spoke to customer this morning...sent customer invoice from last visitCustomer is sending to safelight today to see how we can both work together to fix issue with vehicle

Customer signed and left a deposit on a specific vehicle with a vin number attached A retail order was signedWe located the vehicle and purchased for the customerWe will give a $credit towards the purchase of a new vehicle or a $credit on service bills

The General Sales Manager would like Ms *** to come in to see him with her paperwork. He will be on vacation until May 23rd. She can come in on the 23rd to see him. His name is *** ***.Tell us why here

The customer did not give a copy of his drivers license until recently. Out of state plates do take a little longer to handle. Have the customer call Dean at ###-###-#### to set up an appointment for the brakes.Tell us why here

I have had the checks cut for Mr*** and will send them in the mail as per Mr***s instructions.At this time I will consider this complaint as resolved. Thank you for your help.

Mr*** spoke with our General Sales Manager Dean ***Mr *** settled for payments on his leaseI hope that this resolves the issue

There was some confusion with the amount Mr *** was supposed to get backI spoke with the customer and by his request I mailed the check to him. I believe that resolve the problem/

Our General Sales Manager spoke to Mr *** and is having a check cut for the brakes for $891.65. This should resolve the matter.Tell us why here

With reference to this complaint. I have been in touch with the service department and they tell me that the new gear shift was installed in the vehicle on May 30th. I hope that this resolves the complaint. If there is anything else, please let me

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me*** ***Director, stated I will be receiving a personal check for $refund on one warranty, then after finding out I also have an extended warranty I did not knowing sign for, I will received that credit on end of my lease

I have gone ahead and reached out to customer to advise her the radio is now in to see if she would like it replaced however; her radio is now working. Customer was going to call me back if necessary to schedule an appointment to replace radio

I have spoke to *** *** and we have agreed to cut her a check for $to fix her rim

Mr*** came into the service and had the gear shift put on his vehicleAs of now we are considering this issue as resolved and closed

I have contacted customer to come in this week to have our body shop repair damage to her vehicle

Our Corporate Director *** *** spoke to the customer and they will handle it with credit bureau.Tell us why here

The part was ordered during my last visitI was told it would be mailed to meNever receivedThey cant install a part that wasnt instock.
