The day of my appointment, Kerry called in advance to let me know when he would arriveHe was right on timeAfter introducing himself, he put on his little booties to protect our floors and I showed him where the thermostat and the AC unit was locatedHe was there to due a ore summer tune up and safety check I left him to his workHe later asked where the outside unit was and proceeded there to check it out as wellAfter finishing he went over the results which were very good and pointed out one minor area that I should take of He answered my questions and then presented the invoice which detailed the work which was completedI the paid his invoice and thanked him for his workHe was a friendly guy and I would definitely have him back in the future for repairs, if needed and next year's check up
Kerry did a very professional job of checking my AC He was very neat in appearance Would not hesitate in asking for him personally the next time I have work to be done

The One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating technician MrTravis [redacted] did a professional job of assessing performance issues with the air handling unit and made specific recommendations for improving the cooling efficiency of the entire systemHe was on time, very focused on the job, courteous, and took the time to answer all my questionsBest of all, the company honored its full year parts and labor warranty for the installation of a new system
I want to recognize Eric Gfor his professionalism during his service call to clean and AeroSeal our heating and air-conditioning duct system He explained in detail the process and readily answered our questions no matter how insignificantHe went above and beyond to ensure that our new heating and air-conditioning system would be operating at the highest efficiency and that pre-existing air leaks were sealed We accepted his recommendation to upgrade the air handler with the PVO system and UV light optionHe really exceeded our expectations
I have used this company for my HVAC needs in a rental home that I own All service and office personnel have consistently been very polite, educational and trustworthy
Watch your back! Technician shows up at my house to fix AC, tells me that the evaporator coil is bad (it's not), then turns on the gas furnace and tells me that it was bad and blowing gas into the house (it was not) then, finally goes outside and finds a leak in the condensor, but would not add freon to make it work till the part came inAs you can see all these guys want to do is sell you brand new units as far as I'm concerned they are all scammers!!! I paid for his work, asked him to leave and called someone else!!!
We have been customers of One-Hour for 1/years when our air conditioner went out suddenly during the hot summer in our Florida rental unit We called One-Hour late on a Friday afternoon and they came out in less than hours to replace the air conditioning unitWhen the previous company we had dealt with wouldn't come until Monday, we called a friend who recommended One-Hour We are members of their Comfort Club and have been very pleased with their service The technicians they send out are friendly and very professional They answer our questions in language we can understand and take as much time as they need to make sure the job is done right Our experience with them has been great!
