I ordered a backpack that never arrived. The company said they would refund my money in 2 -3 business days. Purchase date was July 6th. Item did not arrive so I contacted them on July 15th and was told my refund would be sent to my checking account within 2 to 3 days. It never came. I have tried 11 more times to call and contact them via chat. Each time I ask the status of my refund I get disconnected and can't get back through. Employees are rude and this is just frustrating. I need this matter handled immediately and will never do business with these people again. This has been going on for a week and 2 days now. I am writing with regard to order P-XXX-XXXX-XXXXI never received the items I have ordered I am writing with regard to order P-XXX-XXXX-XXXXI did not receive the package although the FedEx tracking shows that it was delivered In fact, the tracking shows that the package was delivered on 12/11:AMHowever, I do have the surveillance video at that time, which shows there was no FedEx personnel around I have contacted FedEx on Dec and they still could not find the packageTherefore, they suggest me to contact UA to file a claim, because the filing procedure requires documents such as FedEx biller account etc However, I have been trying to reach Under Armour for numerous time and they still could not help me
