We just got a car a couple days ago a 2004 Honda Civic for a first dealership buy. They had a lot of patience while I tried to figure out what I wanted. Overall the salesman Chuy was great and very helpful! I would definitely recommend buenos auto sales!

Revdex.com Buisness it's great the employees will help you out in everything from getting insurance to getting your first car. Also with payments they work with you to help you with your budget. On the cars all I can say is choose wisely on the car you pick :)

I highly recommend Bueno Used cars; they made it possible for me to own the car of my dreams! When I began my search for a used car I knew there would be obstacles due to my credit. As I searched through many small dealerships not only were they not Revdex.com accreted they didn’t have a very good selection, and because of my credit I wasn’t able to purchase a car through a big dealership. Luckily my cousin purchased a car at Bueno Used Cars and recommended me, he told me how great the staff was and that the process was so smooth, best part was that he drove away in his new car that same day! Honestly the fact that they are Revdex.com accredited made me feel at ease, so I decided to go there! The day I went the staff was just amazing! I found my car and fell in love, but for the car I wanted I didn’t have enough of the down payment, so they set up a plan for me to do payments on my down payment and made it possible for me to drive away in the car of my dreams that same day! I’ve had my car for a year and half and have not had any trouble! Every time I go to make my payment the ladies at the front desk are always so kind and friendly! Over the past years my family has financed and purchased vehicles from Buenos Used Cars, once I started driving naturally I went there as well to shop. I have financed and paid of my first car there which was a very exciting for me. Buenos made the process easy and exciting. They have always had great customer service. Now I recently started financing my second vehicle there , I past my warranty and a mechanical issue arrose that I couldn't afford. Buenos was quick and made the process easy for me and helped me repair the issue. At the moment I was freaking out I was very scared but thanks to buenos my car has been repaired. I thank buenos for their services and the employees for always being friendly.

I've stopped in multiple times to pay my girlfriend's car note and each time the staff was extremely helpful and understanding. Service was prompt, friendly, and I was out the door in a matter of minutes without hassle. I don't think I've ever had to wait for service in the four of five times I've been there, and I have to give it up to the staff for being consistently great.

My experience with Buenos was awesome, service was quick and the receptionist was really helpful and very kind I would definitely recommend this car company to everyone who is looking for a car.

I bought a [redacted] and am seriously considering them for my next one, so that should tell you a lot. They have the selection, good quality cars and will more than likely be able to approve you for financing too. Also, if and when you have an issue they will do their best to help you work it out. I have paid off one car through Bueno Auto then bought a Chevrolet Tahoe.. all payments/ arrangements were going well till my my mother was not doing so well and my husbands job hours were decreasing, by this time I had already paid the Tahoe off over half way then Bueno auto told me that they can help me with payments for only 4 payments of 88.00 .. on the fourth payment it was due on Saturday and I was with my mom Bueno auto didn't call my cell phone but called my home phone number on Monday.. they didn't call my references either or I would have received the call.. again I was with my mother being that she has cancer and shes 88 years old. That night Monday the tow truck came to my home and barged into my yard and took my Tahoe... I tried to get my stuff out of the vehicle and because I was crying they didnt let me. All this over 88.00 and I didnt even know they called my home that afternoon ... after they repossesed my Tahoe I checked the voicemail and I heard the message... again they had 6 references and my cell phone.. this treatment was uncalled for... the payment was ONLY 88.00 And one to two days late.. only because I was tending to my mother..

Bueno Used Cars is a great car lot from what I've experienced. Reasonable and affordable monthly payments. It's a used car lot and I've had my truck for 2 years and never had a problem and it's still going strong. I would recommend anyone looking for a used car! BL 3/12/15

Bueno used cars are very strait forward company. They explained the financing very well to me. Bought the truck no issues. I got injured and was out of work and fell behind. Of coarse the vehicle got repossessed. However they worked with me and I was able to get my vehicle back. They are very approachable as long as you communicate with them. They have worked with me whenever I needed an extra day or 2 to pay. But I have always followed through with what I tell them. I feel very positive about Bueno and would recommend friends to them. Any issues I had is my mistake but they understand "Life" happens to everyone.

This is by far one of the worst car dealerships I have experienced! I bought a 2006 Chevy Colbolt with a [redacted] value of 4,000 and am paying 12,000 for it. I admit I blame my gullibleness for going forth with the sale but I feel as if I was taken advantage of. I have never bought a car on my own and Buenos Used Cars took advantage of that. What I thought would be a nice point A to point B vehicle turned into a nightmare. the very next day I bought the car the spoiler fell off along with the window [redacted]. When I brought the car back up there their associate [redacted] assured to me that if I come back he will take care of it. Well guess what, I come back and he no longer even works there that fast!!! Its as if he knew he sold me garbage and got away. To add insult to injury, in order to make a payment Buenos Used Cars adds an additional 10$ just to make a payment or an addition $5 to set it up automatically unless you physically come up there. Who has time to physically go up there each time a payment is due?? I have been paying early for the past year and I miss one payment and am threatened to have my car repoed??? The girls at the front desk are rude and can barely speak proper English. I would never recommend Buenos to anyone and I will never ever ever ever purchase another car from them. I should have went to [redacted] or a real dealership. I am paying a 24 percent interest rate on a $4,000 worth car that is $12,000. I learned my lesson, never deal with companies such as Buenos Used Cars. Not customer friendly. They just want your money in turn for horrible cars!

I came in wanting a Chevy Malibu but open to other options. The man helping me showed me all types of cars, he wasn't pushy and he let me take my time when deciding which cars to test drive. Im happy to say I left with a 2011 Chevy Malibu and with a great experience of buying my first car.
