Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: you are charging me individual charges AND lumping them together, meaning you are double charging me! I have sent this information to Facebook so many times. I took ALL the charges from this bank since I opened it, and took snippets of my facebook reeipts. The difference is:
Bank Withdrawals:      2/23 to 6/1               $[redacted]
FB Receipts:               2/22 to 5/29             $[redacted]
 
That's a difference of:  $[redacted]
 
Customer service keeps telling me they lump debits from the bank. The problem is they're lumping them AND charging them individually! Where are the receipts for the difference of $[redacted]?  The reason I know this is because I've been complaining of this a long time so from 5/23 to 5/29, I PURPOSELY only purchased around $** dollars ... yet ... you charged my bank $[redacted] ... ALMOST DOUBLE! Either charge me lump sum or individually, but not both because it's creating a double billing! Sincerely,[redacted]

It is clear that the FB staff is not really reading my responses or my initial claim and they are responding with copy & paste responses and standing by their policy. 
Ive had my account for 5 years. There’s 5 years of consistent account history, if needing  the ID to confirm if I’m a threat to society by having this account then you’ve got the wrong account. 
I do not feel comfortable providing my ID to any company that I cannot contact directly. There’s no need to submit my ID . If FB is not doing an audit of all user accounts this is clearly a case of another user reporting my account for whatever immature reason. This has impacted my business and now it will impact Facebook’s business. this entire process is wrong and the complaint should have been looked into before just closing my account. 
Facebook has about 1 million users or more with names that are not their legal name and actually in every day life besides my FT job people refer to me as [redacted]. 
 
I do not feel comfortable nor do my friends (that I told this story to when they asked why I was not on Facebook) with providing a company with a copy of ID when you cannot even contact them directly.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The solution and the steps that facebook provided were the exact same steps that I had taken before contacting you all, and I previously explained to them what the issue was. My account was hacked by some guy with this current username: [redacted]".  After he hacked my account, my username, password, email address, profile picture, name and telephone number were changed, so it doesn't work when I follow the steps provided by facebook because facebook no longer recognizes my email address, username, or phone number. All of my other information on the account is still the same, for instance: it claims this hacker is married to my wife, went to my high school, college and pharmacy school. He has access to all of my pictures and can tell who my family members and friends are, ect., which is very worrisome. I can provide you whatever information you need to prove that this is my account, not his. My name is[redacted], the email I used before it was changed was[redacted], however, this account is now closed so it's better to reach me at[redacted]. My phone number is[redacted], my birthday is[redacted] My wife and several of my friends have reported the account. Please help me get my account back and resolve this issue, thanks for your time and efforts on my behalf.
