I want to recognize Doug J. for his professionalism during the swap out of our 15 year old Heat Pump with a new 3.5 ton unit and for cleaning our ducts on a second day. He performed both jobs flawlessly and with a most positive and accommodating manner. Each task was performed without issue and our new system is performing as expected. The inbound air is now allergy free and the UV light will minimize any future mold buildup.

He explained in detail the process and readily answered our questions no matter how insignificant. He went above and beyond to ensure that our new heating and air-conditioning system would be operating at the highest efficiency and that pre-existing air leaks were sealed. We accepted his recommendation to upgrade the air handler with the PVO system and UV light option. He really exceeded our expectations.
