I would definitely recommend this place to first time buyers with no credit or even bad credit. I never thought I'd be able to buy from a dealership then a friend of mine recommended this place to me and I was not displeased at all! They were all so helpful and so friendly. I've recommended it already to a few people , they made sure I liked the car before I bought it , take you on as many test drives as you want, and before you drive off make sure everything is working and they make sure you are pleased with the vehicle. I would definitely come here again to buy a new car again, I absolutely love my new car! And they make the process of buying a new car and filling out all the paperwork quick and easy. They go thru everything on the forms and make sure your content with it all before you sign it. Definitely a great place to buy your first car!

I would definitely recommend buying from Bueno Used Cars. And I say that honestly because they really care about their customers. I know that a lot of companies claim that they do, but they SHOW it. When I first showed up on the lot, I was greeted by [redacted], one of the car salesman there( and he is awesome!), and shown around the lot. I love the fact his main interest was not trying to up sell me but really focused on my vehicle needs and what I felt was comfortable for my budget. My car had recently been totaled in an accident, ironically enough, 4 days before I was to start a new job. I am also a single parent with two small children so having a car is a necessity. I had been hitching rides, but that was soon no longer going to be an option and I live across town from my job, so you can imagine the urgency I felt in needing to replace my vehicle. I had not been at my job very long but they were willing to work with me, but at the end of that day I found out I did not have enough for the down payment, which was low, but I was still short. I left in tears; I thought I was going to have to quit my job. But on my way home, [redacted] called me to see if I was OK and told not to worry things get better; it was just a bump in the road. He genuinely cared about my situation. Long story short I came back the next week, with the full down payment, and signed the paper work for the car I was looking to buy the week before! A few more tears were shed but these were tears of relief! Aside from that all the employees at the office are great, they are friendly and they know me by name. I couldn't have chosen a better dealership to buy my car from ? .

This is the second car I have purchased through Bueno and I couldn't be more satisfied. Chuey has helped me with both cars and is very professional and extremely polite. The ladies in the office are also very polite and are willing to work with you on your payments. I would definitely go back for my next purchase.

Bueno has been a huge sigh of relief for me! They have made the process of finding a new vehicle very easy...from signing the paperwork to each monthly payment. I can honestly say that the staff at Bueno Used Cars are very friendly. They always make you feel welcomed. I remember when I tried to purchase my vehicle the owner was very helpful and understanding of what was on my budget to put down as a down payment. They were very helpful and for that I'm appreciated by them.

The best dealership you can go to by far!! We financed and paid off our car couple yurts back our family grew in the time and we knew we could count on them to get us in something bigger and they sure did;) the staff is really nice and Brenda who works the front desk is awesome!! I just wanted to thank Buenos used car for helping with my car and also being understanding with my payments. When I get my car from Buenos used cars staff members were considerate and understanding. I only had $500 cash and was starting a new job.I used the local light rail to get there. By 1 pm that day I had a car and I was able to continue with my new job. They made it possible for me and ended up with a decent car.

As a first time car buyer I would have to say that the process to buy my car was very easy and positive. The people that work here are nice and don't try to pressure you into buying. During my search the salesman took me all over and asked me some basic question help me make my car selection beneficial to my specific needs. He understood that I drive far to get to school so he suggested gas efficient cars etc. After buying the car the payment have been very manageable and their front office is always there to help. My car is doing great and I have not had any problems with it.

It's been two years since I've had my car and I love the Bueno service . The ladies in the front are always friendly and knows me on a first name basis .. The owner is very involved and cares about the customers .. All they guys are always friendly ! I just love Bueno and my mom seen how they treated me and how nice my car was and bought her car ... I have to say that Bueno Used Cars is the BEST DEALERSHIP IN THE WORLD because they will go out of there way to ACCOMMODATE you when it comes to being able to afford the vehicle of your choice, financial DISTRESS,reasonable down payments, etc. but they have the BEST STAFF ( Haitee,Brenda & Angelica ) as well Tomas. I purchased a 2007 Dodge Magnum 4-dr. back in June of 2014 & it has been a STRUGGLE to stay current w the payments but they have been very UNDERSTANDING, KIND, EMPATHETIC, SYMPATHETIC towards me but I can not THANK them enough. Their staff has gone above & beyond customer service to HELP me ACHIEVE my GOALS/DREAMS of OWNING this car which was previously priced at approximately $11,000 - $12,000 but my remaking balance is $1,290 so I'm very close to goal. I would recommend anyone to purchase a car at Bueno Used Cars because they TREAT you like FAMILY & not just a business. Again!!! I never had a problem with my car till this day also yea the interior was like ok status but the car amazing I would recommend this to my friends and family wits worth your money. Also they are very very helpful with you and treat you if you were there family.Am so looking forward to get another car with this company!!
