Kerry-Service Pro was here to install a warranty replacement defrost board on my AC unit. The entire process was professional and timely, One Hour called to let me know Kerry was available to arrive early if I desired and Kerry showed up half an hour before the scheduled time, I was able to get on with my day ahead of schedule. Kerry took the time to explain the procedure and was in and out before I knew it. Thorough, highly competent, friendly and professional. I'll ask for him by name if I ever need service again.

His late night assistance in restoring heat to our home was so very important to us as we both are dealing with health issues, and the prospect of being without heat as the temperature was dropping into the freezing and below freezing range was so vital to us.
Mr. [redacted] was past his regularly scheduled work, but on being contacted by his office and learning of our plight, at 11:30 p.m. on the night of Saturday, Jan. 7, in spite of the late hour and near freezing temperature, he came to our house, made needed repairs to our furnace and restored our heat.
Such thoughtfulness and concern for people in need must not go unnoticed.
