We have reached out to [redacted] and provided him with tracking information for his box that was promised and we informed him it will be shipped by tomorrowWe also provided him with proof that his refund has gone through in our system

We have reviewed the customers information and we have reached out to her personally to explain the situation and get this resolved for herI am speaking with our F [redacted] team and working on getting her unblocked from our page also and I provided her with my personal email address so she can get in contact with me directly if she has any other questions or concerns and I will make sure she is taken care of

[redacted] has received his package, and all problems should be resolved

I was first told it was shipped, now I'm being told it hasn't even shipped because not all the items are there? I would like a refund since my box hasn't even shipped out yet

I haven't received any emails with those records or shipping info Now that could be on it way But as of now at 130pm eastern time, I have nothing stating that

Please see attachedWe not only sent her the box she paid for, but we included many extra itemsWe service about 15,clients and yes a few fall through the cracks, but typically the reasons for complaints are client issuesInputting wrong addresses when subscribed, not understanding shipping dates as outlined in online agreed to agreement, and or not being able to read a bank statement.Please feel free to contact me directly when an issue arises and I will look up client immediately and fix the issue or refund them.Thank youTony [redacted] ***

Hi, this is my second order to buy 10 bags of Gummies. Both time you have sent me 8 bags. You did charge me the right amount for 8 bags but can you tell me why I cannot order 10 bags at a time given that I have received 8 bags both orders. I attached as many as I could, I already indicated I did not request a refund of the charge until the 5th of december, that being said they would not have refunded me on the 3rd the same day as they charged meAlso I will send the other attatchmen's I have of my account transactions for that entire month and also the emails with buddabox proving they did not process a refund that day, and furthermore I have been in contact with my bank everyday since I requested my refund on the 5th of december and they have informed me everytime there has not been one refund made to my account from this companyWhat they just sent is complete trash and I am not going to let them get away with taking my moneyI am tired of asking and proving with evidence against them if need be I will take further actions and it will not end wellPlease for the last time refund me my bucks it's not that much to a big company like you but it is a weeks worth of living that I can't afford to lose like thisThanks.

I did receiveI did receive a refund and it seems that my subscription was cancelled so I am happy with the outcome and I'm willing to drop the complaint

Good morning, This customer has already been refunded, and as a courtesy we also sent him a free boxHe stated that he would remove this complaint

I have talked to several different peopleMost recent was Rich.I am tired of hearing "you'll look into it" with no further response

We reached out to *** again via email and phoneWe were unable to get in touch with him on the phone but we did leave a voicemailWe made sure that he was provided with his tracking information for his extra box we are sending him along with informing him that his refund has been processed and should appear on his account within the next hours

We contacted *** via telephone and we spoke with his girlfriendShe explained the issues that they have had and we assured her that she would have the tracking information for their replacement piece by the end of business day today and Stormy the Director of retention gave them her personal
cell phone number in case they have any further issues or questions to contact her directly and she will make sure to take care of them
