is sent to the customer for their review and returned signed(attached) The disclaimer clearly states there are no claims of shortages as the quantities listed are merely an estimate.  The contract also clearly states the merchandise is sold “as is” and we are not accountable for the received quantity.  We also undercharged him for the freight. It ended up shipping from the [redacted] facility in [redacted] rather than [redacted] and we paid the extra charge of $950 to honor the order and original price for shipping. The merchandise that [redacted] ships is only that of clean overstock and NOT damaged or used items.  It seems as though [redacted] is bending the truth to make his complaint seem more worthy.[redacted] was well aware of the risks involved in the liquidation industry.  As a gesture of good faith and in anticipation of repairing our relationship, we have agreed to offer [redacted] a $500 credit towards the purchase of another order.  We are confident we can offer [redacted], merchandise which will satisfy him.  We would greatly appreciate that you close this complaint rather than having a long back and forth dialogue getting no where.Thank you,[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

These people are complete liars, they have complains for the same lot on the Revdex.com website already, the previous complain mentions everything I mention on my original post, she clearly lost money on the same lot. They know these products are a complete loss of money and they keep on selling them, I originally just asked the seller for an exchange, I didn't even want a refund and even offer to pay to have it shipped back but I was quickly rejected. I was offer a $500 dollar refund so I would not contact the Revdex.com, I have the e-mails from the manager to prove it but I don't want anyone else to lose money with these people so I turned it down, I have bought merchandise from multiple wholesalers from all over the U.S.A but I have never been scammed. The number of complains and negative reviews on the Revdex.com website says everything about the practices of this company.Thank you for your time
Sincerely,
[redacted]

My complaint about the description of the items that are kind of misleading. I ordered the Small Kitchen Appliances lot for $2,900.00 plus $350.00 shipping, with a "sample picture" of items that I'm supposed to receive. Majority of the items received were Continental brands, and small. There is no way that they would sell for at least $25 in Flea Markets, as advertised. I received a total of 200 units which turned out to be $16.25 per unit for the whole pallet. There is no way that you can sell a Citrus Juicer for at least $16.25 when you can find one at [redacted] for $12.00 maybe $13.00. Majority of the items can be found at [redacted] for a lot cheaper. No wonder people were walking by my space at [redacted] when they see my prices. The second time I rented a space at [redacted], I ended having to mark down all of my Small Kitchen Appliances when I realized [redacted] sells them cheaper! Now, I am just trying to get some of my money back. Another trap that this business use is the phrase "EASILY DOUBLE YOUR MONEY!". There is just no way to double your money when again, [redacted] sells similar items for a lot cheaper. Unfortunately, a lot of these businesses are actively operating in the U.S. I just think that these type of businesses do not reflect the American way of life and these should stop!

The allegations in this complaint are completely false. A. we never charge a customers card before the contract is signed. We just authorize it to make sure the funds are available. The funds to not clear into our account until the contract is signed. It is at that point the customer has the option...

to opt out with no penalty. This information was relayed to our customer clearly in our conversations. the customer is merely upset that the goods arrived a day later than expected. The customer attempted to fight his charge with the credit card company but they sided with us, and closed his complaint. We are in the business for many years and with a B+ rating and only 11 complaints over 11 years is a gret accomplishment, for the amount of business we do. We strive to get repeat business from all of our customers and any attempt to satisfy them. We have no intentions to deceive or hurt anyone. Our customers know that when they are buying liquidation merchandise blindly that there is some risk involved, and some things as far as selection is beyond our control. We have attached a copy of the terms and we can not accept his return back to us, what we can do as a sign of good faith is refund the customer back $500 as a way to put this behind us and move on. We hope we can find middle ground and have this matter resolved. Now that there is a complaint on our record which will be for public view, will hurt us further.

This customer is making false allegations about this transaction and about our company. In our defense we have a B+ rating which with the amount of business we do on a monthly basis, is infact an excellent rating. Plus we have been in business for over 10 years and this is not a pattern or anything...

illegal. This customer purchased items understanding the risks involved in buying blind liquidations. He even signed a full terms of sale acknowledging the risks and that we have no control over what selections of merchandise are shipped. The pictures on our website are labeled as SAMPLE Pictures. As a sign of good faith we offered this customer a refund of $500 to satisfy him. He declined that offer and has since disputed the charge with his credit card company. His bank quickly revered his charge in our favor understanding our side and acknowledging that the customer had no claim. Attached is a copy of his signed terms of sale. If he felt uncomfortable signing this he could have easily opted out and canceled his order. We expect the Revdex.com to do the right thing and not fall for these ridiculous demands. A full refund is not an option especially after the customer has held on tho this merchandise for over a month. This is non negotiable. We sell these products often and folks are always happy with what they get. We are in business for long term customers and have no intentions to ever hurt or mislead a customer, however we are always straight and honest about what we are selling and what the customers can expect.

At this point we honestly believe we have made every effort to close this claim.  [redacted] was provided a terms and conditions of the sale with a full money back guarantee.  [redacted] reviewed those terms and conditions, signed the contract and returned it to us.  I believe we have convinced all parties involved that the load received is exactly as described.
In an effort of good faith to resolve the complaint we are still willing to offer a $500 credit towards anything on our website which is good for 1 year.

The customer purchased this truckload and signed the attached documentation knowing the risks. We are a liquidation company of store returns and salvage merchandise. Our merchandise ships directly from the distributors and we have no control for what they include in the truckloads. We have many...

happy and successful customers who purchase these types of loads often.  If the customer was uncomfortable signing these documents he could have easilly opted out and we would have not gone forward with the transaction. Even the Credit Card company sides with us in this matter and it is clear based on the documentation that there is no recourse if it does not work out. We are in business for very long and have had a good rating and low amount of complaints for the amount of business that we do. We did offer to help the customer sell the merchandise as an act of good faith, but some folks were reluctant to purchase delivered and picked thru merchandise that is sitting in a customers warehouse for over 2 months. We did not give up and are still trying. A refund or return is not possible, not because we dont want to, but the supplier in which it shipped from will not accept it back. We can not accomodate a truckload returned to our offices, so that option is not possible. We as the seller have rights too and if a customer signs off on the risks (see attachments) they can not make demands and try to blackmail us in conjunction with the Revdex.com to demand a refund. when the terms of the sale clearly state that returns and refunds are not a possibility. We did offer the customer to exchange the broken TV that he did receive but he was not interested. please close this case before it escalates to a legal matter.

Thank You.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Thank Brand Name Bargains for having the faith to give us $4000 credit toward the next two orders. However, I can not accept this offer because I paid $11,500 for the truckload and got little value from it.Based on my experience with Brand Name Bargains, it is impossible for me to continue business with it.I suggest Brand Name Bargains come pick up whatever delivered to my business here for I have not sold any of them.
In conclusion, I request a full refund.

We recently received an order from a [redacted] of Little Rock, AR.  [redacted] received the merchandise and suddenly decided he would like to return the merchandise. We had a clear contract with him, which I would be happy to share with you, clearly stating this load cannot be...

returned.   We clearly explained this to the customer.  In an attempt to extort us, he is now claiming that he received only 4 of 26 pallets.  This is a blatant lie and only an outstretch by [redacted], to simply twist our arm, break our normal protocol and issue a refund.  Had [redacted] informed us of his business issues prior to delivery of his truckload we would have gladly issued him a full refund and sell the load to another customer.  To accept the load, request a refund against our agreement is simply unethical and unacceptable. We look forward to your guidance.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Brand Name Bargains is unethical at all by using false advertisement and shipping its customer a $100 truck load but charging him $11,500 instead. Let's look what kinds of BLATANT LIES you are telling.1. You said we received merchandise and SUDDENLY decided to return them. Question: will any customer return merchandise worth less or about $100 when he or she pay $11,500 for them? You can say it is a lie that the merchandise received worth $100. Please remember, we have pictures of every single pallet, and of every box in a pallet, what items were in it-- yes, simply some empty plastic bags, or some sponges, or a spray bottle, or an ink pen in a whole box! To make this statement authoritative, we had the driver of the truckload witness and a police officer called to the unloading site write a report for us regarding what we had received from Brand Name Bargains.2.  The load we order through the web was described as name brand hardware and tools, values $50, 000 but sell it for $10,000. David C., who is the sales person, has the plenty pictures of the truckload after we emailed them to him.  Please, ask Mr. C. to lay all the pictures out, do a simple analysis with your professional evaluation, and ask yourself a question: do all the merchandise shipped to Mr. Yuan together worth more than $100?3. It was hilarious when you respond, "[redacted]"    What business issues do you mean? Did we know you would ship us 29 empty pallets then cancel the order before the truckload arrived? As a matter of fact, as a small business owner, it was not easy to save up $11,500 to place an order. we decided to order this most expensive truckload ever because we expected to make a profit from it and make a change for the business. Can anyone imagine how disappointed we were when we opened bunches of boxes and saw nothing in them? Is Brand Name Bargains fooling us or fooling itself?! Moreover, do you think any customer would pay $11,500 for a truckload like this if you tried to sell it again? Alternatively, how much are you going to ask for a truckload with four pallets of nothing but junk and 29 pallets of nothing in them?! Finally, how many more victims are enough to be suppressed under a dishonest business like Brand Name Bargain? No more response in between is necessary. For justice has been ruined like this, a fair judge is on its way.

Review: I purchased a pallet from [redacted] and his company. I asked for a manifest and he stated that it was hand written out and he would send it to me. I never received it. There were suppose to be 200 items in the pallet and there were only 184. The picture of the pallet did not match the pallet I received. The listing for the pallet mentioned there would be items such as a George Foremen grill in which [redacted] himself admitted there were suppose to be some on the pallet but I never received them. I feel this was a bait and switch on the pallet.Desired Settlement: I would like a partial refund for the items that I am missing and part of the shipping. I would also like to be refunded on value of the lesser items, or a full refund of the transaction.

Business

Response:

To Whom it may concern,

We shipped this customer exactly what he expected which was advertised and brand new small kitchen appliances. Customers are supposed to receive approximately 200 items.

When we shipped the freight with the trucking company the merchandise is stacked on 1 pallet and shrink wrapped all the way around and on top. The truck driver signs off that 200 pieces were picked up.

When the customer received the merchandise he counted only 184 pieces and noticed the shrink wrap missing on the top which would implicate that 16 pieces were lost or stolen during transit. We contacted the shipping company and currently an investigation is open and pending as to where the missing pieces are.

I explained this process to the customer and I am not sure with his poor communication in English exactly understood that the claim Is pending, and assumed he got ripped off and was shorted 16 pieces.

I did reach out to the customer and offered a $254 partial refund which I calculated to be the total he paid ($3175) divided by 200 pieces is $16 per piece. 16 Pieces x $16= $254. I offered this amount by check.

The customer ultimately refused the offer of the parital refund. We don' I usually offer partial refunds until the shipping claim is complete. We do not offer full refunds or exchanges as stated on his invoice,

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[redacted] has lied in his response and did not offer any settlement until I contacted the Revdex.com. [redacted] stated that he would replace the items with the brand name items that he promised in his advertising and on the phone. I feel he pulls a bait and switch on his customers and berates them on the phone. After he received my complaint he contacted to insult me over the phone. I would just like the items that were promised or a refund of my order.

Sincerely,

Business

Response:

I can not replace the items. I can only refund for the missing items which was 16 items at $16 each. Total $256. If agreed will send Check today.
