The customer purchased the vehicle on March 11, 2016. At the time of purchase, the customer opted to not purchase an extended warranty/extended service contract. The vehicle purchased was a higher mileage vehicle (100k+miles on the vehicle) and was covered under a 30 day dealership warranty of 1,000...

miles/or 30 days from date of purchase in which a 50/50 cost split would be issued in the event of a needed repair.  Although the customer contacted the dealership after the 30 day cutoff, as a goodwill gesture, the dealership has agreed to extend the 50/50 split of costs on the repair. The total cost of repair is approximately $3,400.00, so the customer will only be responsible for half of this cost, the dealership will cover the other half of the cost.  If the customer has any questions, she may contact Wes C[redacted] at ###-###-####.

I am rejecting this response because:What they are saying is that since I got a discount off of the list price then I not eligible to receive the $300 accessories coupon. The is a ridiculous position to take. All cars are discounted from the list price. As for calling them to I traded that before I filed this complaint.  It took 3 day to get ahold of someone and after I did talk to someone he never called me back when he was supposed.I'll be checking out other was to get my $300 in free accessories.I'm very disappointed in Linsey Honda. This was my 6th new car purchase from them. I guess their Christian ethics only apply when they want then too.. Regards,

I wanted to ask questions about a complaint that I filled against Lindsay Honda. Apparently the complaint was closed because I didn't supply information requested. I work in the Air Conditioning field, so the summer months are very long hours and I don't have any free time. I don't understand what information and how I prove that Lindsay Honda made a mistake which caused my wife's credit score to drop. I can pull a credit Karma credit score which shows the time line where her score has dropped. I don't know if that would work or not? I was not able to open the link in your site, so I don't know what to do next. Please let me know if and how I can get this straightened out. I would think that at the very least Lindsay Honda could call the Transunion and Equifax and report that there were no missed payments... Please advise, my wife is trying to get a loan to go back to school starting in October and we need a loan which we can't get because of this.Thank you for your time, [redacted]Case #[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  Lindsay Honda  did know I had  my own financing because I had informed Salesman, Ben C[redacted], that I had it.  The blank check was on his desk the whole time I filled out paper.  I had asked him to who gets this check and he said finance the department will take care it.  They are not being truthful.I went to Roush Honda and got a better deal and was able to use my [redacted] financing.  Lindsay Honda SUCKS and I will never buy a car from them.

This business practices dishonest sales tactics and I have already found out that I am not the only one who has had such a horrible experience with them, and as long as they are in business, I am sure I will not the be last. I will continue my complaint against them moving forward with other agencies and the media. I appreciate the Revdex.com's effort on my behalf.

secured his own financing.  There are many incentives available when financing is obtained through American Honda Finance.  If the financing is not completed through American Honda Finance, the incentives are not available.  The Sales Manager was utilizing that incentive to get to Mr. [redacted]'s number. The rate he had obtained as [redacted], we were prepared to match. There was no additional expense to Mr. [redacted] going through [redacted] vs. American Honda Finance. The customer purchased the vehicle "as-is". The customer brought the vehicle in to service on 8/13/15, 8/20/2015 and 8/27/2015 for "we-owe" related work to be done, but did not mention any issues with the air conditioning on any of those occasions (there are no notes in the system regarding the...

Our staff assisted the customer in a friendly and helpful manner and to the best of their knowledge, the customer was coherent and was firm in his vehicle search. Our staff tries to remain sensitive to every customer and their sales experience and this was conveyed to the customer's daughter. This is what was on the car when I was looking at it and it states the mileage of 135,861 and that it has 17"x 8" Cast Aluminum Wheels.So this is what I thought I was buying till I went to Costco to get tires and they told me that they could not put 17" tires on the car because it has 18" rims on it.So I went back to Lindsay Honda Used Car and they said you bought it as is, and I said so what you list on it is false, I told the salesman Kevin D[redacted] so you found an 81 year old man you can take advantage of.So this is how Lindsay Honda Used car dealerships treats its customer.

I received a call from the service manager and an appointment was setup for Tuesday 9/23/2015 at 6 PM. The service manager promised that I would get a rental car while my AC issues are being repaired. I hope that this time, Lindsay Honda will respect its engagements and repair the AC issues on my Jeep.
