I attached as many as
I could, I already indicated I did not request a refund of the charge until the 5th of december, that being said they would not have refunded me on the 3rd the same day as they charged meAlso I will send the other attatchmen's I have of my account transactions for that entire month and also the emails with buddabox proving they did not process a refund that day, and furthermore I have been in contact with my bank everyday since I requested my refund on the 5th of december and they have informed me everytime there has not been one refund made to my account from this companyWhat they just sent is complete trash and I am not going to let them get away with taking my moneyI am tired of asking and proving with evidence against them if need be I will take further actions and it will not end wellPlease for the last time refund me my bucks it's not that much to a big company like you but it is a weeks worth of living that I can't afford to lose like thisThanks.

Terrible customer service and never received anythingThere are so many other subscriptions out there better than BuddaboxAfter reading these other reviews I'll be getting a new debit card so I don't get charged for nothingThese fools give stoners a bad nameYou guys suck!

Customer has been removed from subscription. he will need to do nothing more an no additional charges will appear from his account.

reflect March's box. Unfortunately we did have a delay in getting all of March's boxes shipped out and just finished up getting the rest of them out. We want to make this situation right for you and at this point we are willing to refund the charges you have received or if you would rather still receive your box we will add a few extra items in and make sure you get a really nice hooked up box sent out to you to help make up for all of the inconvenience. Also if your boss still has not received her box please let us know and we would love to look into that for her as well and make sure she is also taken care of. Please see attached. We not only sent her the box she paid for, but we included many extra items. We service about 15,000 clients and yes a few fall through the cracks, but typically the reasons for complaints are client issues. Inputting wrong addresses when subscribed, not understanding shipping dates as outlined in online agreed to agreement, and or not being able to read a bank statement.Please feel free to contact me directly when an issue arises and I will look up client immediately and fix the issue or refund them.Thank youTony[redacted]

This customer has already been refunded, and as a courtesy we also sent him a free box. He stated that he would remove this complaint.

I haven't received any emails with those records or shipping info.  Now that could be on it way.  But as of now at 130pm eastern time, I have nothing stating that.

Looking into claim.

If you have heard of or are thinking about signing up for BuddaBox, DONT!!! I have been charged three times for their monthly subscription box, and they have only sent me ONE box - which they sent to my old address, even though I updated my address with them ahead of time, so I've paid for three boxes and recieved ZERO! I've been emailing back and forth with them, first they say theyll send me a replacement box, but give me no further information, and I havent heard a word about it since.
Today I get another response and it says "We took a look and the problem is we are only finding one order associated with your account and it was made on July 10th. What was the last order you made?"
WTF!?!?!? I replied, "You have got to be kidding me...what do you mean one order? You are a monthly subscription box! I have been charged every month since July! I haven't received anything! Are you guys even reading these emails!? This is beyond ridiculous, I'll make sure to let everyone and anyone I know to stay FAR away from your company. I am furious!"
So here I am doing just that. I better get my money back. From the reviews I've been reading around the internet today, their boxes are a crappy letdown, anyway.

We have reached out to the Customer and issued a refund as of 9/22/16, Customer should receive funds back in their account by 9/24/16 in the amount of $90.00. We have contacted Customer via phone and e-mail. We are sending the Customer a custom box for all the difficulties.

Our policy on renewals can be seen on our FAQ page. Subscriptions can be cancelled very easily, just log in and hit the "cancel" button. You could have cancelled any time in the past 6 months. However, we have processed a refund for you because we don't believe in making it difficult to cancel your...
