Bryants Powerwashing Reviews (64)

The customer scheduled a house wash and wax to be done as well as an 8xshed (sides only, don't do side up against the fence) for an extra We didn't clean the shed in the pastHe asked for the shed cleaning this year and he agreed to the price on July 8thWe did reply back to customer by email and did receive pictures of his plants and the tech that performed the work did go out to the customers house and looked at all plantsThe tech did take photos as well and said that the hot water did make the plants wilt but did not kill themWe here at Bryants Powerwash want to keep your business and because you are a previous customer of ours we will send a refund of for the concerns of the plantsThank you, [redacted] vp

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [redacted] continues to simply deny that his company damaged our front door despite the evidence, including witnesses, listed in our original complaint that the door had not deteriorated before his cleaning and was damaged immediately after his cleaning He won't even refund the cost of the power washing despite our obvious dissatisfaction [redacted] did not offer to demonstrate how his power washing could not have caused the damage - he simply repeated several times that it could not have been his fault Even if he did demonstrate a low power now, it would not explain what happened the day of the damage The flaking present on the door was the paint that had been damaged by his power washing You cannot simply paint the door This door was custom made, with the paint baked on in the factory The door company confirmed that the damage was due to the power washing This was explained to [redacted] verbally and in writing Most telling is that [redacted] promised directly to my wife and me that he would contact the door company and "work it out with them." He further promised that he would contact us within days of our meeting We never heard from him, again, which was how he and his wife had dealt with us during this whole process Regards, [redacted]

To [redacted] myself [redacted] went to [redacted] house onJune 16, and looked at doorHis door had some type of coating on it,which was flaking offI explained to [redacted] that we use low pressure and ourchemical we use is a [redacted] product which is 100% bio degrable bought at *** ***.I told customer that I could demonstrate to show him that it is impossible forthis to happen, he said no way yourcompany did it I was willing to provide myself [redacted] refused for me to showhim- all he wanted was insurance information and nothing elseI told [redacted] ***if he bought paint I would send painter out to paint door because we were thelast person out thereHe also rejected me on that Bryants is not responsiblefor anythingWhen power washing a home it is impossible to not clean doorwater and chemicals will run down homeAgain if [redacted] would have let me showhim how we clean with low pressure he would also no that Bryant’s power-washingdid no damage

I contracted with Bryant's to have my and deck washed as well as weather treat the deck. They did a good job on the house, but a terrible job on the deckNo even half of the old sealant came off When I complained, I was told that they don't guarantee the removal of the old sealant, only the dirt a moldI could have done as good a job with the water hose

To Whom It May Concern,This email is in reference to complaint # [redacted] & complaint # [redacted] :All cleaning products that our company uses is environmentally friendly We use a citrus based solution that does have a small 3% by volume of chlorine that helps to remove any mold, algae, or mildew off of the siding This amount is far less than you would find in a swimming pool We do not use bleach to do the cleaning No damage was done to any of the customers property by our cleaning process and to our knowledge both customers were very satisfied with the outcome of the cleaning. Please let us know if you need any additional information or have any other questions And for future reference, can you please email correspondence also to this email address, [redacted] Thank You,TabithaBryant's Powerwashing

Thursday, August 27, Revdex.com:I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Thursday, August 27, Revdex.com:I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[ [redacted] statement is untrue His technician [redacted] did not discuss with my husband on July as to what condition the deck would be if power washed Neither of the techs spoke to my husband prior to starting any work The noise from the power washing is what made him aware they were there The complaint stemmed from the July 23rd visit when the sealing and staining was done The company rep [redacted] said they would send someone out to evaluate the job and see what needed to be done to correct the problem After numerous phone calls to Bryant's a technician arrived on Aug to re-seal and stain the deck that is when the conversation occurred with him and my husband The technician stated if he resealed and stained it again it would look as it does now, at that point my husband told him if it’s going to look the same don’t bother he would call the office the tech said that would be the best thing We were expecting to see someone who would address the issue not someone coming to repeat the processI did not hear back from anyone until [redacted] called on August In summation had he given me the courtesy of viewing the deck he would have seen what I was trying to explain to him And that is (1) the deck wasn’t totally stained, there is a birds nest that was built an abandoned which is still in place (2) in addition to the residue that is referred to as fuzz or as called by the person who did the stain and seal (wood pulp), the side railings appear to be a totally different wood due to acumination of roughness, discoloration, and globs of whatever product was used It appears as though whatever product was used to power wash the siding on my house was also used to power wash my deck to give it that bleached out look It’s hard for me to understand how he can make a judgment on a finished project that he has not viewed yet he tells me that he will re-stain and sealed the deck but I have to have the floor and rails sanded firstHe does not do sanding but his brother in law does and I can hire him

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that it does not resolve my complaint MrB [redacted] analogy does not accurately resemble the facts and demonstrates that he is not listening to his customer In his analogy [redacted] and [redacted] both provide food services Bryant's powerwashing does not provide electrical services, so why would I ask a powerwashing company to fix electrical damage? I gave Bryant's Powerwashing a day to respond and could not risk fire or further electrical damage or prolonged lapse in HVAC service resulting from this incident Sticking with MrB [redacted] food theme, here is closer version of that analogy: This would be like having a dinner at [redacted] and being satisfied by the food, but shortly after realizing that the food had caused food poisoning and reporting it that same day After waiting a day without response and going to the emergency room to get treatment the customer sends the bill for that treatment to [redacted] The reality is that MrB [redacted] powerwasher was accidentally sprayed at point blank range directly at a power box on my home and caused damage that had to be repaired by an electrician a day later Accidents happen I completely understand that I am simply looking to be reimbursed for the damage caused by Bryant's Powerwashing Regards, [redacted] ***

The Revdex.com spoke with the businessAfter the business spoke with the customer a check is being sent out by the customer for $This will settle the remaining balance due

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's offer If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meI will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedIf the company does not perform as promised I can get back to you at: [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern,On 10/10/my company power washed Mr [redacted] home Mr [redacted] emailed my company late that day stating the issue that he had He didn't even our company the opportunity to respond to his complaint before he hired another company to come out and fix the problem with the electrical box Myself, Steve B***, left numerous messages for Mr [redacted] but was not able to get him on the phone, I finally left a detailed message explaining that my company uses a low pressure cleaning process We start at the top of the home and work our way half way down the house and then the water runs down the other half of the house We have been doing this same cleaning method for years This cleaning process is no different than rain running down the homeAs far as the other home Mr [redacted] referenced, that customer had an outside outlet that did not have a cover box to protect it which was no fault from Bryant's If Mr [redacted] would have waited to hear from our company, he would have been explained that the box would have air dryed and been fine But obviously he was in a hurry to fix immediately without talking to my company Bryant's Powerwashing is not responsible for this charge at all This would be like having a dinner at [redacted] and you didn't like the food, so you go to [redacted] and then bill [redacted] for it In future, Mr [redacted] should talk to original contactor before contracting another company.Sincerely,Steve B***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] The [redacted] of the company is incorrectThe job that I paid for was the power washing of the houseThe damages that occurred to my home were from the job that I PAID FORThe damages that Bryant's Power Washing caused were for a paid and accounted for job that was confirmed by both partiesThe employee ( [redacted] ), acting as a representative of the company, promised to repay for the damages & locksmith (I have documentation in the form of text)The amount of the locksmith was $So technically Bryant's Power Washing agreed to repay me for the damages caused by their productI do not care whether or not [redacted] works for your company any moreAt the time of his employment, he was acting as an agent of your company, and admitted to the damages and agreed to repay the damages (once again...I have documentation) I will only be satisfied in this situation once the company that committed the damages to my home repays me in the form of a check for $The 'side' job that [redacted] speaks of has NOTHING to do with this complaint and should not brought up again....that situation was a clear lie that was told to him by the same employee whole stole from the company and later gave him funds (which did not come from me) in order to try to keep his jobIf [redacted] desires to continue to believe a known liar and cheater he can....but Bryants will be repaying me for the damages and expenses to my homeI am not willing to accept any more excuses in the matter Regards, [redacted]

In response to this matter we are still handling the situationOur tech went out and looked at all the concerns regarding the plantsOur tech explained to the husband that we used *** for cleaning solution and we turned the heat up on our powerwashing unit due to the customers siding having
heavy algae and mildew on the sidingThe information on the *** product can be obtained online through home depotThe plants are not deadThey are unsightly in shock from the heat but will come backIn a case that this did happen before the plants came backFor the inconvenience we are willing to offer the customer a 50% refundWe apologize for this matterThank you, *** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Bryant's powerwashing has offered no solution, and I absolutely did not present a coupon I called various companies by searching the Internet and found their contact information through the Internet, and I was told about the special their were offering for powerwashingBryant's is being dishonest about many issues regarding this matter, I am willing only to pay the remaining $for the lousy powerwashing that was done, and no more
Regards,
*** ***

To Whom it May Concern,
*** *** originally contacted our office on May 21, and scheduled to have her home powerwashed and waxed and the deck cleaned and sealed for the amount of $634.25. This price included a 25% off coupon off of the house wash since she was having the deck
cleaned and sealed at the same time(The price for her home was $without the deck seal, but with the coupon her house wash price was deducted to $194.25) We had *** *** on schedule for Monday 6/16/but unfortunately our technician did call in sick that day. We spoke to *** *** on Wednesday 6/18/and got her right back on schedule for Thursday 6/19/
When our technician arrived at *** ***'s property he noticed that her deck currently had a *** stain on the wood. Our technician recommended reapplying the same product to ensure the most even coverage. We explained to her that if we applied the *** product that she supplied for us there would be an additional application fee of $225. *** *** opted not to have the *** product applied and decided to have a clear sealant applied which would keep her price at the originally quoted price of $
When *** *** expressed to us that she did not want to have the deck sealed any longer, we explained to her that if she did not have the deck sealed she would no longer qualify for the 25% off coupon for her house wash(It plainly states in our advertisement that you can only receive 25% off of the house wash if you have the deck cleaned and sealed at the same time) Our *** also told *** *** that if she would like to proceed with the sealing on the deck, she was willing to allow *** *** to make three payments to satisfy the total amount due. This is not a payment arrangement we typically offer, we normally expect payment in full the day the work is completed. Our *** was trying to work with *** *** so she could get all the work done she requested. *** *** agreed to this arrangement and we proceeded to seal the deck with the clear sealant
When *** *** contacted our office after all of the work was completed and told us that the steps and area of roofing on the side of her home were not cleaned she was explained that those areas were not included in the work she requested. When she originally called and scheduled, she was informed that the house wash would include cleaning all siding from the front of the gutters down and we would also rinse all windows and window trim as a courtesy during the powerwashing process. Any additional items including for example steps, sidewalks, roofing, etcare additional. *** *** assumed that the steps and roofing would be done with the house wash, but never asked specifically if they were included
We have completed all work that *** *** requested and expect payment in full. We have received one payment in the amount of $so the remaining balance owed is $and are still willing to accept the remaining balance in two payments. We would be more than happy to clean the steps and area of roofing for *** *** but there would be an additional fee since those items were not included in the work she was originally quoted for
Please let us know if there are any other questions or if any other information is needed
Thank You,
Bryant's Powerwashing

Revdex.com spoke with *** from the businessThe roof and any shingles are not including in the price of the power washing because it is a different cleaning process than the siding of the homeAn steps, sidewalk, deck etcare not included the price of the power washing as that is the siding of the homeThe customer presented a *** coupon to the business for 25% for the servicesHowever if one of the services was not done the customer would not be eligible for the price value and the service would not be discounted The business is still more than willing to continue the payment plan arrangement previously made even though this is not a service normally provided to a customer as payment is due upon the completion of the job

To Whom It May Concern,
To our knowledge everything has been re-cleaned to *** *** satisfaction last Friday (August 22nd) and the invoice has been paid in full. We have not heard from the homeowner stating otherwise. Please let us know if there is any additional information
needed
Thank You,
Bryant's Powerwashing

To whom it may concern*** contacted our company end of may and spoke with *** and got a price quote for her deck to be cleaned and sealedShe was explained that no one is required to be home because everything we need is outside and we call all of our customers the day before we clean and when
we come back out to seal and don't expect payment until we come back to seal. We cleaned her deck june 14thWe sealed deck on june 18th in a clear*** called office saying her deck is not sealed and wants tech to come backOur tech was in office and called her back minutes later and *** told her it is sealed and wait till tomorrow morning to spray it down with water to see it beading, not to do until morning so that the seal that is there can dry properlyShe did and told office that its beading but it looks bad*** *** was out in the field working and I (***) did leave messages for *** to call me*** states in emails that we played cat and mouse with the phoneAny time a customer is unhappy for what ever reason I talk with them over the phone for quality assurance. *** did not state that she wanted color until after it was sealed in clearUnfortunately we can not apply more sealer because its already full of sealer and will not dry properlyThis sealer is designed to be absorbed into the wood not sit on the surface. We are still in the process of working with *** but *** is not satisfied with our process of handling this matter. We will come to an agreement soon.
Thank you, *** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The message that was send via the Revdex.com website offered no solution to resolve the matterRather, it was filled with fabrications, first being that I told them that the deck beaded properly upon testing with water...this is untrue and I never told them this either via email or phoneI have all communications saved from them and can therefore verify thisSecond, she said that they have left messages (plural)I have received exactly ONE voice mail from a ***, which she left at the end of business on a Friday no less (when I was in rush hour and couldn't pick up my phone)They claim this is because THEY would rather talk, but I am the customer and I prefer email and they should work with what is convenient for meI have made it clear what I want to rectify this matter and have no need to talk about it with themI gave them the option again and again over email to either agree to fix the improper sealing job or give me a refundAt this point, I don't trust them to touch my deck again and want a refundThey put the customer aside and this shows again and againThey are dishonest and rude and offer no resolutionI would still like it shown on the Revdex.com website that this complaint is not resolvedThank you
