Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I have not had access to my account now for 25 days. This has greatly impacted my business. And I am now complexly dissatisfied with FB. I hoped that FB would do their diligence and find the person who reported my account and read their response as to why they are reporting me and match that up with the content that has been on my page for the past 5 years. I have had the same FB name for 5 years, in fact when you create a FB account you are not required to provide a photo ID. I wonder what FB users would think if they learned of this information because the friends I have spoken too, have responded with, "What? They are asking for what? That's outrageous!" 
I do not feel safe with providing my identification to a company that I cannot contact. I cannot email, I cannot call, I cannot instant message...nothing. I had to file a complaint with the Revdex.com to get in contact with FB. If I cannot contact a company then how can I comply or feel comfortable with any of their policies?  
I have been a user of FB for 5 years and this has been very frustrating and dissatisfying.

This "clarification" requested by Facebook is EXACTLY WHY I HAD TO BRING THE ISSUE TO THE Revdex.com.   Facebook refuses to address this issue unless I access "the facebook account in question".   I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS... IT IS AN ACCOUNT I OPENED MANY YEARS AGO AND THEN CLOSED.  I...

HAVE NO SIGN ON TO THAT ACCOUNT, WHICH SHOULD NOT EVEN EXIST AS I REQUESTED FACEBOOK DELETE THE ENTIRE ACCOUNT.   FACEBOOK REFUSED TO DELETE IT, AND NOW SOMEONE IS HACKING IT.  I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO FACEBOOK!!!I WOULD NOT NEED TO FILE THIS COMPLAINT IF FACEBOOK GAVE ME A METHOD OF CONTACTING THEM WITHOUT HAVING MY OWN ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!The email account that I used all those years ago for the facebook account, and which I'm getting notices from Facebook themselves on, is:  [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:This is exactly what I have been trying - and Facebook's only solution is to send me to their Help Center online.  This is not helping, at all, in any way shape or form.  The only option that I have to recover my account is to send in an ID - I have sent in both my driver's license and my passport numerous times.  I am asking to speak with someone about this, and I am asking to regain access to my account - so that I may run and manage my BUSINESS through facebook.  I currently have no access, and I have tried everything they have suggested to date - mainly 'just visit the help center' and 'upload a photo ID' - NUMEROUS TIMES - and nothing has worked, the robots are not responding to my submissions, and I am out of options.  My business is dependent on this login and access.  Sincerely,[redacted]

If you believe that every image within a particular photo album, without exception, violates or infringes your privacy rights, you can report the entire album by providing its URL (instead of the URL for each individual image). Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They have asked for additional information so that they may be able to resolve my issue. As I have mentioned before, I am not able to retrieve the security code from facebook in order to verify additional emails with my account. I know that this is specific to the account and not anything else as I have called my ISP and even made a second "test" account to see if I could verify the exact same email address and the security code was recieved, however, my current account doesn't get security emails sent to ANY email. Because this is presumeably not an issue that can be solved through informing me of something I am unaware of (given that information in the 'help center' was insufficient) or could be fixed on a larger scale (given that many others have had this issue on the facebook help center forums) I would appreciate this issue being resolved manually through emailing my account with a security code or providing an alternative method to attaching my educational email to my facebook account.Here is my facebook account as requested: [redacted]and the email which I would like to attach to it is as follows: [redacted]Thanks for looking into this,Sincerely [redacted]
