Customer received both lifts and had very expensive customizations done to the lift All equipment is running perfectly Units were serviced, painted and customized for customer and he received a package discount that included free shipping to his door

We have read the claims made by this customer regarding their JLG G10-55A that they purchased from us, and respond accordingly to their claims1.) We acknowledge that the engine provided with the machine is a Cummins Diesel Engine and not a John Deere Diesel engine as specified on the AdvertisementThis was a mistake on the listing, however, the quality and operation of the Cummins Diesel matches that of the John Deere Diesel EngineBoth of these engines are widely used in several different JLG Telescopic Forklift machines, and the operation does not differ between either engineWe feel that the claim regarding the fact that this machine came with a Cummins Diesel instead of a John Deere Diesel is based solely on preference, and not on the overall operation of the machine2.) The specification of new tires being installed on this forklift was never listed on any advertisement regarding this JLG G10-55AUnless otherwise specified, our machines are never sold with Brand New tiresThe claim that new tires were to be provided was also never promised to this customer3.) We acknowledge the customer’s claims that there are services needed for this machineHowever, we felt that some of the services mentioned are not required, as they were performed on this unit before the customer took deliveryRegardless of that fact, we have stated to the customer that we would pay for these services once completed by the service companyTo date, the only documentation for these services that we’ve received is an Estimate (#146) dated 3/3/that lists out the services required, which total $Once the services are completed and an invoice is provided, we maintain that we will pay for the repairs as stated4.) Every machine, including this G10-55A goes through a complete reconditioning service that includes re-painting and routine servicingThis process is completed before a machine leaves our warehouseBefore this machine was shipped, services were done to the unit, as well as an inspection was performed The unit would have never been loaded onto a truck to be delivered to a customer unless all functions were checked on the machine, and our technicians verified that all service work was performedWe stand behind the fact that this machine was in 100% working and serviced condition before it left our facilityThe customer states that the claims made on our advertising regarding the reconditioning of the machine, and its overall condition of the machine are falseWe would like to refute this claimAs you can see, we still maintain that we are trying to work with the customer in good faith to come to some type of resolution

We have offered everything possible to make a fair offer to customer and repairs they are requesting are not necessary as lift was completely serviced and reconditioned before it shipped After discussing the conversations between the customer and my head mechanic it is very clear that nothing will be resolved with this customer who is being unreasonable Final offer stands that customer is to return the lift at there expense and we will refund them in full minus the shipping costs once lift is returned to our South Carolina facility Buffalo Forklift LLC

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The refund was accepted, and they stated in their closing letter that they would not be able to deliver the lift We have the documentation on the first lift - which we accepted - that they had sent tires (by mistake) that were used only to move the lift around the shop for painting purposes Larry, the representative for Buffalo Fork Lift, agreed to pay $to replace the tires on the fork lift, but never did.At this point Buffalo Fork Lift will not answer any of our calls, or respond to any emails Our main grievance is that they will now not replace the tires that they agreed to, on the first lift (the one they delivered, and we accepted) Regards, [redacted]

With response to Mr [redacted] complaint this is a complete distortion of what this situation really wasYes there was an issue with the Genie which was covered under warrantyMr [redacted] submitted his claim to us sometime in February only supplying us with the estimatesWe asked that the company either bill us directly for the parts which were under warranty or supply a copy of the bill once the job was completedOnce all of the proper paperwork was submitted the claim was paid in fullThis is where once again Mr [redacted] lack of attention to detail created and issueOn 06/19/CHK# was cut in the amount of $1,and mailed the same day.This check was returned to us on 07/01/from [redacted] which was the address given to us for the delivery of the machine originallyMr [redacted] failed to let us know that he was unable to accept delivery of his own machinery and it needed to be delivered elsewhereOnce we received back to Buffalo Forklift we contacted Mr [redacted] and asked him where we should deliver this check because the address given was not hisAt that point Mr [redacted] gave us his real address and the check was mailed on 07/02/Also, to refute the claim no one has spoken to Mr [redacted] this also would be completely as at the bare minimum we needed to contact him and did on 07/02/to get his real addressAlso in looking at our phone logs we spoke to Mr [redacted] on the following Dates as well, 02,17/2015,03/03/2015,04/29/15,06/11/Most of these conversations happened after further documentation was supplied.I have attached copied of the check stub the original mailing of this check and the return envelope it was sent to us in

To whom it may concern, We have tried have many conversations with the customer He has been rude to the salesman as well as our head mechanic The lift runs just fine, was delivered as promised and customer has no reason to want to return the lift other than the fact he needs the money and has buyers remorse There is nothing more we can do to when there is NO PROBLEM to fixBuffalo Forklift LLC

Buffalo Forklift has responded to this customer on numerous occasionsNever once has there been a warranty claim entered for this unit and the inch forks are standard on all lifts We ship [redacted] never ordered 60" forks upon the ordering of this unit if so it would have been noted on his invoice and a additional charge applied Oddly enough in this customers complaint the desired resolution is only forks and not to fix any mechanical problems with the lift which would have been covered under the warrantySeems odd all they would want is forks and for us to cover the costWe will still supply the forks at the cost we would have charged them if they had ordered them originally and we will pick up any freight costs

To whom it may concern, I have spoken to the client Chris today and reassured him that his lift is being serviced and we are just waiting on a few parts that are on back order from Yale manufacturing to arrive so we can complete the service properly In addition the trade in check as mailed out to the customer this morning and he should receive it this week I told the customer that he can reach me personally anytime and I would update him once his lift has shipped out.Thank you,ArcangeloBuffalo Forklift LLC

Buffalo Forklift LLC sells lifts a year without any issues From time to time we get customers that will never be satisifed In this care we offered the customer a full refund as soon as lifts are returned No questions asked Units must be returned for refund to be issuedThank you, Arcangelo CBuffalo Forklift LLC
