I am rejecting this response because:  I already provided all the details in the original complaint and to megan . who was already escalated to supervisor. who already promised to call. but still hasnt called me back.  fb has the information in regards to the complaintPERHAPS YOU COULD GIVE ME A PHONE CALL?!!?! PHONE ME. IM DONE DOING ALL THE LEGWORK HERE WHILE YOU TRY TO ACT LIKE YOUR BEING HELPFUL ONLY SERVING YOURSELF

I have been unable to get my issue resolved since for my particular dilemma I need either an email/live chat or phone number to contact facebook customer support.My problem is the following:My account seems to have been hacked so I have to prove my identity.
 
Around the same time this happened, I cancelled my cellphone and have a home phone setup with a new number.
 
I have over 2000 friends and use my account to raise awareness on certain issues.
 
I do not really know any of my facebook friends personally and even if I did it would only be a small number of them.
 
The only options available to me are to identify a few random friends names with the photo they provide or have a text sent to my phone.
 
I can't do either and have stuff from my account that I would like to retrieve.
 
Is there anything else that I can do?

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as they actually help me solve this, I have a lot of photos and information I can't lose like that, and I want an actual reply, I'm also risking my personal information sending them my personal documentation which I think it's more than enough so far.
 
The instances they provide to solve these problems don't seem to work, I never got the chance to be in touch with an actual agent.

they gave me the same canned response ive gotten from emailing them.  Their help center has no live support. I'm not really sure how visiting it for the 100th time is going to help.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I have submitted this issue directly to facebook 7 times through every avenue I have found available.  Each submission has been met with a thank you with absolutely no corrective guidance.  I have tried so many times that now my attempts are being rejected as being submitted "Too Quickly".  I have researched the help communities & found others with similar problems but no resolution. I have posted to the help communities with no success.  I have deactivated and reactivated the account with no success.  I have tried to set up a new primary email address many, many times with 3 valid email addresses but never get a confirming email with a confirm code.  This is clearly a facebook problem.

I have magically gotten back access to my Facebook account. No required security codes or any other hurdles to jump over. So why you locked me out in the first place has never been explained. 
It was absolutely despicable for you to lock me out without any recourse except to file a Revdex.com complaint. Your entire approach to customer service, frankly, stinks. I know of no other business that would get away with being so inaccessible to its customers, not providing access for resolution of problems. 
The only resolution I will be happy with at this point is a formal explanation of why you locked me out of my account, why you provided no relevant customer service email or hotline access, and what you plan to do about better treatment of your customers. So, basically, I will always be unhappy with Facebook.

Facebook requested that I upload my ID.  I have done so many times.  My account is enabled again after a few days wait and then after a few hours they disable it again.  I really need to talk to a Facebook technician who has the expertise and ability to solve this problem.

I am rejecting this response because: Hello[redacted] thank you for your message I am rejecting the business response for the following reasons.
Facebook is trying to avoid responding to my complaint so are in violation of their commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints.
They are refusing to act and asking me to go to an area of theirs that routinely ignores complaints and abuse reports. They have received approx 400 complaints from different people about this guy [redacted] as he impersonates a[redacted] and a man in [redacted] [redacted] and[redacted]  He is[redacted] who is impersonating them.
Many of my reports, feedback and complaints have just been ignored despite several of their support team stating they will help but when asked to help they just ignore any requests.
Facebook are in violation of their OWN rules regarding multiple accounts and impersonation as well as allowing him to stalk, defame and harass others all in gross violation of their "community standards"  Facebook are lying when they claim to remove such people as they are allowing him to hold multiple accounts.
I am sure that Facebook have technicians who are capable of checking his IP to prove that he is posting from [redacted].  Facebook's refusal to act in good faith is concerting as they are in breach of not only their own rules but their agreement with Revdex.com. 
I would like to lodge an official complaint against Facebook not only for failing to make any good faith effort to assist but for severe violations of their Revdex.com accreditation agreement with you.
"Adhere to established standards of advertising and selling" They are in breach as they lie to customers in many ways.
"Abide by all written agreements and verbal representations" Several times their a support staff said they would help but them would not answer.
"Address marketplace disputes quickly, professionally, and in good faith" I have been reporting these violations for a few years now and still they allow massive violations of their rules.
"Approach all business dealings, marketplace transactions and commitments with integrity." Lying and avoiding the assistance requested is not in compliance with this rule.

Revdex.com has determined that Facebook meets Revdex.com accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints.  It is clear that Facebook are NOT making a good faith effort to fix these violations of their own rules. I wish to officially lodge a complaint and respectfully request that Facebook either comply with your accreditation rules or be removed from accreditation. Thank you.
