Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  It should be noted that we did not actually try any of the suggestions provided by Facebook, but instead our store's Facebook page resumed normal operation on Wednesday, July 12.  It is possible that the Revdex.com complaint combined with our employees and customers reporting the issue to Facebook from their personal accounts finally caused Facebook to take action.  So while there is still no word from Facebook as to what caused this 3 week long problem, we can once again use our Facebook page normally.Sincerely, [redacted]

I did identify my account for more than 10 times until now and I submitted my photo of my face for more than 10 times! I still wait and wait !!! 
 
I can't take my account back! If I can got help from Facebook website, why should I need to  summit complaints here??? I was trying to contact Facebook but failed then I come here to TRY to contact Facebook!!! 
 
And I did follow that link you sent me! It won't get back my Facebook account either! 
 
I just want your help to take my Facebook account back! So how can Facebook help me??? I just want to know why Facebook didn't give my account back? I need my account to do Facebook ads to promote my online business!
 
Please tell me the RIGHT WAY to solve the problem!

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  When requesting to change the e-mail login, no code is ever received to the new e-mail!!!  I have tried every single step that Facebook lists more than a dozen times and still get nowhere. That was the entire basis for sending this ridiculous complaint. If Facebook had a simple e-mail and/or direct phone number to call, I'm pretty certain there would be no need for the Revdex.com to step in.  Please do not talk to me like a robot. I know exactly what to do and it has not worked. There are bugs with Facebook and this should have been fixed months ago after many, many discouraging responses before the Revdex.com stepped in.Sincerely,[redacted]
