We have made sure that [redacted]'s subscription was cancelled, and that he was refunded. We have tried calling [redacted] to let him know about his refunds and cancelled subscription, but have not gotten an answer.
I haven't received any emails with those records or...
shipping info. Now that could be on it way. But as of now at 130pm eastern time, I have nothing stating that.

Today I received my final refund from Budda Box. They have successfully resolved this situation with me. I accept their response and would like to close the complaint.

We reached out to [redacted] again via email and phone. We were unable to get in touch with him on the phone but we did leave a voicemail. We made sure that he was provided with his tracking information for his extra box we are sending him along with informing him that his refund has been processed and should appear on his account within the next 24 hours.
Seems like an interesting idea if they actually sent you anything. They will charge your card for a subscription then send you a tracking number, but never deliver anything to the post office. They advertise phone support but no one answers. The "Support" seems like someone who may or may not have a GED. I would stay away from this place. Seems like they are a small company who cannot handle the bump in orders it has received after recent mentions in ads. I'm currently debating calling my credit card company to change the number because I thing there are some nefarious business practices going on.
I'm extremely disappointed in this company. The first few orders were fine. They all arrived relatively on time but recently I've had issues with customer service, delivery, and receiving faulty items. I tried for two weeks to get ahold of a customer representative via phone calls and email. it wasn't until a week after that I finally got ahold of somebody. I received my last box ever, two weeks late I might add, (I canceled my subscription) and one of the items had a messed up decal, which in my opinion isn't good business to send out faulty items. They said they would send a new one but I haven't heard anything back form them about when it ships or when it I will receive it.
