Buddha Box has great products shipped out every month and is always on time!

I have received 1 of my three budda boxes, however, there are two more payments that I have made and have yet to receive my items. the box that I received had no more than a typical box, as I have seen others unboxed on youtube.  I feel that the matter will be resolved once I receive my other two boxes.  Thank you,[redacted]

Today I received my final refund from Budda Box. They have successfully resolved this situation with me. I accept their response and would like to close the complaint.

We have reached out to [redacted] and provided him with tracking information for his box that was promised and we informed him it will be shipped by tomorrow. We also provided him with proof that his refund has gone through in our system.

We have made sure that [redacted]'s subscription was cancelled, and that he was refunded. We have tried calling [redacted] to let him know about his refunds and cancelled subscription, but have not gotten an answer.

Seems like an interesting idea if they actually sent you anything. They will charge your card for a subscription then send you a tracking number, but never deliver anything to the post office. They advertise phone support but no one answers. The "Support" seems like someone who may or may not have a GED. I would stay away from this place. Seems like they are a small company who cannot handle the bump in orders it has received after recent mentions in ads. I'm currently debating calling my credit card company to change the number because I thing there are some nefarious business practices going on.

Awful service, im going on day 30 still waiting for my box to even be shipped. I was told when I ordered it would be shipped on the 1st of january which is why I even wanted to try my first box and as I waited I tried reaching out to them to get details on shipping and after three attempts I finally received an email saying it wont be shipped for another 5 days and then I will receive a tracking number. so 45 days at least for one box to arrive. Outrageous! and a waste of time and money.

3 payments in and no boxes. Seems shady AF to me. But what do I know. I'm just a stoner waiting semi patiently for my first box to arrive

I ordered the DAB RIG pack 3 weeks ago and last week they sent me a 420 box. HOWEVER, nobody answers the phone. I sent an email to their contact us page. If they don't get back to me pronto, I'll be charging back this transaction and filing a fraud report with the Revdex.com and the FTC. Their track record on this page (where they took months to resolve ordering issues) concerns me. If they were an ethical company, they should have been proactive and contacted customers when they had difficulties filling orders. Sadly, smaller companies never learn that customers will be generous if a vendor is proactive and communicative.

I'll revise the rating if the company gets back to me and assures me they'll resolve this matter. Also that I won't be charged for orders that fail to arrive.

They charge you till it's sent they say call us for issues but no one knows how to pick up a phone they do not answer questions if you do get an email back they don't ship till the end of the month (probaly to keep attempting to charge you) long story short spend your money else where buddabox makes Bernie Madoff look like an honest man

If you have heard of or are thinking about signing up for BuddaBox, DONT!!! I have been charged three times for their monthly subscription box, and they have only sent me ONE box - which they sent to my old address, even though I updated my address with them ahead of time, so I've paid for three boxes and recieved ZERO! I've been emailing back and forth with them, first they say theyll send me a replacement box, but give me no further information, and I havent heard a word about it since.

Today I get another response and it says "We took a look and the problem is we are only finding one order associated with your account and it was made on July 10th. What was the last order you made?"

WTF!?!?!? I replied, "You have got to be kidding me...what do you mean one order? You are a monthly subscription box! I have been charged every month since July! I haven't received anything! Are you guys even reading these emails!? This is beyond ridiculous, I'll make sure to let everyone and anyone I know to stay FAR away from your company. I am furious!"

So here I am doing just that. I better get my money back. From the reviews I've been reading around the internet today, their boxes are a crappy letdown, anyway.

I was first told it was shipped, now I'm being told it hasn't even shipped because not all the items are there? I would like a refund since my box hasn't even shipped out yet.

I did receiveI did receive a refund and it seems that my subscription was cancelled so I am happy with the outcome and I'm willing to drop the complaint

My Sister and I ordered a single box. No subscription. Our account has since been charged twice more for a subscription. We have both called numerous times and no one answers. Emails are an automated response. This is out and out fraud! The credit union can't even get them to respond!!! AVOID BUDDABOX!!!
