my name is [redacted] and my daughter reffered me to this car dealer ship. at first I was skeptikal because it was a buy here pay here but when I got there everybody was so nice and they have a huge selection of cars that all look basically brand new. I got a [redacted] and I dont have any problems with it, runs like its brand new. I test drove sooo many cars because I was so picky, they worked with my down payment and they worked with me until I found something I liked. my sales man was [redacted] hes the same guy that helped my daughter.. he was great and the girls in the front are great to, they will work with you if you need help..!!! I would definitely buy more cars from here, when I get my youngest daughters firt car I will come here!!

I got laid off my job last year and could not pay my bills. I lost my car and my credit was so bad I could not get another one. A friend recommended Bueno and went there as a last hope. I am now driving a nicer car than the one I lost, and my payments are less. Chuy was my salesman and he didn't treat me rude just because my credit was bad, like they did at the big dealerships. Peter, the manager, made me a good deal and worked with me on my down payment. I am very glad my friend told me about Bueno, I recommend anyone with credit problems give them a chance. Bueno Used Cars provides with good customer service and there staffs are really friendly and always greeting with a smile. the sale man that attend me was really understandable and worked with me with a good fair price. I went with this company because they promised that on time payments would be reported go on my credit report. I paid off 2 cars from this place and they never reported either of the cars. I always paid on time and they kept lying and leading me to believe that it would be reported. I bet they lied to alot of others too just to keep getting business! I guess you have to bemoney hungry to keep driving that nice Benz, huh Boss?!!!

I have been doing business with Bueno for about six years. They are a buy-here pay-here used car dealership; in other words, they sell you a car and also handle the financing. For people like myself with less than stellar credit they are a option you may want to consider. I'm just about to pay off the second car I bought from them.
The interest rate on the loans I had with them were quite high but that's the cost of having bad credit and not something to be held against Bueno. I might not have been able to get a car at all if not for them.
This is not a very large dealership so they don't have a huge selection of cars but they have a more personal, friendly atmosphere than you would find at a large car lot. I have heard many horror stories about buy-here-pay-here dealerships and the unscrupulous business practices that many of them employ. Thankfully this was not the experience I had with Bueno. I got two really good used cars through them and would recommend them to anyone having difficulty obtaining financing for a car.

I have been dealing with this car place for a little over a year and a half now I love this car company. The payment is reasonable the car has been great the staff is friendly they really work with you if you need to as long as you are honest and communicate with them I am always referring them to others and am actually trading in my car (only because I need sonething bigger) this weekend and will only go through this car place ....

I've been to other used car dealerships and always had bad service but this company is the best!! Very helpful staff, no car is priced, and they work with you if you need to be late! I highly recommend this dealership. Nice good used cars!
