DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE! This is absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, I ordered over $worth of items, after returning them and weeks passed [redacted] I only received a refund for one item Could not get through to ANYONE through the phone, their phone system would either drop the call or would say that no one was available to take the call, and they have no email address for communications! I finally got someone through chat on their site, they gave me the run around claiming that I only returned a single item when in fact I returned over items, spent over an hour waiting to get this person on chat to begin with I gave up and call my CC and put a stop payment, overall hours wasted during the process, I will never buy anything from them online For a public traded company, this is absolutely horrible, I see other reviews also having the same issue, obviously they have major issues with returns and customer service in general, UA get it together!

Worst customer service I have ever experiencedCustomer service rep repeatedly lied and was unwilling to help I placed an order online on 12/10/and was calling customer service because the card I used was a gift card and there was not enough money in the gift card for the full purchaseI called customer service and after waiting minutes got hung up on by the first repI called again and was on hold for minutes and when I reached a customer service rep, I asked if it was possible to do a split payment on the order and she said no, they can't do split payments so I asked if she could cancel the order and she said no because the system was down and to call again tomorrowI called again today, 12/11/and the customer service rep I spoke with, Rhonda, was extremely rude and unprofessionalI asked about canceling the order and she stated there was no way of canceling the order and they don't do split paymentsShe then stated the card I used was charged for the partial

Ordered P-XXX-XXXX-XXXX, 11/29/16. Asked to cancel several times. 12/6 live chat told me "out of stock" Bought elsewhere CANCEL PAYPAL TRANSACTION! I ordered item on 11/29/16. Website indicated same day ship before 1:00 p.m. Still no shipping by Friday 12/02/16. Tried to cancel. Was told by agent tracking upload in a "couple of hours" 12/05/16 tried to cancel again. Agent said "too far into warehouse shipping, cannot cancel. Now 12/06/16, live chat agent tells me the item is out of stock and hangs up chat without canceling. THIS PAYMENT IS STILL IN CUE FOR PAYPAL PAYMENT. PLEASE CANCEL THIS ORDER AND PAYPAL PAYMENT!
