They showed up right on time, introduced themselves, told me what they planed to do and how long it would take. They completed the job right on time. Don J. showed up ahead of time (after calling to make sure it was ok). He listened to me describe the problem then checked it out. Identified what was causing the problem and replaced the bad part. This was all accomplished on the outside unit in the RAIN! That is dedication.

Kerry-Service Pro was here to install a warranty replacement defrost board on my AC unit. The entire process was professional and timely, One Hour called to let me know Kerry was available to arrive early if I desired and Kerry showed up half an hour before the scheduled time, I was able to get on with my day ahead of schedule. Kerry took the time to explain the procedure and was in and out before I knew it. Thorough, highly competent, friendly and professional. I'll ask for him by name if I ever need service again.
My new heat pump had an alarm over the Thanksgiving holidays. Called Raymond on his personal cell phone number and he answered quickly even though he was out of town and referred me to the repair hotline. They gave me an appointment between 2 and 6 pm. Kerry S the service pro showed up and had the problem diagnosed and solve within 30 minutes.
I want to recognize Dave D. for his professionalism during the installation of a new Air Handler which replaced our 15 year old unit. He was very professional and performed his tasks flawlessly. He ensured that all required work was completely finished before leaving which was in the early evening. We are very happy with our new Heating and Air-Conditioning system. He explained his actions and answered our questions no matter how insignificant. He is a true professional and credit to the One Hour Team.
