I would like to say when I stepped onsite there was someone there to greet me a man named Chuey, and I was a little discouraged from getting turned down from other car lots and [redacted] informed me to just pick a car and it would be mine. That's exactly what happen and from that moment on I have been a satisfied customer. Everyone is so friendly there and once you've been there a few times they begin to memorize your name that makes a person feel accepted. Thanks Bueno's for everything.

After my divorce my credit was trash, I had at least 3 repos, 2 foreclosures, 5 judgments, and countless collections. Divorce destroys your life, your credit, your credibility; I couldn’t even rent an apartment or open a bank account; my taxes and wages were even taken away for what my ex-husband owed. Lets not talk about not able to buy a car on credit, so I was buying cars cash, but they will break ever other corner, I was spending more money on fixing them than if I was paying a monthly payment.

A friend of mine told me about Bueno car but I had zero hope on being able to get a car.

[redacted] helped us searching a car that would accommodate to my needs; I was looking for a truck since I always needed one to move something, furniture, or large items. We looked thru all the trucks and I couldn’t find anything good for me. I suddenly spotted a Lexus SUV, and just because I love those so much I wanted to ask the price since it was not on the window. I knew it was going to be expensive, and not for my budget, but I still wanted to know how much it was, I am so in love with those, but with my credit the way it is, I was hopeless.

Well, for a Lexus the price was great! Not too much, but I was still hopeless because of my credit. So I explained the situation and that I had a large down payment, I just didn’t want to put all my money on car paying cash and had to fix it right away, since that is what I had been doing for 3 years.

Well, great news, I drove the Lexus out of the lot! Bueno cars was able to deal with my credit, and they even gave me extra 60 days to add to the down payment, so my loan wasn’t too much, and they accommodated it so my payments were accessible and I will be done paying it in three years instead of five which is what most dealers do.

So, I am the happy owner of a great Lexus, and I am so thankful that they were able to make it happen.

Then after all that happiness something bad had to happen, my father passed away in Mexico, before I was even able to make the first payment. I was in Mexico and I couldn’t make it back on time, I had to spend the money for my payment and I didn’t work the days I was away at my father’s funeral. I thought, I came so far getting back on my feet, and I was going to lose everything again!

I was behind on my payments, the first payment! My insurance was going to cancel, and needless to say, I was in deep depression for everything I was going thru.

I went and talked to [redacted], I was in tears, and so scared, I thought he was going to be an a**^ole to me, at the end, it is his business and I wasn’t keeping my part of the contract, and it was contrary to what I thought, he was a gentleman and very understanding of my situation, he made arrangements for the payments, and I was able to keep my car.

I would recommend Bueno Used Cars to everyone, the key is to speak to them and explain clearly what the situation is without fearing the answer you would get, the quality of the car you choose is also extremely important, if you get a used cheap car, well, that is what you get, quality is not always the most expensive, but neither, the cheapest.

I have been coming to Bueno for years and have bought all my family's cars from them as well as referred many friends as well, the reason why? Simply because they have the best customer service, the best employees, and best selection of vehicles hands down. What sets them apart from al the other "but here pay here" dealerships is you actually feel they care, and it shows in every possible way.
From the kindness of the staff and salesmen to the President Anthony himself, who is always walking the premises making sure any that enters his dealership is being treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. Chuy is very knowledgable and such a kind soul, you never feel pressured during the process but more like your buying a car from your Grandfather. Buy this I mean he is so inviting and makes you feel so comfortable, like you are family. Not only is the buying experience great but also the ongoing experience is above average, and excellent as well, So many places after getting you into your vehicle their customer service dwindles so fast after the initial sale, but not here. Brenda one of the many amazing account executives over at Bueno are always egar to help with a smile on her face.

Bueno Used Cars is the place to go. I am a single mom and live with my mom we needed a car due to my mom losing hers to a title loan over 3 years ago so I decided since I was the only one working I would have to pay for it. Friday we picked up my check after searching car places on google I figured Bueno Used Car was the place I for sure wanted to go. I walked in with 400$ down and they got me in a car that same day payments were low and the car was a 05 chevy malibu. About a week later I kept feeling that the trans was slipping so I called and they told me bring it in the sent it out to get fixed and I got it back about 4 days later. The problem was fixed but soon came back again so I Called [redacted] again to see what we could do and he told me to bring it in that he will switch me into another car at same price. Now im in a 06 chevy malibu I am so grateful and glad with everything they have done for us :) they are a great company and take car of there customers.

Going to buenos used cars has been one of the greatest experiences ever. With there great customer service I never felt pushed into getting into just any car. Before going to buenos used cars I felt hopeless, but this place is very affordable. They worked with my credit And now that I've had my car for almost 6 months now I've never had any problems. We purchased are vehicle in Sept. 2013 and the staff was friendly & helpful. Payments have been auto deducted and we have had no problems. When we addressed a few issues with the vehicle when purchased, they where addressed. Called today due to new bank issues & she (not sure if I can say her name) was helpful, quick, & friendly..... You rock!!!!!
