I have submitted my Driver License, passport, military ID and have yet to receive a response. This has been done on several different occasions. My case number with FB is [redacted] I have all my important pictures on my FB acct. With my husband being in the service all of our travel pictures are stored there. I am not sure why my account was tagged but I need my account reactivated. As of today because of the length of time this has taken, my account is now deactivated. This has been ongoing for 3 months.
The same response FB has sent back here is the same email response I receive from them everytime I submit my photo identification. Those case numbers listed above have all my identifications attached to them. Please help me get my account unlocked.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Following the Facebook dialog boxes presented to us a week or so back made the situation worse. The problem we are working to solve has spanned a number of years. If support log requests are still in your records you can see that we have been trying to create a clean brand presence for the [redacted] International Film Festival over those years.
Click on the following link and you will see that "[redacted] Fest" and "[redacted]" have been co-mingled and that [redacted] name is displayed. Not the desired soludtion. [redacted] is VP of the festival and has his own personal Facebook presence.
We eager to have a Facebook page that looks like, and is managed in the manner of other film festivals. We do have a page for the [redacted] International Film Festival. Can we get rid of "[redacted]"/"[redacted]" while preserving "[redacted] International Film Festival?"

I'm afraid that the Facebook response appears to be a form letter responce because in no way does it address the simple issue I would like resolved.Again — In accordance with Facebook guidelines I converted by personal profile to a business page so I can promote my commercial activity.
